The home purchase with our loan officer was great. The closing process was very disappointing. We were denied our keys after closing because of a $49.00 last minute fee by the title company. Never do business with Lennar again and will not recommend to my other investors.

During the final walkthrough we pointed out things that had not been corrected in obvious spots. Such as large splotches of gray in the middle of the wall (obvious things). The lady who did our walkthrough said to just sign the final walkthrough docs or Lennar wouldn’t be able to make the corrections. We went to closing and we asked again about the discrepancies and were told after closing they would follow up. No one followed up. We tried reaching out and our calls went unanswered. We had to remove multiple orange tapes and granted we understand the hard to spot ones. But in the middle of the wall in one of our bedrooms with the same sploch of gray is ridiculous… Unfortunately cannot recommend Lennar go any of our friends due to the (sign this or we can’t take care of it). Building with Lennar was the absolute worst experience. The home was 5 months late. No ability to change or pick out anything. I call it the Walmart of new homes. You get what you pay for

My Lender expereince sucked. Barely was able to get in contact with Rich W. Would have liked to have more interaction with him being that I was a first time homebuyer! Other than that, the construction team was helpful and friendly. I will probably not use Lennar as a Lender in the future.

Our experience with buying a new home was awesome. Lennar company is a top notch company. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home, to consider Lennar.

The only thing I don’t like it is that I was contacted by an online representative and she gave me some information about the promotion and closing costs, and told me that there will be no closing costs but when my offer was accepted the Lennar agent told me that I have to pay the closing costs and our promotion on weekly basis, while no one can close a house in a week and the time for closing date signs by them , and then I had to pay a portion of closing but they told me because of that I have to higher interest rate instead the one I was told at the beginning

I tried to change my closing date because my bank CD was maturing three weeks after the tentative closing date. I have purchased 3 Lennar houses before and never had any closing date issues and after purchasing this house it was an investment of almost $1000000.00 on Lennar houses. The answer I received from upper management was discourteous: “We DON'T move dates!” you should not talk to your loyal customers in this tone (extremely unprofessional).

My overall home buying process with Lennar Builders was amazing. Lennar made me feel at ease. The quality and value of my home is amazing. I would recommend Lennar to any potential home buyer. Thank you, Lennar, for helping me, make, my dreams come true!!!

Very responsive to all our requests. Our home is very beautiful, quiet and sound in a perfect location. Thank you Lennar!!!

Lennar is very thorough and easy to deal with. I did not have to 'jump-though-hoops'. Everybody I interacted with was like doing so with a friend. I will definately choose Lennar as my first choice in my next home purchase.

From the very start I had issues with the loan officer not being proactive and responding to messages in a timely manner. The day of closing my name was not spelled correctly in the title/documents. I have been in the home and there is something going on with the plumbing where the toilet does not flush properly. There were also missed parts that were not painted by the time I closed on home. I unfortunately noticed a discrepancy in the fence but since I closed on the home lennar is no longer responsible. I would NOT recommend lennar the homes are built very fast and the little details are missed we had to close remotely they did not want to work with us going in person to sign our documentation if we had any questions. Closing on the home was not a good day we were very stressed out calling everyone to fix my name on documents and then was being told if I did not close that day I would have to pay a fee (even though it was THEIR mistake) ... Neither bathroom came with any towel hangers, when sink, bathroom and shower normally have one. We are willing to forego the missing top bathroom cabinets. Pavement to the front door has a couple of holes exposing inner wood. We are still very happy with the new house, but the above needs attention.

Had issues immediately after move in because no one noticed during the buying process the cities backflow pipe had been destroyed. Within 1 month our power failed in half the house to include HVAC due to a failure of the underground power line that was laid. There electrician partner Lennar has been almost no help. Overall I think we got the house at a good value but some I think Lennar needs to keep better tabs on the trades. It seems one doesn’t care about the damage they cause to another in pursuit of completion of their task. The issues we have had the Lennar team has worked hard and in a timely fashion to see issues get resolved and for that we are thankful. As for the the purchasing, Lennar finance was a nightmare. 1/10 would not recommend. You're not going to belive this, but ten minutes before receiving the invitation to share my experience with Lennar, I was texting my siblings about the opportunity of buying a Lennar Home. Good price, excellent pre, during and post service. I LOVE MY NEW HOME!

Salesperson said maybe on incentives,sales manager no communication wouldn't return calls.Fencing in yard 6 inches above ground-they answer was they don't fix that. LOVE the home! But room for improvement on builderrs side
