House layout is perfect and also de location. But builder just made lots of silly mistakes. First and most biggest mistake was electrical breakers and wiring’s were badly installed so after two weeks of moving in power went off very 15-30 minutes. Second big mistake done by builder washer water hoses were installed wrong. Only hot water was coming in. Third mistake and as of today I am still waiting for a response of the builder; drawers and cabinet doors are cracking up and master bedroom bath drawers were in bad conditions since previous inspection and have not been replaced. Forth mistake the grass was not properly maintained and now after 30’days of me watering and trying to make it grow it is still turning yellow. Amazing team, highly professional, easy process, great quality!

There were some issues during the buying process. But overall, it was a great experience. Good quality of work and excellent responsiveness

Things pointed out on walkthrough were not fixed. Payment is 25 % more than quoted at closing, fencing had to be redone by myself and 3 neighbors.

it has ben avery ice experience, my new house is cozy and very wel distributed, my family an i love it.

-Fence falling from no concrete -Windows leak -Front door leak -Poor exterior prep and painting -Worst of all AC is inadequate for home and gets warm inside home. -second worst of all is lennar warranty is terrible they try everything under the sun to avoid fixing anything. Piece of crap people. DONT BUY anything from lennar -other people in the neighborhood have issues even worse than mine.

Fast & easy! Very pleasant!

We were only casually looking to move closer to our kids and grandkids. Stopped at a sales model and talked to sales lady. She listened and took us to a model nearby. Was exactly what we wanted. Signed papers the next day. Waited on home to be completed and moved in 10 weeks later.

Very happy with home. We got what we paid for. Very comfortable no issues at all. Everything works right so far. Move in June 2024 I recommend the value of the home. But service after purchase was not good at all. I had to go to office few time and every time felt like I was just bothering not friendly at all. Overall I love my home neighbors are great so far.

Overall, our experience went great! Very happy with the house. The sales team helped us find the house we needed and really helped us feel like comfortable the whole time. Construction manager was excellent at having the home ready grateful for that as well. Really loved our experience and would consider buying from Lennar again if we decide to relocate again. Thanks again!

I haven’t bought a brand new home from a big company ever. The buying experience was very professionally done. Your system of information is exceptional and closing was very smooth. I’m very thankful for the warranty. Unfortunately, since we moved in less than two months ago, we have had six warranty issues already. I am just praying that this is not going to be the case the whole time we own the house.

This being our first purchase and it being a new build, Lennar helped us along the way every step, the quality of the house is above others, when you have questions or concerns they respond quickly.

My experience with buying a new home was fantastic. The process was smooth, and the team was very helpful. I am completely satisfied with my new home and would highly recommend this builder.

We were originally offered a chance to get a lower interest rate and then right before closing were told that there was no way to even consider lowering the interest rate, but it was kinda too late at that point for us. Our closing date was miscommunicated to us and after planning move out dates at our other place and setting up installation appointments at the new place, this delay in closing caused us to have to rush back and forth to get everything moved in half the time we expected to have. After moving in, we found multiple issues.....paint on the carpet, paint on the vinyl plank flooring, paint on the power outlets, drywall texture sprayed all over the windows and shower doors. Our garage door button wasn't connected all the way and shorted out. Our dryer circuit breaker wasn't connected at all. The circuit breaker for our microwave kept tripping b/c the wires were installed wrong. For a brand new house, we are having to spend A LOT of time fixing everything. If we wanted a fixer-upper, we would have chosen something much cheaper. Awful experience. Will never do business with Lennar again. ... More

Chaotic purchase. Their in house mortgage/underwriting has poor communication overall but the customer-facing people were great. The house itself is beautiful, but really frustrated with the patio especially. When I walked through the first time it looked as if the patio floods during heavy rains and I asked the builder about it and he assured me it was all construction dirt….. turns out that the patio definitely floods when it rains. Small construction/finishing errors throughout the house that aren’t huge but definitely do your walkthroughs in person and be as picky as possible.
