They made everything so easy and fast!

From top to bottom it was a Great team experience. They answered all my questions I had and made sure I was calm throughout the process. My house concierge was amazing until this day if I have any questions she helps me.

It was a easy smooth experience everyone was attentive and very helpful things I didn’t know was explained the only thing I would recommend is make sure you know what’s being built in the home you’re purchasing and what’s all included but for the most part I’m happy and satisfied

I am a first time homebuyer. I was able to be upfront about my credit challenges and we were able to establish a timeline for me too clean up my credit and pay off debt. I absolutely love the neighborhood and the homes because of the nature and it’s just a really nice community and area. I Do not believe I could’ve gotten the same home for this price in Houston. I think it would’ve been more.

Excellent loan officer and loan analyst. Builder very knowledgable also, previous Lennar home owner but this experience was 10 times better. Only damage from hurricane were a few things inside and fence, and front yard tree but in process of being fixed, this team handled the hurricane situation excellent to help my closing stay on track.
