Like I said, I still like my house and the neighborhood, but the only thing I don't like is, the seller and all staff don't care about your call or text after you parches the house. however, they should be so helpful, especially with new buyers, because that is thier first experience, but they are unfortunately not.

The Lennar Sales Rep was friendly and very welcoming. When she learned I was a veteran she told me about a program for veterans where Lennar buys down your interest rate. It is a limited first come first served National program. Varies from year to year. The home she showed us met just about all of our desires for a home. Good lot size, trees in back of the house offering privacy. I first thought the house was out of my price range, but when I learned that my interest rate was lower than market, I was interested. Then I discovered the Refrigerator was included along with wood blinds, a garage door opener as well. Being tired I was still unsure, but then she told me Lennar would pay all closing cost. I like their loan process; especially their loan officer, Stephen, who helped me in every step to get my loan going forward smoothly, I also like the warm environments in every room of Lennar house bring to my family!

The whole process was very easy from start to finish with lennar mortgage. The only major issue after the fact was I have realized the paint they use inside and out is the cheapest paint possible. I will have to repaint in higher traffic areas in the very near future.

The shopping experience with Lennar was superior. They facilitated the process significantly through their high-touch customer service, inventory, and the all-inclusive package. Despite the challenges brought by the pandemic, Lennar made the buying process streamlined and rewarding.

Leah in Tavola is the best! She is so nice and attentative and really made the process and the experience pleasant and much easier. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and all million of my questions were answered.

The team at Lennar was wonderful! Once my realtor scheduled a showing, the process moved fairly quickly considering the crazy market conditions. I went under contract April 30th and on Aug 30th, I closed and got my keys!!! As a first time home buyer, I had to adjust my expectations with some things. Overall I am very pleased

Personnel was outstanding! I couldn't asked for a better group of people to assist me with our home buying experience. From Ana Guzman to Josie Gonzales to Tommy Collier. They all did an outstanding job taking the entire stress load off of me. What a blessing they were to work with. I honestly would give them a 5 star on all categories unfortunately some items were beyond their control due to COVID but they did the best they could to assist us.

We loved all the extra items such as soft close toilet seats. Blinds, landscaping, granite counter tops, covered porch at Bach of house, single story, the two crape mirtles in front. Land and trees along side yard fence. Magnolia floor place is spacious.

The home buying experience with Lennar was stress free and went without a glitch. The loan officer was always available to answer needed questions.
