The online purchase process is easy and quick

Smooth transaction to purchase. Great communication with staff. House is what I expect at this price point. Is it perfect? Nope. But it’s what I need it to be at this moment.

First off, the seller's liaison Maddy P. was a peach. She (among the CM) in my opinion went above and beyond their scope of work. She was/is friendly, considerate and professional. David S. the construction Manager (CM) was great to work with also. He actually delivered the undeliverable. I put together a list of eleven issues I had with the exterior (which most were already on his list) and he delivered all eleven and one was actually on the drawings accurately, but I just didn't like the detail and he delivered... Can't tell you what that was...but thanks David S. We went into this home buying experience knowing we could buy a Highland home complete with the designer's taste...for $205+/sqft, or buy a Lennar home for $160/sqft and put $12-$15/sqft into it, customizing it with our taste. Lennar gives you a functional home with some of the bells and whistles at a better than market value. We know that most people who buy a brand-new home do so, so they don't need to customize it, but our home will appraise at the top of the market for $30-$50/sqft more than we paid, just an idea... We were pleased wish our purchase and so far the home is well built.....not many complaints. There are just a few minor issues that need to be fixed, for example a little touch up paint and texture.

Sincerely, buying home from Lenner would be a great thing to do. Friendly staffs, quick response on any kind of home issues, ready to assist in areas. Clear explanation on any property of your choice, they are amazing. I have referred friends to Lenner for buying and I am still referring because I am pleased with the property I purchased.

The Lennar Sales Rep was friendly and very welcoming. When she learned I was a veteran she told me about a program for veterans where Lennar buys down your interest rate. It is a limited first come first served National program. Varies from year to year. The home she showed us met just about all of our desires for a home. Good lot size, trees in back of the house offering privacy. I first thought the house was out of my price range, but when I learned that my interest rate was lower than market, I was interested. Then I discovered the Refrigerator was included along with wood blinds, a garage door opener as well. Being tired I was still unsure, but then she told me Lennar would pay all closing cost. Overall it was a good experience moving from Indiana to Texas. Lennar was accommodating with scheduling for closing and walkthroughs. Closing was online. The house is great. It has been a month so far and we haven’t had any issues with the home itself. I would recommend considering Lennar for future purchases.

Not complain good service nice area

My home buying experience with Lennar was great absolutely zero issues or complaints & I love my new area ..but for the price these homes are currently being sold for the flooring is very sub par unless you love a lot of carpet & I've seen better quality bath tubs in an apartment

I just purchased my first home with Lennar. The experience went more smoothly than I expected. The house is perfect for me (literally everything I was looking for), and the loan process was made very easy by my loan officer and processor. Communication was great between everyone. The purchase experience for new home from Lennard Homes, was a smooth and painless. The Lennard team did all the work, and made it possible to close in one month. The loan officers communicated with us the whole process to avoid delays and helps us obtain our Dream Home.

Seems like construction was rushed, however when making request for service they do come out in a prompt manner to resolve the issue. Overall I would buy again if the price is right.

From the very beginning, the sales team lead by Bryan was top notch. He was always available for us. Then the financial team was there until the last minutes helping us as well, giving us the extra mile. Thanks to Lennar Homes for helping me to achieve my home!

Great Experience The Builder took time to respond to all my questions

Lennar is more than your basic home builder. Our home included sprinklers, a keypad lock, garage door opener, and all appliances, including a washer and dryer! We are really blessed with this home.
