Just an average overall experience

I had a great experience purchased a few Lennar home at Magnolia Forest Montgomery Texas, the sales team Cory and Will provided the Great price which is Valuable and Worthy, The construction managers Luke, Jeremiah and Anthony did the tremendous jobs through the walk throughs until the closing. The quality of the workmanship and materials are definately Valuable. I am very satisfied Lennar homes at Magnolia Forest ! The teams are the assets of Lennar ! Many Thanks to you all and the Team ! Appreciated .

The whole home buying process is anxiety at its finest and it went so fast, but being able to purchase my first home was one of my goals that I can say Im proud to have accomplished. I am grateful for the opportunity to be apart of a master community and looking forward to the growth and development.

The house is great for the price. It came with all the appliances including the fridge and washer and dryer. Is great community, quiet.

While most of our concerns were addressed prior to closing. After moving in the customer care has been slow or nonexistent. Promised information was never provided.

The repair person doesn’t call back or text. I reached out many times . I think it’s very frustrating for a house only 2 months later .

I’m feeling very happy, is beautiful home, the quality is excellent,the experience for building them is excellent,the community is great area and good neighborhood and great people.

The experience buying the house always has some difficulties however when the requirements are fulfilled completely the journey should be smooth specially when the responses are not accurate it will create some delay and confusion. I also have to say that Larry was very helpful when complication were present. Overall it was ok but could be better.

For the money you pay for these homes and for YOUR home, they are poorly made. They use the cheapest material and do the poorest way out. As was told by someone whom helps build the community, they have a curtain amount of money per house. Whenever the money for that house is out, then that’s how the house stays. Also, they are in a pinch in every house building because they need to move on to the next house. It is sad that these builders and big names-rip innocent people off. Don’t get me wrong, we love our home because it’s our home. But the walk through definitely is so opposite than when you move in. The walk through is in a day, a hour or two max. Not daily. So the home owner doesn’t get to see the issues within the house. Once you are in and bring up the issues with less than a month to less than 3 months, the manager/warranty manager doesn’t want to admit fault. Does not want to see the issues. Plain and simple, does not take criticism well. You have to practically fight for what is right. Then you have people within the construction team come out and they tell you they are going to fix the issue and they see the problem. Just to walk outside and then we get a call from the warranty manager- we can do this (of course- the lazy way out) but cannot do this. This is the warranty managers answer to everything. When it comes to the construction of your home and the workers, it’s like Buyers Beware! Again, we love our home and all the people that made it possible, but the construction and the managers are a complete joke! They take nothing serious. Just want the laziest way out. Don’t waste their time because our time and concerns fall short to their liking! Excuses after excuses!! Carpet got paint drops on in bedrooms! Doorlocks at front door and garage door were sticky, not smooth to lock! White paint smeared on the bottom boards most corners....cable ends stuck out in the foundations! One of the wood board on kitchen floor starts to peel off!

Thuy was a gem. I’m not computer savvy and she was Very helpful in showing me how to find and sign documents when I got lost. It was very fast paced. We like the roomy space in the house and it’s enough for me and my husband. We were glad they allowed us to come in and sign on closing day. We’re having fun decorating our new home.

Good price and Carlos was a big help in Sweetgrass

My wife and I are retired and this is our first new home. Joss was an amazing realtor with Lennar and started our new home experience. We were excited and "blown away" with the expediency of the entire experience. Within a month and a half we were living in our new home! Everyone at Lennar is top notch, professional and pleasant to work with. If you or a family member are looking for a new home, by all means, see a Lennar representative and prepare for YOUR great experience!

It was nice working with Lennar on purchasing my first new home in the state of Texas. As I’m moving from Virginia, all teams involved including the loan officer and realtor were all helpful.

Excellent experience with Lennar! The process was smooth, communication was clear, and the team was very responsive. We love the modern design, quality finishes, and the value provided through their “Everything’s Included” package. Overall, a great builder that we would highly recommend.

I like everything about it it was worth the purchase

I purchased a built inventory home, even with paying an independent inspector after move in, the quality of many of the items used in building is so disappointing this is the fifth home I have built purchased new and I have never had so many issues after move in from the cheapest of the cheap flooring to the flat white paint that even with the paint codes Sherwin Williams cannot match - so disappointed

It was very quick and everyone involved was very responsive to all my questions.

My first time buying a home. Lennar team made it so easy for me. They were there for me. Returned every phone call. Made me relax when I was nervous. All was so professional, kind and patient especially with the online activities. I thank God I chose this mortgage company. I will never forget how they made me feel welcome and was willing to help with whatever I needed. The day I got the message free to close, I just started screaming and thanking God and Lennar for giving me a chance to become a homeowner. I was promised things that were not delivered. I said it many times through the process. Lennar is not customer friendly.

Great houses for the price. The only downside is it seems like the house was rushed to be built, therefore; it had small issues once I moved in, but for the price I can’t complain. All the issues were resolved very quick, great customer service.

Surprised, I got approved.
