Buying from Village Builders/Lennar was painless. Sales rep, construction manager, warranty person have all answered questions and taken care of issues within 24 hours. I have been in my home for almost 2 months, and any small issues with the house were dealt with immediately, usually within a couple of hours. Good job Lennar!

My overall experience has been great. There have been. Some flooring issues however Lennar has been very quick to respond. I contemplated a 4 star on the workmanship for that reason. I understand having to use different contractors to keep the wheels turning on putting up these homes quickly and I applaud Lennar for the value of the home, the timely responses, and the overall willingness to seek customer satisfaction. I've told several people I know about Lennar that are also looking to get still a great home without spending $500,000. Yes the home is settling in and things start to seem out of whack but I was extremely satisfied with how fast Kyndall is to respond to us and get someone out quickly to fix any and all issues. I love the home, love the value, and the affordability it gave for me to make a 2 plan of homeowship happen in 1. No more apartment living for us lol. Thanks team for the hard work and I promise to try and send people. Thank you also Jennifer on the Sales side for working with my crazy self and my Realtor to help get a dream done all before the holidays. Fast action and responsible in addressing the issues

I am so happy to buying my new home with Lennar. They give me an excellent price and interest rate including refrigerator range dishwasher blinds washer and dryer and helping me with $10000 with the Closing costs We closing the deal in 3 weeks this was amazing.. I just can say THANK YOU!! I have a lower monthly payment for a brand new house in this 2025

In life one can be lucky enough to cross paths with a person who is not about self-serving, rather serving others. John fits that description. He worked very hard with Rosa to make buying my final home a reality. He was not so much concerned about his rewards as he had a purpose to help me. He answered every question I had, he had solutions that supported my purchase, and he physically helped when something had not been finished. That character does not go unnoticed. Lennar Homes should be grateful to have a true and sincere model agent when it comes to selling homes.

Great experience purchasing the. Working with the sales person remotely, she was amazing helpful and completely knowledgeable. We were able to see finished homes in the area of the home purchased. The home purchase was similar. The walk through was informative and given professionally. He was able to answer all our questions.

The process from looking at homes to the final move-in was seamless. Hailey H. was extremely personal and devoted her time and efforts in ensuring that my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. The quality the new home that I purchased is outstanding, what was optional features in most of the other homes we looked at were standard features for Lennar. The builders team from sales, financial to final inspection was over and beyond my expectations. Hailey was very attentive to what we were looking for and even helped us get more value for our money.

The website has tons of information as your house is getting built. You get to follow along every step of the way. I was able to see my house every week after I closed. And I love how the website gives detailed information about how to take care of your home. Very good experience from a first-time home buyer. My agent was great but I wish you was just a little bit more involved in the closing. I've even known some people to get small gifts from their real estate agents.

Very grateful to have bought a home from Lennar

Lennar homes include a lot of upgrades for the price point of the homes. Tankless water heater, fencing, fully landscaped, and a sprinkler system! Financing, new homeowners orientation/inspection, and closing was well coordinated. A minor siding issue was reported to the warranty team and addressed within a week. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to choose a Lennar home.

I have already recommended and one person is due to close next month and several more in the pipeline. THANK YOU

First time buyer, so a lot of unknowns, but Lennar and team were patient, kind and helpful. I haven't had any early repairs, everything is good. The price of the house was great, no thrills, just the basics. Some areas could use a better quality hardware, but I cant complain for the price, and it’s fairly easy to upgrade.
