My home buying experience was easier than I expected. Every person involved stayed present during the entire process.

Bathrooms. Specifically the shower kits installed are not made for shower curtains and they are sold without any doors. Also, the second bathroom has no noise insulation and once the water is turned on it sounds like a freight train throughout the house. Needless to say there's no privacy.

I bought my house in August and we are still not on the ***** and it's almost November, they say they lost the checks. Wow. What an experience

As a 1st time home buyer I thought I couldn't afford a brand new house, but look at me now! They made my dreams come true!

MY sales person Lisa acted weird and unfriendly after the sale. She said and asked "what's up"? when I went to see her for help. The mortgage Dept made things very difficult, complicated and very nerve wrecking. They ran my credit report 3 times, thus causing my ***** score to plummet drastically by 35 points. Why?? The Builder, Gary is a good guy. He has empathy, very courteous, helpful and understanding.

All the people involved with the process are highly knowledgeable and and guided me with kids gloves.

I love how fast they respond. Could't believe we were a homeowner in no time.

Quality building materials, great craftsmanship, best customer service.

The representatives were friendly and available to answer my many questions.

The pricing of the home along with the upgrades you receive included in that price were too good to pass up. The area we bought in is an up and coming area and will be fantastic.

My experience with the entire seller is Awesome, Professional, accommodating in all areas.

I was very satisfied with the purchase process and the incentives were great. But after closing there's a brick wall to scale for repairs. The claim is closed out without proper completion. I'm not satisfied with the process. Please understand that if I were a repair technician I would not have placed a request. Please don't expect me to paint a picture about something that is not my job. Just handle the request and schedule the service calls.

I purchased four homes with this builder. My experience with the first two homes was excellent. At ***** there were only a few minor details, and overall everything went very well. The last two homes on Village of Greystone, however, were less organized and had more workmanship issues. On one of them, I had to ask for the siding to be removed and corrected because it was visibly uneven and did not look professionally installed. It seemed that some of the contractors on those homes lacked experience or proper supervision. The financing and application process was generally handled well, and I received the documents I needed. However, communication could be better organized because my file seemed to pass through several different departments and multiple people, which sometimes made the process confusing. My experience purchasing a Lennar home was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. Buying a new construction home should be an exciting experience, but unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. At closing, my home was dirty and had not been properly cleaned or prepared for move-in. There were also several items missing or incomplete that should have been addressed before I ever received the keys. Instead of being able to enjoy my new home, I found myself repeatedly reaching out to the builder to get things completed that should have been taken care of prior to closing. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I am also a Realtor.
