I really thought the lady who did my overall inspection was awesome and she took care of everything!

My experience has been mixed. I really like my new home and where I live. I opted to use the Lennar mortgage company because of the incentives but the experience was less than satisfactory. The representative was not very responsive and I had to hold them accountable for doing what they promised. Make sure you review your closing documents. There were several items to repair in the house before closing and the level of cleanliness was low. You would think that the builder would want to provide buyers with clean beautiful home. They acted like that wasn't realistic. The quality of the amenities is low. In this market with much higher prices, it may be difficult to get a quality home without overpaying for it. I have a long list of repairs to report to them. The crews that are building the homes have no respect for the neighborhood. They would leave their dirty food containers inside the home for days while building. Now that im in the home, im finding food trash in my backyard from the crews who are working on the other houses. I've even seen trash in the trees. The litter near my home is excessive. On another note, they are responsive, and polite. My neighborhood is great and I like the overall layout of my home. ... More

Overall good experience. However the house was not as complete as it should have been since it was rushed through to meet a May 31 quota deadline. Still finding poor craftsmanship after 2 months.

Great for first time home buyers but also do your homework.

Homebuilder has been very responsive to our areas of concern.

Very pleasant home and neighborhood. Be prepared for a Fort Worth water cost eye-opener. HOA not in gear yet. Great concerns support staff. I do not know what could be done about the interior acoustics

Home built during covid you can tell took a hit to the design of the homes. They were already cookie cutter homes years ago, now they are lacking in even more design and appeal but people are still buying them. Everything's at the most basic level as they are trying to meet their margins on top of low supply of houses. People are willing to buy at these prices because of the market but I don't believe you get the value of the price you paid at "lower priced" elevation designs. These lower priced home are now hitting $300k. Not even a doorbell on my house, no steal studs to support my fencing (it's wood), the most basic fixtures in bathroom and kitchen, no stainless steel appliances, no tile in my bathrooms just this engineered waterproof wall. Nothing that stands out and I was not allowed to change anything. Builder & warranty team are very professional and communicative. Props to that team. You could get more for value years ago. This is 100% a starter home or someone who does not need much out of a home to begin with and is okay with the very basic at the highest prices. ... More

Lennar made sure all my questions were answered and made sure my first home was going to be awesome.

I like the responsiveness from Warranty department to fix issues.

What you see is what you get. There are few options and when complete the build is ready to live in.

The builder provides great value for the price, and the few things I've had to have addressed post-closing were handled quickly and competently. I was not thrilled with some things like the shelves in the pantry are not level so I dropped down a star on quality. I would prefer to have the option to add or remove features. There are some things that are so much easier and less costly to add during construction. And I would have preferred not to have the window coverings included in the house as I replaced them immediately anyway.

The home is well built, affordable and the Lennar people are friendly and available. My only complaint is the yard. The construction materials under the sod is dangerous(giant metal pieces, nails, screws and sharp wood) and creates a bumpy yard.

Quite neighborhood. House is nice except 2 nails inside the house popped up, ruined the paint.

Love the quality of some of the construction product used!

Overall we love our home.

we moved in March 2018, so far we haven't had too many issues and when we do have issues they are looked and possibly resolved within 7 - 10 business days. We live on a Greenbelt and a development vacant lot that is supposed to be cleaned up - well the Greenbelt is a weed infested eye-sore the weeds/misc plants are as tall as the iron fence (5-5.5ft) and the vacant lot that is supposed to be grassed with sprinklers is a catch all for the construction workers for concrete, bricks and extra dirt from other areas - large dump trucks come and dump misc stuff and a small back hoe brings bricks, concrete chunks, etc...we have notified the sales office and the HOA office and still get the same answer "we are working on it" "we will keep you posted" -- so far nothing. ... Overall purchasing experience was great. The whole Lennar team was very helpful and responsive to my concerns. Buyers should be vigilant hiring a qualified independent inspector and insist on being allowed enough time to address any issues before the final walk through. Finance and sales team were top notch. Quality of the home is good, but first time buyers need to understand the difference between a move in ready home and a home that needs upgrades from builder grade materials, paint, etc. The design of the house is nice and the yard is spacious. I really like my new house. Great quality home

Jordan and Seth both were kind and patient with us. Bring seniors we are not very tech savvy and both of them helped us in that regard. On the construction side, this is the worst paint and grout job I’ve ever seen. I was expecting builder grade paint but the manner in which was applied is awful. When we went to pick up the keys to our home we met Richard, customer care, who said he would be by in a few days. That was the last we saw of him.

Customer service after closing and buying has been helpful. However I’d wish the closing to have been much smoother than it was.

I have purchased about 15 homes in my adult life due to job moves. This by far was the worst loan experience I have ever had. Our loan officer, Amanda Claxton, gave incorrect information each time a question was asked. She has no eye for detail and is “ok with things not being exactly right”. I have never heard those words from someone working in finance. She told us things that simply were not true in multiple occasions and when we called her out she denied it even though I have it in email. When she doesn’t know the answer to a question she just makes one up. Simply the worst experience.
