Terrible experience. Cheapest products. All the way to closing. Never buying a lennar home again.

Overall good experience. However the house was not as complete as it should have been since it was rushed through to meet a May 31 quota deadline. Still finding poor craftsmanship after 2 months.

I would recommend other builder. Experience was horrible. Supervisor checking finish product is horrible then they get mad when you complain or ask things done correctly. I have told my coworkers to find other builders those that are looking to buy. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. Lennar to my worst enemy.

We have lived in this since 1 June. The craftsmanship is average at best. Very cheap paint on walls. You can’t even brush up against them because you will leave a mark. Caulking is chipping a long with the cheap paint. Driveway is already chipping concrete and upstairs has spots where creaking sounds are heard while walking. Lastly if you want to have a nail poke your foot, just come walk on our carpet, especially when entering or exiting a doorway. You’ll put shoes on! It’s unfortunate that it would seem profit is priority over quality because people just want to chalk it up as being “ a home owner” expense. If it’s done right the first time with the proper materials, I believe in the long run they make more money, but there inline is the problem, people want there money now and have no loyalty. People at a company for an extended amount of time is just not the case anymore. . I gave the overall buying process 4 stars, because it was very good. I made a life changing decision in November 2021 after staying with family in Fort Worth, TX for about 1.5 months and that was to relocate to this area from California. I targeted new community builds in the local area closest to my family that included DR Horton, MI Homes, KB Homes, and Lennar. I ultimately landed on a Lennar community and a model home given multiple factors including the location of the community, the price point for the house specifications I needed, and the quality of the build. The Lennar workforce from the sales stage to post-closing were wonderful to work with, very professional, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about their products, and followed through with their commitments. They all made for an overall positive buying experience. They included: - Sahil H. He was the face of Lennar as my New Home Specialist and the first person I met upon walking onto the property to secure a purchase. Sahil walked me through their process, continued to support me throughout it, followed up with needs that I had, and went to bat for me as the customer advocate on numerous occasions. - Jeremy W. He was my Mortgage Loan Officer and helped to secure a loan product with which I am pleased. He educated me, offered up options, and followed through with all my needs. - Shannon M. She was my Senior Loan Processor and facilitated all the paperwork needs in order to close. She was very responsive, timely with my informational needs, and was always accessible by phone or email. - Mary M. She was my Escrow Officer and made my closing process seamless. Escrow processes including being able to e-sign on a virtual call with a notary and having my house keys couriered to the new community (as opposed to be driving an hour to the closing office) were very much appreciated. - Scott W. He was my Quality Assurant Representative and engaged me during the pre-final and final walk through. He has superb knowledge of Lennar products and well astute with homeownership. He taught me a lot about the things the property required in such as a short amount of time that we were together. He captured all the items that needed to be fixed for the final walk and ensured that all items were completed. - Richard A. He is my Customer Care Specialist and works onsite at the community. What a great concept of having someone locally in the new community build. Richard came by a few days after closing and walked me through all the essentials of new homeownership including how to submit warranty requests. - Vonda A. She is my Construction Manager who is assigned to the street in which I reside. She is so nice to talk with and always makes herself available no matter what pressures she has to get properties ready. She takes good care of the properties when they are being constructed ensuring that they are secured for the evening. Her need for security also extends to the residents where she placed "slow down" signs for vendors and contractors to be mindful of residents including small children. For any successful product or service, there is always a team of professionals behind them. I'm truly appreciative of this "village" of Lennar professionals that made it all come together for me. ... I feel that once the deal close all assist close too! I need help setting up my smart home! Cabinets not complete! I had issues with two cabinet and one was fixed and Alex will not confirm the two cabinet that also had a split in it they try to paint over but it need new cabinet

It has good customer service

The overall process was great, Liz was so easy to work with and gave us so many updates. As far as the inspection process, and move in, there were some issues.

They all put cheap material with in month moved in more than 100 issue noted and not resolved and filed customer service gentle man not knowledge able with problems and does not have customer service skills, rushing closing the tickets with out solving problems. water leak from bathroom since 3/4 March to until 4/26 not fix, drainage issued on the right side of the house not fix same time. Finishing was not good still have lots of pain stain on hardwood floor.

The basic structure is good and I like my home, but there are many details in the finish that were not done correctly. The human response was not good (all stages: sales, mortgage, warranty, etc).

Overall assessment of our experience is just Fair. Below is the explanation. Delivered product supposed to be an exact replica of what's in the Model Home. Disappointingly what you see is Not really what you get. Builder must own the right to modify, because they do. Several delivered features do not replicate those in the Model as they were supposed to (per SC). Master shower layout, flooring, cabinetry, and others to name a few. Communication with builder/construction superintendent literally Non-existent. 'Take what you get' approach. Oh.... and better be grateful. Also noticed some subs trying to cut corners. The house has poor craftsmanship, it looks they they just threw the home together quickly and didn't take time to check to make sure everything was done correctly

Great service with all issues

Home quality is in par but the overall process was just a nightmare. There is a lack of coordination between departments and as a seller i had to constantly follow up on the process. Mortgage was also a pain to deal with. Every person needed hand holding to get me to close. It maybe because we were one of the first few movers in the community but i hope they fix the process.

One day we will look back and talk about how stressful it was buying a house in 2020-2021. It certainly did not make things easy in such a competitive market. Thankfully for me I ran into Mrs. Liz and the Lennar team and I just wish I came across them sooner. The team was professional all the way through and certainly helpful. There were a few issues right when I moved in but once addressed they were responsive and treated the issues in a time sensitive manner. Can’t really say anything other than positives, a great team!

From start to to finish, everything was so easy and everyone was so nice! We love our home and don’t regret a thing!

Great for first time home buyers but also do your homework.

Homebuilder has been very responsive to our areas of concern.

Great experience anytime I needed help or an issue fixed they were on it.

Some things was not explained about what was not included in the house when I first toured the house. I did not know there was no doorbell or garage opener.

Lennar being a big title n company i decided to trust their construction work but i was very disappointed. I thought inspection was not needed since it's a new built but i was wrong. Please make sure to do one. Found tons of issues. After almost 2 months of living in the New house. i am finding issues every day. I see tons of cutting corners poor built is it blame. I think lennar is more into quantity than quality. Which is very inconvenient for the home buyers. At least they respond for issues quick. I m very disappointed in the quality i got for the price i paid :(

Had a lot of issues from the morning we were closing until 3 months after we closed. The crew that did the grass left a bunch of wet concrete in the yard after rolling the sod down. They came and rolled after we closed. Now it’s either big chunks of concrete in our front and backyard or dig it up and have to fill with soil and new sod ourselves. Our breaker box in the garage was wired wrong and we couldn’t even use our dryer until an electrician finally made it out. The corners of drywall is already cracking. Door frames are coming undone. The floor molding is coming apart. Dealing with a lot of stuff that we shouldn’t have to deal with 3 months into a brand new home. ... More

I have been here for less than 4 months, having cracks in ceiling and trash being found under the sod, sprinkler system has had several issuses.

excellent service. but bit pricey. i did not have any issues. everything went well. slight delay on delivery by amount month and half but due to covid. that is acceptable delay. all deliverables were met with quock redpinse and all reps are awesome. thanks fir everything. you hVe mDe it possible without hassle
