Need to be more transparency

Purchase process with Lennar was a breeze. The team worked hard to find us a the right house, quickly process our loan, and complete the house to allow us close just three weeks after signing the contract.

Our experience with buying a home from Lennar was a great one. Our Loan Officer, Michelle, and Sales Representative, Michael, was fantastic. They were on it every step of the way and we had some ups and downs but they hung in there with us until we closed. A few minor things discovered after we moved in but all in all we are very happy with the home we purchased from Lennar.

I want to say I appreciate my realtor Elizbeth , she was determine to make me a home owner and she did. She made sure that, I had to do and to get everything i need for me to get the home.

Very happy with home. We got what we paid for. Very comfortable no issues at all. Everything works right so far. Move in June 2024 I recommend the value of the home. But service after purchase was not good at all. I had to go to office few time and every time felt like I was just bothering not friendly at all. Overall I love my home neighbors are great so far.

The experience when purchasing my new Lenore home was exceptionally easy and the process was very smooth. The ones responsible for helping with the processa were Exceptionally awesome. The quality is pretty good. The workmanship is fair. The landscaping I’d say was poor but other than few minor things here and there the workmanship was average, but total experience was great.

I had great experience buying home from Lennar home builders. Also it also provided good mortgage.

My home buying experience with Lennar was great absolutely zero issues or complaints & I love my new area ..but for the price these homes are currently being sold for the flooring is very sub par unless you love a lot of carpet & I've seen better quality bath tubs in an apartment

Very lucky to meet the helpful sweet sales rep, Melissa, who was and is still always available to assist. Great problem solver and very resourceful. She shared her expertise when I had to select the plot, elevation, counters and cabinets. We sat on her office floor past 7PM, brainstorming and making the best choices for me! I got regular updates, pictures throughout the construction from Aug 2021 till closing in Jan 2022. When we hit a little bump with an area of the house a night before closing, I called her in panic. She stayed on the phone with me but also made other calls addressing the issue. Despite it being her day off and family dinner time. That’s called going above and beyond!! Other Sendero neighbors speak kindly of her too! The overall quality of the house is good, with great workmanship! I appreciate construction manager, Matt and the crews for ensuring it!!! Also love my master bath, double paned windows, blinds, flooring and cabinets! Beautiful front door too! I do not like the interior doors -terrible finishing. The pantry shelves sag in the middle :-( Quality of some materials not the best. Kitchen sink and faucet are too basic. I wish I could upgrade bec the granite countertop is just gorgeous! We had a few changes of CCRs which delayed service requests, but our current CCR, Allison is working very hard to process and having them completed. Great customer service- she does not have an easy job but is always courteous and patient and productive!! Lived in my first Lennar house for 20 years, so I am a second time Lennar customer:-) ... Garrick was great and a big help resolving any issues. Morris was very patient with us. Josie was the best. Matt came in at the end of the process another quality individual.

Overall great experience buying my fist home. One thing I’m still waiting to be replaced is my driveway. I was told on closing day it would be fixed and here I am over a month later and my driveway is still not fixed. The incline is too steep I can only reverse into the driveway and the massive crack (that happened before I even used it) is still an issue.

Builder was decent. Problems here and there that were all fixable. Had to call a few services in for some bigger items missed. After repair, home looks great.

Love the sales experience, love the home, loved closing even, but what is the purpose of doing 2 walk-throughs if the majority of the stuff on the list is not taken care of? If we could have waited to do closing, then I would have cancelled the closing until all of the punch list items were complete. Now I am wondering if those things will ever get done...For what we paid for the house, there should not be all the issues still left to correct. This is our 2nd Lennar home and this experience has not been a great one. This house was WAY more than our 1st one and we were treated better on walk-through items and the punch list. I would highly recommend Lennar....AS LONG AS...you get your punch list items completed before signing on the dotted line. ... More

Jessica and Ryan were great. Got us where we needed to be and why. Smooth dealing with both and both were very responsive. The price I ended up paying for the house is a lot more than what the value of the house should actually be. This is not due to Jessica or Ryan’s work but in general. Almost priced us out of the market.

It was an ok buying experience. Everyone always has closing problems!!!

It was wonderful experience purchasing the house. The team of Lennar was helpful and guided us all the way. The only complaint I have is the quality of workmanship and materials is not up to standard.

I had a great experience from start to closing. One negative comment, after closing when repairs was needed a response.
