Once I paid my earnest money communication was almost none. No one bothered to check how the home was moving along in the construction. My inspector went three times to make sure the items in my home that needed to be fixed had been fixed, all the times my inspector went nothing was done, even after giving the sales agent and construction manager ame time to fix the issues. The first time the inspector went to the home none of the appliances were in the home.

Every question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt like my best interests came first. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear that everyone genuinely wanted to help me find the right home. Their professionalism, honesty, and kindness gave me confidence throughout the entire process.

Simply worried about selling, not solving issues, missinformed

The walkthrough. I had to do it three times with the tape. And then no one showed up to actually follow up on the many items that still had orange tape on it when we moved in. Sean continuously said he was coming.Then, he said he would just do it himself.And to date, it's still not taking care of. Almost all of the doorknobs are coming off. The man in the office.I don't know what his name is.He's completely rude and just not helpful.Whatsoever EVERY time I come into the office

Bad quality construcción and deposit money lennar don't give back

There was understanding of our needs for a home by the builder representative but response was delayed at some point.

I wasn't very satisfied with the purchase and the quality of the house

Meredith helped us every step of the way and made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress free. She was transparent throughout the entire process, kept us informed, and always made sure we understood what to expect. The experience could have been a lot better should be one person walking you through not different people talking to you and in a rush to sell

Loan officer didn't return calls from Lennar mortgage. Most of my questions were never answered. When closed I wasn't given correct information about utilities. Not given information to get passes for the lagoon. Closing date was changed several times but we were never told it was not a set date. We weren't give. The information on paint color in my home. We spent hours at closing. We left around 10pm. If you set appointments, keep them. Don't over schedule. Also, we were being asked for more documentation while we were waiting at Lennar Title. If you guys aren't ready and need more documentation, then don't schedule a closing unless you are really ready. Also, you don't make it a memorable experience. It was more like a horrible experience with Lennar as a first time home buyer. The home passed an independent inspection, and all questions and concerns were addressed immediately and satisfactory.

Information about the total understanding of how the warranties work, what to do in case of an emergency, and identifying issues that can arise within the first 30 days should have been made known. My HVAC (thermostat for the AC isn't working, and when I reach out to the emergency service listed, they haven't called me back. It's been 3 days without AC).

I just move from new york after living there for 34 years to texas spend one year in *****een T.X then I say I move to ***** so I start looking for house then my agent sends me some places when I walk into two other house then the third one I was like this is it I feel at home 🏡

As a real estate investor, I have purchased several homes over the years, and without question, my experience with Lennar has been the worst home-buying experience I have ever had. This was a cash purchase, which should have made the transaction simple and efficient. Instead, it turned into a frustrating, stressful, and completely disorganized process from beginning to end. Communication was absolutely terrible. We were never given any flexibility when scheduling our walkthrough or closing. Instead of receiving updates, we had to constantly chase people for basic information. We sent countless emails, yet most went unanswered or received a single delayed response. It was clear that keeping customers informed was not a priority. The worst part of the experience was dealing with *****. She was by far the least responsive and least helpful person we communicated with throughout the entire process. Instead of making the experience easier, she added to the frustration with poor communication, lack of follow-up, and little concern for customer service. The closing process was equally unacceptable. As a cash buyer purchasing a home at this price point, knowing the final closing amount in advance is essential so certified funds can be prepared. Despite requesting the final figures multiple times, ***** ***** failed to provide the information until the day before closing. This unnecessary delay created avoidable stress and confusion. To make matters worse, he did not even attend the closing to complete the signing process. The overall impression was that once Lennar had secured the sale, customer service completely disappeared. We felt like we were begging for information every step of the way instead of being treated as valued customers making a major financial investment. Lennar proudly claims to treat customers like family, but our experience proved the exact opposite. We experienced poor communication, lack of accountability, and a complete disregard for the buyer's time and concerns. Lennar needs to seriously improve its customer service standards and hold its employees accountable. Representatives such as ***** and ***** should understand that buying a home is one of the largest financial decisions people make, and buyers deserve timely communication, professionalism, and respect. Because of this experience, I will never purchase another investment property from Lennar, and I will not recommend Lennar to friends, family, c*****nts, or fellow real estate investors. If I were ever forced to purchase another Lennar home, I would specifically request that neither Angelica Reyes nor ***** be involved in my transaction. Good job building houses and perfecting the quality of the home.

It looks nice at a glance but the material used is not the best. I’m having to call for service of workmanship very early. I also did the walk through and blue taped and made the mistake of signing off before the final walk through and noticed that they just pulled the tab in many spots without correction.

***** was wonderful, and was very helpful. The financing lady was not friendly or helpful at all .......

The house is ok. The lending process was disorganized and there was zero communication. The build is ok. There are things that are cheap which was expected. My biggest gripe is they did not install regular wiring for fans. You are FORCED to use a vendor called clean life for fans which will run you about 1k to install just two. It’s a complete set up and serves the customer in no way. I now have a home I can’t install regular fans in. I tried to use the clean life vendor but it was a nightmare. We have just purchased extra floor fans but it is highly disappointing to be without them in Texas AFTER being told by the construction manager we could buy our own fans. That was a lie. The warranty team has been very responsive but the fact that I have a home that would need to be rewired to power a fan is ridiculous and if I could go back I would’ve looked at the other builders in the area not doing this, it’s basically a scam and the only person who suffers is the buyer. ... I genuinely appreciate the home buying experience that My Husband and I had with Lennar. Talvin, our agent was so fantastic and helped us identify the whole that would be perfect for us. You went over and beyond to show that he genuinely cared and wanted to help us get into our forever home. Katie who helped us navigate all of the financial things was also extremely responsive and helpful. We may not have ever spoken on the phone, but she responded to emails and lightning speed. Erick, the construction manager was super responsive and always willing to help us navigate issues. He took the role of ensuring our home was built to quality specifications very seriously. ... More

Overall- great experience. I would say most cookie cutter homes lack some quality control, but Lennar makes it easy to address those issues and have them resolved.

I have been in my home since April 18th, 2026. I was given a great price on the home, and I love my new home, but I had a few issues such as my AC going out this wee, water coming through my kitchen air vents, due to the bathtub bot being installed incorrectly. Also, outlets in the living area did not work. My suggestion is to hire better contractors, and better quality control throughout the building process because, or poses a huge, and unnecessary inconvenience to the buyer, and gives Lennar a bad look. A home purchase is too big of an investment to make thes mistakes I have seen with Lennar. ... More

The Finance department is a joke. 7 months asking for documents. it was very frustrating. We decided not to buy the house and they kept the interest money. Stay way!
