We are extremely thankful to the LORD for this beautiful home. Moving from out of state was hard, but finally being here now and enjoying this home was well worth the wait. Due to supply and demand issues, our closing date got pushed out a few months. Lennar came through and covered the extensions of our locked in interest rate, so we are very thankful for that.

The experience was great, I will say if you're in an apartment don't give your 30days until your finally walk though thing can change. But overall, so far everything is going well. Love our new home.

Ty was very consistent with what they offer and what he promise, he deliver on. I told him what I would like, how many bedrooms, bathrooms etc and a price range. He show me some models and allow me to visit the sites under different phase of construction, before i made a final selection. Overall, I am very, very happy with my home.
