We had a great experience with Lennar. All the people we worked with were very clear and responsive to our questions. Everything was smooth and the entire process was easy and on schedule. We are happy with our home.

My overall experience is very positive. I only wish the kitchen materials like countertop and cabinetry were better. Workmanship also needs improvement. Post sale Customer service has been excellent though and the builder is very responsive to our needs.

Woodforest is a great development to live in - I am a transplant from New England and love it here.

We retired and moved to Florida in 2022. Wanted back to Texas in 2024. My wife kept going back to the listing for our house and after the fourth time she brought me to look at it on the computer I asked if it was the one. She said yes and we had our realtor make an offer. Lennar did Everything they said they would. They had us close on the day they said 6 weeks before closing, even with a hurricane that came thru. Buying this house was a very good experience even with us being in a different state. We Would buy another Lennar home.

In general terms, I think it was a good choice to choose this residence and the LENNAR construction company, very good advisors at the service of a client. thanks for the help throughout the process

I had been afraid for a long time to buy a house because of the stories I'd heard from other home buyers. However, my experience superseded that fear when I worked with the Lennar family! Everyone I worked with was very responsive and detailed. The lady I worked with during the underwriting process, Barbara, was the most perfect person to work with through that process. She made sure she stayed in contact and on top of every document that the underwriters needed. I so appreciated her professionalism and it kind of felt like we were friends! We were pleased wish our purchase and so far the home is well built.....not many complaints. There are just a few minor issues that need to be fixed, for example a little touch up paint and texture.

Overall it was a good experience moving from Indiana to Texas. Lennar was accommodating with scheduling for closing and walkthroughs. Closing was online. The house is great. It has been a month so far and we haven’t had any issues with the home itself. I would recommend considering Lennar for future purchases.

Not complain good service nice area

I really like how Lennar works with home buyers. Lennar provides the full service, one stop shop when it comes to the purchase of a new home. All services work together to ensure a great home buying experience. I would highly recommend Lennar over other home builders in the area.

Seems like construction was rushed, however when making request for service they do come out in a prompt manner to resolve the issue. Overall I would buy again if the price is right.

Lennar was incredibly responsive throughout the process. From sales, AJ assessed my needs and proactively suggested I view my new home although it was not the home I inquired about. Sandra was accessible and available to answer my questions at any time regarding financing. Danielle was great during the inspections/walk through process and Todd + his team rocked all the fixes needed for move in. Closing day Sherrie went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything was patient and knowledgeable regarding every question I had. Responding to problems your people are not good. Still waiting on new cabinets that have not been replaced yet. A/c work heater doesn't. Not good for a new home.

It was a pleasant journey towards owning my new house. I really like the layout however I wasn’t able to make changes anymore. There are some things that need attention and they responded to the requests right away. There’s still pending things to fix and I get updated on the status of the request. Overall I’m very happy with the house.

As a first time home buyer , I never thought that getting a house is unbelievable but we made through it smoothly from inquiries, appointments and closing. staffs are great and their websites and apps used are both user friendly. We are at home at lennar.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Sooo much easier than in prior years of buying houses. This will be the fourth house I've had built in my life. Unfortunately, I didn't get to pick anything out this time like I would normally. It was done by the sales guy. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing though. I probably would have priced myself right out of the house picking stuff out at the showroom! lol. Lucky for me, he did a good job in picking! Prices are off the chart. I think I should have paid a LOT less for this house, but it's the nature of the current state of things. I'm just grateful and blessed that I was able to get anything at all! The sales guys were great and the mortgage guy was too and even helped me with a situation after the loan was sold to another lender! Thank you Lennar! ... More

You will end up with a great home, just make sure you point out and issues you see so they can be addressed.

No pool in the area. Promised remote to open gates to access pool down the road on Rayford Rd. Have not received

Overall very happy with our home and we are enjoying it.

Need to be more transparency

I want to say I appreciate my realtor Elizbeth , she was determine to make me a home owner and she did. She made sure that, I had to do and to get everything i need for me to get the home.
