Information about the total understanding of how the warranties work, what to do in case of an emergency, and identifying issues that can arise within the first 30 days should have been made known. My HVAC (thermostat for the AC isn't working, and when I reach out to the emergency service listed, they haven't called me back. It's been 3 days without AC).

As a real estate investor, I have purchased several homes over the years, and without question, my experience with Lennar has been the worst home-buying experience I have ever had. This was a cash purchase, which should have made the transaction simple and efficient. Instead, it turned into a frustrating, stressful, and completely disorganized process from beginning to end. It looks nice at a glance but the material used is not the best. I’m having to call for service of workmanship very early. I also did the walk through and blue taped and made the mistake of signing off before the final walk through and noticed that they just pulled the tab in many spots without correction.

The house is ok. The lending process was disorganized and there was zero communication. The build is ok. There are things that are cheap which was expected. My biggest gripe is they did not install regular wiring for fans. You are FORCED to use a vendor called clean life for fans which will run you about 1k to install just two. It’s a complete set up and serves the customer in no way. I now have a home I can’t install regular fans in. I tried to use the clean life vendor but it was a nightmare. We have just purchased extra floor fans but it is highly disappointing to be without them in Texas ...

I have been in my home since April 18th, 2026. I was given a great price on the home, and I love my new home, but I had a few issues such as my AC going out this wee, water coming through my kitchen air vents, due to the bathtub bot being installed incorrectly. Also, outlets in the living area did not work. My suggestion is to hire better contractors, and better quality control throughout the building process because, or poses a huge, and unnecessary inconvenience to the buyer, and gives Lennar a bad look. My home has had no real issues other than the yard is not level . I was very disappointed in finding out everything is not included as thought . Poor workmanship

It looks like this house was built by apprentices, none of the walls are straight and none of the windows are squared, the entire wall shakes when the door closes, the floor planks keep popping out of place and I've been told to use a soft hammer every time it happens, the last tech pour glue in the seems lol, true. The backyard is terrible uneven and worst is pitching towards the house all around. Service request is handled by a computer and after you request you need to do a virtual appointment to confirm if you are telling the truth I guess.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the house.This is my worst experience with a builder.There are a lot of issues in the new house, uneven and squeaky floors, low quality materials, appliances that are not working, garden drainage bevels that are not draining water out of the compound after every rain etc.

The Sales Agent could not answer any questions regarding dues and other pertinent issues. The quality service agent rushed through walk through and was only concerned with me signing documents rather than understanding how all appliances and systems worked. After move in, I found out that Builders inadvertently "forgot" to pre wire house for alarm services. Lennar refused to reimburse me for my costs associated with their negligence. Sales office could not get the paperwork right and communicate on the closing of our house from the start to the finish. Was a horrible experience. Corporate office refused to address our concerns when they were contacted directly. You think that they would be a whole lot easier and attentive to detail especially when you are paying cash for your new home. Would make me think twice if I was buying a home again. I will definitely not be referring them to any perspective byer anytime soon! Shame on you!

Lennar is great to work with and is priced right! My only complaint is that it is almost impossible to get ceiling fans in these new homes. We live in Texas and it gets very hot here. WE NEED CEILING FANS
