We were excited and "blown away" with the expediency of the entire experience. Within a month and a half we were living in our new home! My first time buying a home. Lennar team made it so easy for me. They were there for me. Returned every phone call. Made me relax when I was nervous. All was so professional, kind and patient especially with the online activities. I thank God I chose this mortgage company. I am so pleased with the cottage I purchased. I was concerned that my furniture an kitchen items would not fit, but surprisingly, everything fit. Especially the kitchen. Both will and bailey are very responsive pointing me.The right directions assisting me throughout the process.I can't thank them enough With the exception of a patio "which I still miss having "the items the home did not include are things people would want to put in their own personal touch. And really love Caney Mill's subdivision, It's very well kept an great neighbors.
