Since the process begun, Lennar has been very helpful to us. After the purchase warranty is always being there for us with any inquiry. I will do it again no questions asked.

This was the 7th new home we have purchased and by far it was the easiest process from sale to closing. The sales agent was knowledgeable about her product, the builder was on top of every detail before I could point out. I think the most important part is service after the sale. It seems that a lot of the time after you sign on the dotted line you don't get much response, but Lennar's customer service is excellent. Every concern has been addressed in a timely manner and rectified to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Lennar.

We were happy throughout the process.. as the staff at each level is good at what they do. They answered our concerns promptly and made sure that it is upto our satisfaction. Very good home buying experience.

Great value, a few things I wish were different. Lenard does good, other people in closing didn’t do so well. Not everything was fixed at closing, however it has all been fixed within a couple weeks afterwards. Lennar Customer Service Rep Brent has been amazing to work with to get items fixed post moved in.

As for me location is very important, With Lennar we got more for our upgrades.

I moved in more than 2 months at Lennar at Miramesa, every thing is good.

Everyone I’ve spoken with has told me Lennar was top of the line and they haven’t let me down yet! I hired my own inspector and he was even telling me the high quality materials and appliances that are used in the home. The technology used in the house is a huge plus! All of the employees were great to work with and very laid back. Definitely recommend!

Ideal space for empty nesters or young couple . Well thought layout and modern appliances . Could have done better with storage /closet space in rooms but overall a good buy
