Beautiful house with lots of room

Faced some issues like AC was wrong installed by Airtron which caused water leak but Felicity Garza immediately took action and send different company (Airteam) to get it fixed, she is extremely helpful. She was and is always available to solve our problems. She resolved lot of our issues one by one. Lennar is a good brand name and we trust them. My previous house was also from Lennar where we stayed 6 years and extremely satisfied customer of Lennar.

My experience was very good. The only disappointment was that I had no option to pick out even interior paint color, could.only choose what was already predetermined. And the interior paint is not the quality I am used to.

Pretty easy purchase process. Great home for the price. Great customer service when needed.

Basically, I really like the layout of the house. Very well insulated. Electric bill has yet to be $100.00.

Really enjoyed the builder sales rep, construction site manager, and customer rep. All three have customer service personalities and are easy to communicate with. They also respond quickly.

I would give Lennar a 4.2 Star rating for the most part. I believe most everything is pretty good as well as the incentives. My only issue is that after living in my home for 6 months, I noticed there were a few things off about my house. I think the attention to detail should have been better when building. Wish I would have seen some of these during my inspection so I could have them fix it.

Working with Jenna was amazing. She went way above her job title to help me through the steps to complete the purchase. She was there for me from day one, and is still there to help with all I need. I’m happy with the home, so far no issues. Everything with Lennar was great, except going through the mortgage experience.

From start to finish my experience with Lennar has been far above what I expected, and what others 'told me' to expect. Initially, there was some coincidence on how Lennar's sales rep (Julie) and I met, but as the buying process continued, so did the trust, and so did the business relationship. Once the preliminaries were completed, I was handed off to another wonderful Lennar professional (Kayla) who handled the really "painful" part (finances), and executed her job as smoothly and as professionally as did Julie. Once that hurdle was jumped, Matt (project mgr) took over the final steps and like the others, handled my first home-buying experience with understanding, patience, tons of education and encouragement....and it continues to this day as I still correspond with him on certain issues. In all honesty, in the middle of my home-buying process, I purposely watched a couple of Youtube vids regarding certain negative experiences of others and their Lennar encounters. Had I watched those vids PRIOR to my meeting Julie, I may not have continued forward. But my experience with Lennar in general, and with Julie/Kayla/Matt in particular was all positive. If someone is looking for value in a home, as well as a positive time buying that home, I would tell them to look no further than Lennar. Great community, nice home Adeola

Overall, very good experience buying a Lennar home. Frank and Ryan did a good job supporting me. The quality of the home’s interior could be better. I like the all included appliances in it.

This was a very fast process especially if you have all of the required documents ready. The saleswoman, and loan officer worked together and answered every question. The loan officer held our hand and she was great. Now the underwriting was a different story. This was the most difficult part of the whole ordeal. Bottom line have all your ducks in a row. We are very pleased with this investment.

Overall, I am satisfied with my home purchase. This is greatly due to our salesperson JOSE!!!!! He was AMAZING!! We chose to go with Lennar's Mortgage company due to the incentives being offered. Working with the mortgage company was a TERRIBLE experience from beginning to end!! Without Jose assisting us, we would have stopped the whole purchase process very quickly. But, thanks to Jose, we continued with the purchase and have successfully moved in. The walk-through process is so quick that it's hard to find all the things that needed correcting, but they do have a 1 year warranty which we will definitely be using to get the things that were missed corrected. My initial contact with that department has been positive so far and hopefully that will continue! The construction manager that was present during the walkthrough was kind and helpful. The employee who actually did our walkthrough was also kind and knowledgeable, just moved us through pretty quickly which was a little frustrating, but I understand they have pretty booked schedules. Just wish it weren't so rushed. We like the community so far. I'm glad we are not paying for a neighborhood pool so our HOA fees are not ridiculously high, but we do have nice playground areas for kids and decent walking areas. I like the fact that Lennar homes come standard....the price is the price, no paying thousands of $$ for "options". I just wish the homes came with sprinkler systems for the yards. Good value for the product we received

Great floor plan. Responsive when warranty items were reported. Minor issues that could be improved for future buyers, but overall we like the new home.

The team on the ground was great to work with!

During the underwriting process you should take control and hold them accountable for timely communication. It will go smooth if you stay on top and understand what the next is.

It was a long process and wish I would have hired a private inspection.

My house is beautiful the issue is the small things like paint splatter all over the flooring, or how a baseboard is separated from the wall, making hole in a closet while making a repair and yet not fixing the hole. The issues I have involve the workers lack of professionalism and realizing this is someone's home that they have worked very hard for. The plumbing works, the roof doesn't leak, and all the wall are up it was just these little details that if they took an extra step would have made a difference. I still love my home.

The home is great just had a lack of good communication during buying process. Times we did get communication it was 3 different people telling me different things.

Good quality for price, most issues handled quickly

I liked the experience on my part my home buying experience was smooth and I really appreciate how things were told in detail even though it was a lot of information it was simple stuff. However, I wouldn’t grade it a 5/5 since after closing I started to notice small details like paint, wall texture, and even the bathroom door handle not properly working

We were only casually looking to move closer to our kids and grandkids. Stopped at a sales model and talked to sales lady. She listened and took us to a model nearby. Was exactly what we wanted. Signed papers the next day. Waited on home to be completed and moved in 10 weeks later.

Our home buying experience with Lennar was great. Did not have to wait long, was approved almost right away. Only small downside is that we were not able to choose our closing date (moving fr a diff state while still in the process of transitioning to new job) but all is well and kudos to Lennar for the wonderful job and we love our new home.
