The quality in some places is not really good, fences, grass installation, wall constructions, paint and price is really high vs quality.

The floor plan is beautiful but the workmanship is lacking. It is like Lennar dropped every door before putting them in and they rushed on touch ups, using the wrong paint in many cases. They lack attention to detail. They also outsource their work and there doesn’t seem to be much oversight or quality control.

I opened a Lennar warranty request on Jan 25th 2023 shortly after moving in. The reqest Case#05105695. Lennar warranty Customer Care Rep Jacob has been promising the repair work for months now and noboby ever shows up. The backyard and side yard floods and has standing water for days after it rains. Turning the yard into a mudd pit. When I refused to sign a work order complete document they just closed the work case.

The sales lady was great. The man in charge of the build was great. Both super friendly and made the process tolerable. It was much better experience than we had with Ryan Homes. Decent value with the fence, blinds, sod, and watering g system included. Quality is a concern - back door leaked, water bib not put on correctly so it blew the control valve out. Other small things that are frustrating on an expensive house. The garage is barely long enough for our cars so it is really tight and for as much money as we paid, that is unacceptable. Not all staff are qualified for customer service, or dealing with problems. Since they did not solve the problem at the moment. They take a long time to respond

Make sure you work with right person and don’t ever take the verbal consent about no loan origination charge when you take loan from lennar. They had said there will be no origination charge on loan but took my 3000$. I mentioned them more than 10 times before the closing of the house and they said they will take care of it. House has been closed and they said they will work on it and now they are ignoring all means of communication. Ridiculous. This will be the first and last time home buying with Lennar.

My name is Luis, I can say that the salesperson who convince me to purchase the home was great. But the builder teams are awful, they don’t know respond to complaints in an appropriate way. In my case I’ve been complaining about my yard that has a fifthteen foot long and four inches deep water puddle (mud) for a month now. And I only been living the house for six week. I can’t even get no internet connection because the construction next door ripped out all the wiring. Over all a very good experience. You have to understand that they are really throwing these homes up at an incredible pace. Only a few cosmetic issues that were handled after the walk through. Sales office took care of me, showed me three homes in process and doing the paperwork in less than an hour.

trouble with multiple areas of purchasing this home. Still waiting for some warranty issues to be fixed after weeks of communicating and waiting. Communication is not the greatest. Overall, it’s a beautiful home. We are grateful overall. But there have been multiple issues.

Very displeased with process and home. Lending process was the worst I have ever been through, the home did not meet expectations. Mail box wasn’t ready to accept mail until 6 weeks after closing.

The homebuying experience was poor. Sales staff were dodgy about answering questions and not very transparent about the homebuying process. It was a sellers market and this was an apportunity for builders to show what kind of seller they were going to be and they showed it. They quoted us a close date of March (i think to entice me to buy the house), We actually closed at the end of June after delay after delay. I understand it was a pandemic but this was ridiculous. Make sure you check EVERYTHING. We have had issues with gas from the stove the sprinklers and I’m noticing some craftsmanship flaws (vent cut outs too long so there’s are cuts not covered by the vents) and a space on the kitchen floor thats not level. First world problems so all in all a lovely home that I’m proud to own. Can’t wait until the HOA fees will be worth it (pool, parks etc)

Take time to notice the things one would not even look at during your walk thru, like quality of workmanship done by the building construction team. Take time to notice the backyard grass section the various slope grades, possibly work done in a hurry by the land surveyor landscaping team. My opinion is the Surveyors team should have noticed the various issues of backyard ? Such as grass/grade/slope, grass rolls planted on top of rocks? Not even to walk on. Once the contract to purchase was signed it was all downhill from there. My contact onsite never kept the commitments he made to reach out. He and the loan rep at Lennar Mortgage didn't communicate with each other. The loan rep never reached out unless I pestered him. The time and location for the doc signing was arbitrarily set and had to be rearranged at the last minute. After move it there has been many issues - range has gas smell, grading of the landscape causing ponding, doorbell doesn't work, the sprinklers are not set up correctly, and more - none of which has been addressed.
