Communication through the whole home buying process was not great. I still have emails with questions that were never responded to. The homes are nice and lot sizes are decent. Main issue we had was finding out all the things that didn’t come with the house at the final walk through. During the initial walkthrough the house was still in the finishing stages of being built and we were told specifically that the only things not included in the new build were a washer and drier and blinds. Which we were understanding of. Then on the final walk through we found out the house wasn’t going to come with a garage door opener or gutters. The situation felt sort of petty and deceiving. We asked if there was anything they could help with which resulted in nothing. Worth noting that the in house loan process was fairly easy. I’ve bought 2 homes this year and would like more. I bought my 1st Lennar home Jan in Sherman, TX and my 2nd in Greenville, TX. It’s the easiest 2 purchases I’ve ever made. Value, Quality and everyone I’ve met at Lennar has been great. Thanks and I’ll be seeing y’all soon.

Amazing builder and smooth buying process

The agent that sold me the home was great. Every one involved was great. The issues I have had with the house are things like no towel racks in bathrooms, no faucet out back, no knobs or pulls on cabinet drawers and doors, no doorbell and the yard is very uneven. I realize the sod is new but I had new sod in my last home but it was flat. I am 78 with walking issues and have has a couple falls just walking outside.

We are happy with our new house. The process was very good and fast.

Even after 3rd party inspection they said fixed AC but they cheated, very first day ac stoped working I had to stay with our AC for 5 days, now it's Gas leak from stove even though it's in warranty they don't take responsibility and making us wait 10 days without cooking. Floors are uneven , every bad workmanship, they dnt fix issue.

Promises were not kept. Loan process was great. Walk through not so great.

Sales in this area are terrible - if you are looking go to Anna or McKinney as they have responsive sales people, not here. After closing when I took possession I arrived to find my house unlocked, the door scraped and a stain on the carpet. I contacted my salesperson and she replied "ok". Items I was assured were completed indeed were not. I could continue but you get the picture. The closing experience was great! My loam officer was incredible and made it easy.

Not impressed with the quality and workmanship

Team at Lennar will not even resolve issues that were pointed out before closing. Their VP told us to take it or leave it as they are not going to repair the fixes we pointed out. I've had a great experience with Lennar from beginning to end. My salesman was great, making himself available to answer any all questions. Requested an early closing for school and I was accommodated. My inspection went seamlessly with no major issues, and still no major issues to this date.

This is my 2nd home bought from Lennar. They made my dream come through. I’m loving my new home.

After moving in(Rise at Legacy hills,Celina), I quickly noticed several issues caused by poor-quality materials and workmanship. Lennar even planted a dead plant, which they refused to cover under warranty. I reported it within a week, but they still placed the responsibility on me as the homeowner. In the bathroom, the caulking was not done properly, leading to water leakage from the faucet within the first week, yet they insisted this was a homeowner maintenance issue. The blinds that were offered as an incentive turned out to be extremely cheap and do not function properly. The lock has broken multiple times, and although they repaired it, the chrome finish continues to peel off. The landscaping was also poorly done, resulting in water clogging on the right side of the house. Their explanation was that the issue is caused by my neighbor overwatering, which I find unreasonable. Lennar builds a good house, worth the money, and is easy to work with.

From the sales office team to the mortgage and loan team, was a great experience. Helped me every step of the way. The completed house was great, I did not find one item at the walk through. I wish I could buy 10 more homes from Lennar.

Have everything ready- the approval process was not easy. I had to submit the same document multiple times for no appear reason.
