Ryan was kind and responsive. We had one minor hiccup where I felt like my closing was unnecessarily pushed but I don’t totally blame him. Mischle in finance was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was very short with me and not helpful whatsoever. We’ve also had a few not great experiences with the warranty department. Some items that were promised were then not followed through with the warranty department. Overall we are happy with the purchase of our Lennar Home. I’ve noticed there are minor things that are somewhat of an annoyance when it comes to the quality of work performed- not square walls, minor imperfections throughout the home. Watching the houses go up around us in the neighborhood it makes sense because it’s happening so quickly. However, all issues are very minor and we are truly happy with our purchase. No regrets here and would recommend Lennar to friends and family!

Quality of the home is great but I was quite disappointed with the communication of the builder. I got almost no updates unless I pushed really hard. I also was amused by the fact that the home didn't come with a fridge for the asking price.

They completed our house on schedule, when many of my neighbors have complained their builder did not. Part of the reason may be the lack of options offered and workmanship that was good but not great. Customer service guys are great!

Love the experience of buying a home. I enjoyed most of the process. There were times at which it was stressful and chaotic but I didn’t plan on buying a home during a pandemic, either. Appreciative of what Lennar offers.

House was not closed on time as promised and I have to pay additional appraisal money .The customer team is awesome. Initial walk was great and everything was explained in detail .After closing of the house there were some issues that were resolved in timely fashion. Over all experience with Lennar was good !!!!

I had never built a home before, but Lennar made the experience easy. My salesperson overpromised on what could be delivered. He told me I could extend my patio & add a flood light. It was written on the documents I initially signed, but one month before I closed I was told that was no longer possible. I was also told that landscaping would be put in to cover the ATT box & that never happened. Overall, had a great experience. I just wish they would have been upfront and honest about what they could (or couldnt) do ahead of time.

Material selections limited to colors. Nice being able to move in with everything included like blinds and refrigerator plus set up as a smart home. Quality is better than the other builders in our development.

We love the smart home and connectivity, and for the most part the materials used to build and finished the home. The kitchen appliance package should be of better quality, we had issues with the stove and dishwasher and had to fight with the manufacturer for service. Also, some of the trim work was not clean and sharp with globs of paint and unfinished spots, not clean and sharp as I was expecting Lennar to finish homes, also, we still have issues with water puddles in different areas, even though it has been repaired twice already. Is as if the person that should have checked the house ...

Rob, Brenda, & Robin....have ALL been excellent in helping throughout the purchase & transitioning into my new LENNAR home. They’ve always been very professional & courteous with me & my requests. For the most part, Rob has been very expedient in handling fixes as well. I have been truly grateful - for the way he stepped up in one specific instance with my yard when I 1st moved in. I have a few issues I’m currntly trying to be patient on getting corrected - but I have full confidence that - those too, will be handled with the same professionalism. Shower tub can be better. It’s plastic all over driveway. They can put some scorn light. I am also the living room and bedroom. They can put some ceiling fan. And last in the kitchen, they can put some backsplash thank you.

Major complaint was in the lawn. Sod was placed haphazardly. Very uneven and hazardous to walk on. High spots and low spots can cause ankle twists and tripping.

Price is good, but there is little attention to finishing. There are many doors poorly cut and painted. There is a generalized rush to close even if the details haven’t been fixed. And when asked for support on warranties, Lennar reps do not respond promptly

I moved here in March, so mail delivery was difficult at this address, so deliveries went to the office and I was not notified by my seller that the Direct tv package was there which cost me $80.00 for not canceling on time..

Didn’t get a choice on anything in the home (covid supply issues). Craftsmanship isn’t the greatest, subfloor unlevel and was supposedly fixed with float, lots of Sheetrock repairs during construction, repaired but can still see where it was. Trim on doors where locks go is cut wrong on all exterior doors. AC wasn’t zoned right, plumbing fixtures feel cheap. Overall it’s a good home but seems like tradesmen didn’t care about doing a quality job

We had many issues after closing with poor workmanship, faulty valves, siding , etc. The great part about Lennar is their customer service. Call or text , they answer in a speedy fashion and get the issues resolved in basically very little time. My personal experience is, the builder hurries to finish the house and be ready for move in and details are left out and fixed after move in but their customer service is great and saves the day :-)

The actual building team (overseeing manager, contractors, subcontractors) is where my biggest issue is. When we arrived on the final walkthrough there was quite a bit not done, the house was far from clean, and the yard looked terrible. Keep in mind this is after we did the initial walkthrough and put things on our list to be repaired and/or cleaned. Paint was sloppy, we still don't have all the caulking done on the exterior, and the railings aren't level to just mention a few things.
