The Tavola Lennar Team did an awesome job with handling any issues and concerns that I had. They REALLY made the process (which was a bit intimidating for me) smooth and worry free. They explained all my options, made sure I had an understanding of the processes and deadlines, and handled all my questions and concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.

As a senior who is only moderately techy, the entire process of qualifying and closing was overwhelming. I received email requests, of duplicates on at least 4 different email addresses.some came to me; some came to my wife; and often we got duplicate requests for $ information from different people. My android phone was frequently inadequate, and just as frequently the Lennar professionals could not help. The entire process needs to be pared down and made much more user friendly

At the beginning I was very upset because due to negligence on behalf of the HVAC company, my move in was delayed upon discovering a leak in one of the bedrooms. The carpet was soaked and Lennar quickly responded and began clean up and repair. After a couple of weeks everything was squared away and I was able to move in and begin making it our home. Erastus and Mike worked diligently to get things moving along. Alejandra checked in often to ensure things were progressing. I appreciate Lennar's timely manner in responding to other issues that have been addressed and I trust that issues that may arise in the future will be resolved quickly as well. Responsive and attention to detail

The home is great just had a lack of good communication during buying process. Times we did get communication it was 3 different people telling me different things.

Working with Jenna was amazing. She went way above her job title to help me through the steps to complete the purchase. She was there for me from day one, and is still there to help with all I need. I’m happy with the home, so far no issues. Everything with Lennar was great, except going through the mortgage experience.

Our new home is wonderful! Well built, spacious and pretty! Our sales lady Laura O'Rourke was so helpful and super responsive to all of our questions.

From start to finish my experience with Lennar has been far above what I expected, and what others 'told me' to expect. Initially, there was some coincidence on how Lennar's sales rep (Julie) and I met, but as the buying process continued, so did the trust, and so did the business relationship. Once the preliminaries were completed, I was handed off to another wonderful Lennar professional (Kayla) who handled the really "painful" part (finances), and executed her job as smoothly and as professionally as did Julie. Once that hurdle was jumped, Matt (project mgr) took over the final steps and like the others, handled my first home-buying experience with understanding, patience, tons of education and encouragement....and it continues to this day as I still correspond with him on certain issues. In all honesty, in the middle of my home-buying process, I purposely watched a couple of Youtube vids regarding certain negative experiences of others and their Lennar encounters. Had I watched those vids PRIOR to my meeting Julie, I may not have continued forward. But my experience with Lennar in general, and with Julie/Kayla/Matt in particular was all positive. If someone is looking for value in a home, as well as a positive time buying that home, I would tell them to look no further than Lennar. I liked the experience on my part my home buying experience was smooth and I really appreciate how things were told in detail even though it was a lot of information it was simple stuff. However, I wouldn’t grade it a 5/5 since after closing I started to notice small details like paint, wall texture, and even the bathroom door handle not properly working

We were only casually looking to move closer to our kids and grandkids. Stopped at a sales model and talked to sales lady. She listened and took us to a model nearby. Was exactly what we wanted. Signed papers the next day. Waited on home to be completed and moved in 10 weeks later.

I haven’t bought a brand new home from a big company ever. The buying experience was very professionally done. Your system of information is exceptional and closing was very smooth. I’m very thankful for the warranty. Unfortunately, since we moved in less than two months ago, we have had six warranty issues already. I am just praying that this is not going to be the case the whole time we own the house.

Our home buying experience with Lennar was great. Did not have to wait long, was approved almost right away. Only small downside is that we were not able to choose our closing date (moving fr a diff state while still in the process of transitioning to new job) but all is well and kudos to Lennar for the wonderful job and we love our new home.

The only thing I don’t like it is that I was contacted by an online representative and she gave me some information about the promotion and closing costs, and told me that there will be no closing costs but when my offer was accepted the Lennar agent told me that I have to pay the closing costs and our promotion on weekly basis, while no one can close a house in a week and the time for closing date signs by them , and then I had to pay a portion of closing but they told me because of that I have to higher interest rate instead the one I was told at the beginning

Had issues immediately after move in because no one noticed during the buying process the cities backflow pipe had been destroyed. Within 1 month our power failed in half the house to include HVAC due to a failure of the underground power line that was laid. There electrician partner Lennar has been almost no help. Overall I think we got the house at a good value but some I think Lennar needs to keep better tabs on the trades. It seems one doesn’t care about the damage they cause to another in pursuit of completion of their task. The issues we have had the Lennar team has worked hard and in a timely fashion to see issues get resolved and for that we are thankful. As for the the purchasing, Lennar finance was a nightmare. 1/10 would not recommend. Overall, very good experience buying a Lennar home. Frank and Ryan did a good job supporting me. The quality of the home’s interior could be better. I like the all included appliances in it.

I was pleased with the whole experience

I'm new to Texas and to Lennar. My experience with Lennar's teams of professionals has been out of the box, amazing. Everything was handled either over the phone, on-line or via text other than my initial viewing of the home and the two walk-throughs of which my son attended in my stead. If I can get through the the process of purchasing a home while still residing in North Carolina and EXTREMELY technology deficient, anyone can! I highly recommend Lennar. I feel like Family!

The home liason, loan officer, and sales team were all top notch. Lennar did their best to deliver a quality home with upgrades that helped to make the home purchase more affordable.

This was a very fast process especially if you have all of the required documents ready. The saleswoman, and loan officer worked together and answered every question. The loan officer held our hand and she was great. Now the underwriting was a different story. This was the most difficult part of the whole ordeal. Bottom line have all your ducks in a row. We are very pleased with this investment.
