The home buying process was easy. Everyone was great to work with.

What you see is what you get. There are few options and when complete the build is ready to live in.

Good construction and innovation. More spaces in rooms ,large Windows..

The biggest issues we've had have been with the warranty and issues we had with the house even before we closed. They build them quick and sloppy and when they send out people to "fix" issues they just cover it up and don't actually fix anything correctly. If you want a quick built homebuilder that sacrifices quality for quantity, Lennar is there for you.

Poor workmanship and cheap materials. Lack of attention to detail and a lot of corner cutting. We do not recommend using the in-house mortgage company, Lennar Mortgage / Eagle Mortgage. And pay attention during your walk through. Take your time. We have paint splattered on the floors, paint is missing in corners of ceilings, on windowsills, etc. and the paint is so cheap it literally flakes off the ceiling and walls. Nail pops are everywhere, cupboard doors don’t close properly, electrical outlets are not secured. Light fixtures are not properly secured. Doors are sticking. Be prepared fir an enormous amount of debris to make its way to the surface in your yard. We’re talking nails, broken pottery, tools, etc. - you name it. Yards are not graded and leveled. We have also found where the tub and surround have scratches and were painted over. The stove has scratches and slight dents that we didn’t notice at first. Paint and caulk were splattered on towel bars, countertops and the sides of toilets. We’re kicking ourselves for not noticing more. ... More

The builder provides great value for the price, and the few things I've had to have addressed post-closing were handled quickly and competently. I was not thrilled with some things like the shelves in the pantry are not level so I dropped down a star on quality. I would prefer to have the option to add or remove features. There are some things that are so much easier and less costly to add during construction. And I would have preferred not to have the window coverings included in the house as I replaced them immediately anyway.

Have only lived in this brand new house for a few months and have to had several things fixed, half our outlets didn’t work, faucet won’t work correctly, sprinkler system was broken, and you can see several screws sticking out of the dry wall. Didn’t come with anything worth the cost, not even enough cabinet space for 2 people to store a very small/normal amount of kitchen appliances. Our sales lady Alyssa was also very rude and unresponsive throughout the entire buying process

The home is well built, affordable and the Lennar people are friendly and available. My only complaint is the yard. The construction materials under the sod is dangerous(giant metal pieces, nails, screws and sharp wood) and creates a bumpy yard.

Construction was delayed because the city did not issue a building permit until June. However Tami kept us up-to-date every week and we were able to move in December. Overall a very positive experience.

Buying experience was very easy!

For a first time buyer I was so excited on buying my first house and spend time with family and friends. But now that the time passes by I get to notice a lot of stuff that isn’t right and that the contractors and builders let it slide under the rug so they could sell, sell and sell ,not focusing on quality and safety of the people that it’s planning to stay in the new house for the rest of their lives. Per example crooked wall in the kitchen and door of living room swings by itself because of that. Roof trusses, 2x4’s cheap and a lot of pieces look like a dog chewed on them and they installed them like that anyway.(Are they supposed to be 2x6’s anyway ?!) I just really hope that my house is going to last and not a regular wind or something simple is going to take the roof down and crush us ..! After 3 attempts of telling Robert, about my back yard and my neighbor telling to him about water holding between our houses, no one hasn’t come by and see or say anything about putting dirt or a French drain . Which that what we need instead of a eye balled trench. Well I hope someone read this and reply or get back with me with a solution at least with my water issue . Thank you ... More

So excited to buy our first dream house. And 100% satisfied after we bought home with Lennar. It exceeds our expectations

Quite neighborhood. House is nice except 2 nails inside the house popped up, ruined the paint.

Finishing work is dissapointing, there is paint on the floors, scratches on doors and cabinets, a hole on the wood floor, nails sticking out of some doors, walls and carpets. Kitchen counters polish are rough.

Trust Lennar. Hands down with the quality of service and work from Lennar. From pre-application to closing documents, everything ran smoothly.
