Our sales rep was very communicative and responsive and when trouble arose she took the reins and jumped in to help us. If it were not for our sales rep Hailey, I would have walked from the deal. The home buying concierge assigned to us was so bad—she was non-responsive, didn’t return calls or emails. She was incorrectly relaying information from the project manager to me and probably from me to him. She also gave misinformation that confused and frustrated me. Overall, I would probably choose Lennar again but I would shop around with other builders as well to compare.

Michael was our sales person. Amazing experience. Professional and accurate execution. Lennar Mortage…was almost perfect but they didn’t pay all of the HOA yet so we are having to be the middle man for it. Warranty after the buy…big ZERO. I’ll just go straight to the big one: neighbor had drainage issue in backyard, James from warranty told her she needed a french drain (she did not, it hasn’t rained), Lennar hired a sub contracted party to install this drain. The subs need to do the job right the first time. I’ve had 5 major issue with my lawn. 2 broken sprinkler lines, one not burried, lawn died and replaced. This is my 3rd Lennar home I’ve bought and I’m sure Lennar won’t respond to this but that’s life. So probably my last Lennar I’ll buy.

Our salesman, Norman, kept trying to sell us something we did not want and, although, we were #1 on a house, we walked in on a conversation with another prospective where he was about to sell them the house we had been promised. We were just waiting for the house to be released to put our money down. We have had trouble getting warranty work completed. We had a private inspection done and some of those issues, which were supposed to be addressed before we moved in still have not been completed. Bill and John in the sales office where absolutely fantastic! 10 out of a 10 would recommend every day of the week! The house I've had issues one after the other starting week 3 of owning it. I've had electrical issues, plumbing, a rood leak, nails popping from the sheet rock, and a crack above a window. These seems like a lot for a BRAND NEW HOUSE. Warranty doesn't communicate very well and I have to reach out to get info. I've only own the house for about 6 weeks and can't fully move in due to all of the issues. Hopefully, I'll get it all fixed and I will get to enjoy my new house.

Found that the quality of material used during construction are not the level expected based on price paid for home. Make sure that every part of the house is checked and perform a final walkthrough to double check that all issues have been resolved before closing.

My experience with Lennar Homes was mixed. On one hand, Omar, the builder rep, was incredibly helpful and available to answer questions. His guidance throughout the home buying process made things a bit smoother. However, one aspect that I found slightly inconvenient was their complete reliance on electronic documentation. I personally prefer having some paper documents for reference, not just QR codes to look everything up on a screen or log into a portal. Issues that were found during inspection were addressed prior to move-in, there were a couple of items that required attention ...

Bad experience with overall lennar team

Lennar salesman doesn’t respond after the earnest money was given. They didn’t clean at all after the home orientation. When i was there after the closing, everything was as it is when we left after orientation. Little things like pull string on the conduit was not there for utility cable to go to the security box, front and back trees were not properly dug into the ground. Some of the ring security sensors were missing. Paints on the floor and windows are not properly cleaned. They said it gonna be construction clean but not at all.Overall bad experience.

Poor quality home and non responsive to issues

Before we moved in it was very attentive to my needs, which should have been done before I had to pick them out. Not little scratches on walls but Sprinkler lines broke and spraying water in the air, doors jammed shut and was hard to open. Air handler doors off... No lights in a closet. As of 2 months later still nothing is fixed. I had to have a sprinkler guy come stop the water being wasted running down the street. Im pretty sure I will not be buying another Lennar home .

It was a real pleasure to work with Steve from North point who took us to Rancho Canyon to look at homes! I love the open concept and facial look of the homes in this community! Everything was pretty much online and electronic which made it easy for us as buyers! Thank you for a wonderful experience! We love our new home!

I canot begain to state how regrettful i am in buying this Lennar home. The workmanship is the worst ive ever seen in my 69 years. Nothing is plumb nor levell. The exterior concrete looks DRUNK. Not one construction joint is streight or level. The exterior siding has dips and vallys between the wall studs. After extremely heavy rains locally the exterior siding has decided to show is poor instilation. I cannot begain to comment on how sorry i am today for buying this Lennar home. There were good and bad the walk through wasn’t a walk through so there are problems I am finding but lennar is quick to help. When I moved in I had a BIG moving truck I couldn’t pull in the drive way so I parked on the side of the street as my vehicle was on the side of the stree and my sister parked in the drive of the show house as to not block the street it was a Sunday. Lennar homes include a lot of upgrades for the price point of the homes. Tankless water heater, fencing, fully landscaped, and a sprinkler system! Financing, new homeowners orientation/inspection, and closing was well coordinated. A minor siding issue was reported to the warranty team and addressed within a week. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to choose a Lennar home.

So there’s a reason all the inspectors have a running joke about Lennar homes- because the blue tape walkthroughs are a joke. An entire cabinet in my kitchen is currently cracked completely in half. They installed it that way! The paint on my walls chips off if a fly lands on it. The workers are loud, messy, and lazy. There’s no standards on who they will hire as long as they do it fast, Lennar doesn’t care. My lawn is full of sunflowers from workers spitting seeds everywhere and construction trash is constantly in my yard. The “landscaping” is awful- the 3 bushes they planted are completely ...

I made a decision quickly and I'm not disappointed...altho it all felt a little rushed... The homes were in my price range and to get something new in a nice development was my goal. Many amenities we take for granted are lacking (ceiling fans, drawer & cabinet pulls, shower doors, garage door openers, and doorbells!, etc). These are items I've added on my own. Some yards have sod that looks well laid, mine was not good whatsoever! It's lumpy, bumpy, very poorly laid and full of crab grass. Overall, I'm satisfied. Good thing I like doing outdoor yard work! This yard needs a lot of work...
