Overall good experience. However the house was not as complete as it should have been since it was rushed through to meet a May 31 quota deadline. Still finding poor craftsmanship after 2 months.

I would recommend other builder. Experience was horrible. Supervisor checking finish product is horrible then they get mad when you complain or ask things done correctly. I have told my coworkers to find other builders those that are looking to buy. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend. Lennar to my worst enemy.

We have lived in this since 1 June. The craftsmanship is average at best. Very cheap paint on walls. You can’t even brush up against them because you will leave a mark. Caulking is chipping a long with the cheap paint. Driveway is already chipping concrete and upstairs has spots where creaking sounds are heard while walking. Lastly if you want to have a nail poke your foot, just come walk on our carpet, especially when entering or exiting a doorway. You’ll put shoes on! I feel that once the deal close all assist close too! I need help setting up my smart home! Cabinets not complete! I had issues with two cabinet and one was fixed and Alex will not confirm the two cabinet that also had a split in it they try to paint over but it need new cabinet

They all put cheap material with in month moved in more than 100 issue noted and not resolved and filed customer service gentle man not knowledge able with problems and does not have customer service skills, rushing closing the tickets with out solving problems. water leak from bathroom since 3/4 March to until 4/26 not fix, drainage issued on the right side of the house not fix same time. Finishing was not good still have lots of pain stain on hardwood floor.

The basic structure is good and I like my home, but there are many details in the finish that were not done correctly. The human response was not good (all stages: sales, mortgage, warranty, etc).

Overall assessment of our experience is just Fair. Below is the explanation. Delivered product supposed to be an exact replica of what's in the Model Home. Disappointingly what you see is Not really what you get. Builder must own the right to modify, because they do. Several delivered features do not replicate those in the Model as they were supposed to (per SC). Master shower layout, flooring, cabinetry, and others to name a few. Communication with builder/construction superintendent literally Non-existent. 'Take what you get' approach. Oh.... and better be grateful. Also noticed some subs ...

Home quality is in par but the overall process was just a nightmare. There is a lack of coordination between departments and as a seller i had to constantly follow up on the process. Mortgage was also a pain to deal with. Every person needed hand holding to get me to close. It maybe because we were one of the first few movers in the community but i hope they fix the process.

What a stressful time to buy a house

One day we will look back and talk about how stressful it was buying a house in 2020-2021. It certainly did not make things easy in such a competitive market. Thankfully for me I ran into Mrs. Liz and the Lennar team and I just wish I came across them sooner. The team was professional all the way through and certainly helpful. There were a few issues right when I moved in but once addressed they were responsive and treated the issues in a time sensitive manner. Can’t really say anything other than positives, a great team!

Lennar being a big title n company i decided to trust their construction work but i was very disappointed. I thought inspection was not needed since it's a new built but i was wrong. Please make sure to do one. Found tons of issues. After almost 2 months of living in the New house. i am finding issues every day. I see tons of cutting corners poor built is it blame. I think lennar is more into quantity than quality. Which is very inconvenient for the home buyers. At least they respond for issues quick. I m very disappointed in the quality i got for the price i paid :(

Had a lot of issues from the morning we were closing until 3 months after we closed. The crew that did the grass left a bunch of wet concrete in the yard after rolling the sod down. They came and rolled after we closed. Now it’s either big chunks of concrete in our front and backyard or dig it up and have to fill with soil and new sod ourselves. Our breaker box in the garage was wired wrong and we couldn’t even use our dryer until an electrician finally made it out. The corners of drywall is already cracking. Door frames are coming undone.
