Lennar builders don’t tell you the entire truth regarding warranty and how nothing falls under the warranty. Smoke screen of things you will receive half of the extra amenities pool etc aren’t even built because they’re so busy constantly building houses!

We had a very long drawn out purchasing experience through the loan application, both the FHA and Lennar’s conventional loan people. They were very impatient when they wanted information but otherwise slow in keeping us informed as to what was happening. They asked for information that was none of their business and eventually told me that if I did not give them the information that the loan would not be approved. This process took weeks. I went to a bank and got an approval with 4 days. After move in, I (a former builder) found that there were house framing studs missing in places where it ...
Lennar responded:
Thank you for sharing your experience, Larry. We are sorry to hear that your homebuying process did not meet your expectations.
We also regret to hear that concerns about the framing were found after move-in. We encourage you to reach out to your local Customer Care Team by submitting any warrantable concerns through your Lennar account. This ensures your concerns are properly documented and directed to the appropriate team for review and follow-up.
Sincerely,
Lennar Corporate Customer Care

Not transparent with loan costs and unfair treatment. No response to the feedback
Lennar responded:
Good morning Naga. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re truly sorry to hear you feel you had unfair treatment, particularly during the loan process. That’s far from the standard we aim to uphold, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations. Moving forward we hope to earn back your trust. If there are any outstanding warrantable items, we encourage you to submit a warranty service request through your Lennar account. This will help ensure your concerns are properly documented and followed up on by the appropriate ...

The sales rep has inaccurate information and the closing process was a hassle. They claimed the home would be locked but let someone come in and track the carpets and damage the floor. Also, didn’t get the keys during closing.

First off the buying process step by step was good. As far as the quality material of the homes wasn’t great. A lot of the items can be damaged and If carefully found during walk through it will not be covered under warranty after closing. Tree’s that was planted were not deep enough and was knocked down on a windy day also not covered warranty after closing as well. We had to dig the hole deeper and re planted ourselves. It feels like the home was built/installed in a rush.

The home buying process was smooth and well-organized. My agent, Michael was knowledgeable, responsive, and guided me every step of the way. From getting pre-approved to closing day, everything went as planned. Since closing, any issues we've encountered have been promptly addressed by Lennar, and they've been helpful in getting things resolved. My family and I are so happy with our new home!

Brandy was great to work with. I was looking at a Horton home. And figured out the Horton home was going to be over 40,000 more I’ve done about $10,000 worth of upgrades but wouldn’t trade my house for the Horton house and also I love the development the pool area and play area which I don’t know is I’ll use much is absolutely gorgeous. You won’t be disappointed moving here.

Need to be better with first time homebuyers

The day I signed the contract I was sadly given half correct information about possible helps like homestead and the agent incharge never answered my phone calls after I was passed down to mortage people. After that When I went to pick up my keys after signing there was no one at the comunity and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive and hand me my keys! Lastly my house was dirty when I went in. They never did the last cleaning of my home. The only response I got was: “maybe someone got confused on the day you were closing” other than that I have a house.
Lennar responded:
Good afternoon Marie, Thank you for your honest review. We're disappointed to learn that your expectations weren’t met, as our goal is always to provide a positive and lasting experience. Moving forward, If there are any warrantable items, please submit a warranty service request through your Lennar account. Lennar works hard to make sure the home buying process is easy and seamless. Of course there were a few hic-ups along the way, but they were easily worked out. Communication was wonderful as well. I just have a few things still needing repair, but all in all, it is a great home and I love living here.
