Responding to problems your people are not good. Still waiting on new cabinets that have not been replaced yet. A/c work heater doesn't. Not good for a new home.

It was a pleasant journey towards owning my new house. I really like the layout however I wasn’t able to make changes anymore. There are some things that need attention and they responded to the requests right away. There’s still pending things to fix and I get updated on the status of the request. Overall I’m very happy with the house.

As a first time home buyer , I never thought that getting a house is unbelievable but we made through it smoothly from inquiries, appointments and closing. staffs are great and their websites and apps used are both user friendly. We are at home at lennar.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Sooo much easier than in prior years of buying houses. This will be the fourth house I've had built in my life. Unfortunately, I didn't get to pick anything out this time like I would normally. It was done by the sales guy. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing though. I probably would have priced myself right out of the house picking stuff out at the showroom! lol. Lucky for me, he did a good job in picking! Prices are off the chart. I think I should have paid a LOT less for this house, but it's the nature of the current state of things. I'm just grateful and blessed that I was able to get anything at all! The sales guys were great and the mortgage guy was too and even helped me with a situation after the loan was sold to another lender! Thank you Lennar! ... More

You will end up with a great home, just make sure you point out and issues you see so they can be addressed.

No pool in the area. Promised remote to open gates to access pool down the road on Rayford Rd. Have not received

Overall very happy with our home and we are enjoying it.

Need to be more transparency

I want to say I appreciate my realtor Elizbeth , she was determine to make me a home owner and she did. She made sure that, I had to do and to get everything i need for me to get the home.

Very happy with home. We got what we paid for. Very comfortable no issues at all. Everything works right so far. Move in June 2024 I recommend the value of the home. But service after purchase was not good at all. I had to go to office few time and every time felt like I was just bothering not friendly at all. Overall I love my home neighbors are great so far.

The experience when purchasing my new Lenore home was exceptionally easy and the process was very smooth. The ones responsible for helping with the processa were Exceptionally awesome. The quality is pretty good. The workmanship is fair. The landscaping I’d say was poor but other than few minor things here and there the workmanship was average, but total experience was great.

I had great experience buying home from Lennar home builders. Also it also provided good mortgage.

My home buying experience with Lennar was great absolutely zero issues or complaints & I love my new area ..but for the price these homes are currently being sold for the flooring is very sub par unless you love a lot of carpet & I've seen better quality bath tubs in an apartment

Everyone I worked with was great!

Very lucky to meet the helpful sweet sales rep, Melissa, who was and is still always available to assist. Great problem solver and very resourceful. She shared her expertise when I had to select the plot, elevation, counters and cabinets. We sat on her office floor past 7PM, brainstorming and making the best choices for me! I got regular updates, pictures throughout the construction from Aug 2021 till closing in Jan 2022. When we hit a little bump with an area of the house a night before closing, I called her in panic. She stayed on the phone with me but also made other calls addressing the issue. Despite it being her day off and family dinner time. That’s called going above and beyond!! Other Sendero neighbors speak kindly of her too! The overall quality of the house is good, with great workmanship! I appreciate construction manager, Matt and the crews for ensuring it!!! Also love my master bath, double paned windows, blinds, flooring and cabinets! Beautiful front door too! I do not like the interior doors -terrible finishing. The pantry shelves sag in the middle :-( Quality of some materials not the best. Kitchen sink and faucet are too basic. I wish I could upgrade bec the granite countertop is just gorgeous! We had a few changes of CCRs which delayed service requests, but our current CCR, Allison is working very hard to process and having them completed. Great customer service- she does not have an easy job but is always courteous and patient and productive!! Lived in my first Lennar house for 20 years, so I am a second time Lennar customer:-) ... My sales guy was real nice and always giving me updates on the progress of the house.

I like this builder, they have all including what I need for new house . I don’t have to worry

Garrick was great and a big help resolving any issues. Morris was very patient with us. Josie was the best. Matt came in at the end of the process another quality individual.

Overall great experience buying my fist home. One thing I’m still waiting to be replaced is my driveway. I was told on closing day it would be fixed and here I am over a month later and my driveway is still not fixed. The incline is too steep I can only reverse into the driveway and the massive crack (that happened before I even used it) is still an issue.

Builder was decent. Problems here and there that were all fixable. Had to call a few services in for some bigger items missed. After repair, home looks great.
