The online purchase process is easy and quick

First off, the seller's liaison Maddy P. was a peach. She (among the CM) in my opinion went above and beyond their scope of work. She was/is friendly, considerate and professional. David S. the construction Manager (CM) was great to work with also. He actually delivered the undeliverable. I put together a list of eleven issues I had with the exterior (which most were already on his list) and he delivered all eleven and one was actually on the drawings accurately, but I just didn't like the detail and he delivered... Can't tell you what that was...but thanks David S. We went into this home buying experience knowing we could buy a Highland home complete with the designer's taste...for $205+/sqft, or buy a Lennar home for $160/sqft and put $12-$15/sqft into it, customizing it with our taste. Lennar gives you a functional home with some of the bells and whistles at a better than market value. We know that most people who buy a brand-new home do so, so they don't need to customize it, but our home will appraise at the top of the market for $30-$50/sqft more than we paid, just an idea... Thanks David and Maddy...we wouldn't have wanted to do it without you! ... More

I just purchased my first home with Lennar. The experience went more smoothly than I expected. The house is perfect for me (literally everything I was looking for), and the loan process was made very easy by my loan officer and processor. Communication was great between everyone. Very happy with how everything turned out.

Great experience and value with Lennar!

The purchase experience for new home from Lennard Homes, was a smooth and painless. The Lennard team did all the work, and made it possible to close in one month. The loan officers communicated with us the whole process to avoid delays and helps us obtain our Dream Home.

From the very beginning, the sales team lead by Bryan was top notch. He was always available for us. Then the financial team was there until the last minutes helping us as well, giving us the extra mile. Thanks to Lennar Homes for helping me to achieve my home!

Great Experience The Builder took time to respond to all my questions

Lennar is more than your basic home builder. Our home included sprinklers, a keypad lock, garage door opener, and all appliances, including a washer and dryer! We are really blessed with this home.

Thomas and Katy were awesome to work with. They stuck with us as we learned about our new home. If issues were found they got them resolved quickly. They were friendly and very kind. Our home is the perfect size and area for us. We love it!

The process was direct and straightforward. They provide all they promised, it is good you keep tract of promises until closing. Lennar gives opportunities to homeownership to instrested buyers even at this tough moment in the market. The Sendero community is just so wonderful to be a part of it. My family and I love our new home, for it's a dream come true with Lennar.

We could not be more pleased with Blake and Marco. Response time for move-in fix its has been less the 24hrs with great craftmanship.....we would refer or buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat!...

So we ended a 5 year home search with Lennar in the fantastic neighborhood of the Falls at Green Meadows. Christy the Lennar realtor was fantastic, in fact if it wasn't for her, we would not have been here. The whole team from Lennar has been super, Liz the foreman, Jorge, the customer rep and all the people in the Mortgage Dept were superb !! Now I won't lie and not say that we didnt have some issues, but they are expected and Lennar is doing great in taking care of them. A wonderful Company and fantastic people !

Ana did exceptionally well throughout the sale and building process of our home. Josie, Cesar And Tom provided great service as well. Ana and Tom have kept the communication line open to ensure satisfaction with our home to work through minor issues that needed to be resolved after final walk and move in! Lennar made my dream come true during these crazy house market. After losing several offers to preowned houses, Lennar made it happen with a new built. Took the stress away and made it easy thru the Lennar Home Buying process. Very grateful for Lennar team.

The experience from the home consultant, finance team, and the construction is like a family, that’s a great feeling. The amenities that comes with the house gets a thumbs up. To have a contact person when there’s an issue gives the comfort of getting them resolved.

I love the house and the area. The floors and countertops are gorgeous. My husband has even thanked me for making him move when we decided to downsize. We are both very happy with our purchase.
