Jessica and Ryan were great. Got us where we needed to be and why. Smooth dealing with both and both were very responsive. The price I ended up paying for the house is a lot more than what the value of the house should actually be. This is not due to Jessica or Ryan’s work but in general. Almost priced us out of the market.

It was an ok buying experience. Everyone always has closing problems!!!

I have been waiting on repairs for over two months.

My dishwasher still has not been fixed. I have no paperwork to register my A/C unit for the full warranty. I need information I don’t have and have requested it from a Lennar builder and have not received the information I need.

I had multiple issues found before closing and was told they would be fixed never happened now I have to put in a warranty claim to get it fixed

The home buying experience was great. Sales consultant, loan officers, home inspectors & realtor did an amazing job at taking care of us. We did however have issues with the construction manager being extremely unprofessional and rude towards us when we pointed out mistakes and things that needed to be fixed during our tape walk. I would recommend lennar to friends and family, but was disappointed with the construction manager.

It looks like nobody cares about customer satisfaction. I trusted phone conversations or massages about the final walking review of my home and in less than first month in the house I had very bad experience with one of the appliances.All I can say is good luck to whom is in the process of baying a Lennar home.

My experience was a great one ! It was smooth as I transitioned from my old residence to my new one. Thank you so much.

My Lennar team Stephen, Josie, Leoany and Jorge were all amazing!! They always made sure that anytime I had a question they got back to me immediately. They were always welcoming and attentive and ensure to assist me through the whole process sending my family and I video and pictures.

It was wonderful everyone help me the process were real well. Everybody was great. Josh was a great person. I will definitely buy another home there on the future.

It’s a dream come through, we thank the Lord almighty for making this possible. We appreciate everything the Lennar team has done. We recommend to anyone!

All tha service is good

I have been in my home since April 18th, 2026. I was given a great price on the home, and I love my new home, but I had a few issues such as my AC going out this wee, water coming through my kitchen air vents, due to the bathtub bot being installed incorrectly. Also, outlets in the living area did not work. My suggestion is to hire better contractors, and better quality control throughout the building process because, or poses a huge, and unnecessary inconvenience to the buyer, and gives Lennar a bad look. My home has had no real issues other than the yard is not level . I was very disappointed in finding out everything is not included as thought . My home is very basic and Lennar will not let you add anything . The sales staff does not follow up after you have purchased your home .nor do they explain what’s included in the home . Very frustrating situation my house was sold felt very pressured to make a decision .The salesman was extremely nice in the beginning . .The house is ok no issues currently . No response from construction manager either. I have contacted by email and went to the office no response, Customer Service needs improvement! ... More

Thuy was a gem. I’m not computer savvy and she was Very helpful in showing me how to find and sign documents when I got lost. It was very fast paced. We like the roomy space in the house and it’s enough for me and my husband. We were glad they allowed us to come in and sign on closing day. We’re having fun decorating our new home.

It was very quick and everyone involved was very responsive to all my questions.

Great houses for the price. The only downside is it seems like the house was rushed to be built, therefore; it had small issues once I moved in, but for the price I can’t complain. All the issues were resolved very quick, great customer service.

We're first-time buyers, and many times I didn't feel the support I needed, even though the response was always quick. I think the buying process could be a bit more user-friendly.

so far so good with this home and community. I am happy with the environment and this home. quality of the workmanship is ok. There's a few things that could have been done better or at least with more care. For the price, it was a great value. Today was the first day of filling a claim for something and the response was quick. Somebody is already coming out in a couple of days.

My experience with the Lennar team was good.

The Tavola Lennar Team did an awesome job with handling any issues and concerns that I had. They REALLY made the process (which was a bit intimidating for me) smooth and worry free. They explained all my options, made sure I had an understanding of the processes and deadlines, and handled all my questions and concerns appropriately and in a timely manner.

As a senior who is only moderately techy, the entire process of qualifying and closing was overwhelming. I received email requests, of duplicates on at least 4 different email addresses.some came to me; some came to my wife; and often we got duplicate requests for $ information from different people. My android phone was frequently inadequate, and just as frequently the Lennar professionals could not help. The entire process needs to be pared down and made much more user friendly

At the beginning I was very upset because due to negligence on behalf of the HVAC company, my move in was delayed upon discovering a leak in one of the bedrooms. The carpet was soaked and Lennar quickly responded and began clean up and repair. After a couple of weeks everything was squared away and I was able to move in and begin making it our home. Erastus and Mike worked diligently to get things moving along. Alejandra checked in often to ensure things were progressing. I appreciate Lennar's timely manner in responding to other issues that have been addressed and I trust that issues that may arise in the future will be resolved quickly as well.
