Title company was the worst experience. I bought my previous home from Lennar in 2023 in ***** and comparing both Morgage teams your Team for Northpointe was below standard. The lack of professional loan officers was not pleasant at all.

The lack of marksmanship from the contractors. Landscaping is so lumpy, trim is not straight, outlets ***** just to name a few. Below standard marksmanship

I've had a hard time getting a clear response from Lennar about the community mailboxes at Pecan Meadows. The local post office is adamant that Lennar has the community's mailbox keys, but when I called multiple people at Lennar including the head of *****, I'm being told that the post office has them. I even spoke with a regional superior from the post office who advised that someone at Lennar had misplaced the keys and now they're having to rekey all of the community boxes. This is not much of a surprise, as my house key was misplaced on my closing date and I was left without access for 3 ...

I would have gave a five star to everything but there are a couple issues I had. One was the construction people left a lot of trash and lose rock all o er the place two the pond in the back is nasty and has no running water.

I was not advised of the things the house would be missing, unless it was written on a small print. The house came without: gutters, towel holders, knobs for cabinets, doorbell ring nor connection, rods for shower curtains and a finished garage. Cables fo

Besides, the closing was a nightmare. The loan officer was rude and didn't respond to most of my questions of the closing process. I requested my complain to be elevated to the owners or corporate office but not sure that was done. I never received an apology or a follow up of that bad experience.

I had a horrible builder experience missed deadlines, missing materials, last minute document request day of closing, I waited for the entire day on my closing was horrible, Bad workmanship if the home, miscommunications of exterior color and massive delays left me homeless for 2 weeks and last minute inconveniences and headache… 4 days in my AC went out how is that possible on a new house Started off great ended in a horrible mess but in the end I was able to move in my beautiful home and get the quality is*****s repaired in a timely manner. Purchasing my first home should have been one of the happiest milestones of my life, but this company turned it into the most stressful and frustrating experience I've ever had. From the beginning, there was a clear lack of communication. It constantly felt like no one knew what was happening with my file, and I received conflicting information throughout the process. It took over a month just to receive loan approval, and I was asked to provide more than 50 conditions. At one point, I was even accused of fraud, which was incredibly upsetting and handled without any professionalism or ...

I would not recommend buying a Lennar home. The customer service after closing has been extremely disappointing. Once the sale is complete, it feels like you’re on your own. Getting warranty issues addressed has been a frustrating and exhausting process that often feels like pulling teeth. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the home has been far below what I expected from a national builder. We’ve dealt with numerous issues that should have been caught before closing, and getting anyone to take ownership of those problems has been a challenge. Communication ...

No point in writing a bad review, calling and trying to get answers from anyone who will hear your experience and not down play it as sorry you need to call your sales person. When I did the research and found my home by my self and when you call for a question nothing gets an answer. It was a run around in 360 circles and it doesn't matter here the customer service is not there. Sales person, community manager , loan officer. The only person that made a difference was the notary person and my escrow account person she went above and beyond to make sure I secured everything on time.
Lennar responded:
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience fell short of expectations. Moving forward, if there are any questions or warrantable concerns, please submit a warranty/service request through your Lennar Account. This ensures your request is documented, prioritized, and available for convenient status tracking. We hope your home brings you and your family comfort, happiness, and many wonderful years ahead.
Sincerely,
Lennar Corporate Customer Care

“My experience with Lennar was outstanding from start to finish. The entire home-buying process was easy, organized, and stress-free. Every step was explained clearly, and I was guided through the process from beginning to end. Whenever I had questions, the team was always available and made sure nothing went unanswered. A special thank you to Steven at Northpointe. He was absolutely awesome to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. As someone who asks a lot of questions, I truly appreciated that he always took the time to explain ...

My experience with Lennar was okay. Being a first-time home buyer, I did get a pretty good deal. However, going through the loan process was an eye-opening experience. Lennar mortgage was very demanding and expected me to drop everything and get what they wanted done immediately. I also felt like it was somewhat of a high pressure sale on this house. The area is hard to get to. If there were better access roads to major highways. My work commute would be cut by at least 10 to 15 minutes. I really hope that Lennar is working with community planners to start opening up four lane roads ...

I ended up closing 2 days early, so I'm thinking that is the reason for not cleaning the house I bought. my furniture and household goods were in the garage for 5 weeks after that waiting for their contractors to go clean the floors where they tract the adhesive from the vinyl flooring. it was a mess all Lennar did was send a heavy set guy to take pictures of the floor, 2 weeks in a row. I finally hired a 73 year old gentleman from my church . On his hands and knees with wet rags and dawn dish soap he cleaned up most of it. I saw he was tired so gratefully I paid him $290.00 My other ...

My experience was good, I didn't get into my home on the date agreed on... But, since being in my home.... the only problem I have is with the flooring,(the flooring technician did a crappy job) and I had to purchase my own venetian blinds. Otherwise, I'm enjoying my new HOUSE....

Provision for the door bell/switch is missing in my home and I did not notice that at the final walkthrough. I never expect a new home without door bell provision. Then I created a case last month with warranty . They scheduled the electrician but due to my work conflict I couldn't fix at the scheduled date , and they marked the case as completed on Feb07. I contacted the warranty people and they said I can create a new case later. Then I created a new case yesterday and today I received a message from warranty representative Terry replied "per the electrician. you do not get door bells in ...
