Overall, very good experience buying a Lennar home. Frank and Ryan did a good job supporting me. The quality of the home’s interior could be better. I like the all included appliances in it.

I was pleased with the whole experience

I'm new to Texas and to Lennar. My experience with Lennar's teams of professionals has been out of the box, amazing. Everything was handled either over the phone, on-line or via text other than my initial viewing of the home and the two walk-throughs of which my son attended in my stead. If I can get through the the process of purchasing a home while still residing in North Carolina and EXTREMELY technology deficient, anyone can! I highly recommend Lennar. I feel like Family!

The home liason, loan officer, and sales team were all top notch. Lennar did their best to deliver a quality home with upgrades that helped to make the home purchase more affordable.

This was a very fast process especially if you have all of the required documents ready. The saleswoman, and loan officer worked together and answered every question. The loan officer held our hand and she was great. Now the underwriting was a different story. This was the most difficult part of the whole ordeal. Bottom line have all your ducks in a row. We are very pleased with this investment.

The home is solid. Initial issues were taken care of in a week after the first walk thru, Those issues were minor and only time will tell. The folks in finance department have their hands full and they are some great people! Overall it was a 4 star experience. Not bad or average...just good but not great! Why so many rentals already? Ask those questions as it impacts overall home quality.

I had a good experience after 22years to buy again a new home with lennar again a lot things changed anyways we done and easy process closing a home Iloved it my loan and everything was done in a nice way thanks to all who helped us in this process

Ac outside unit to close to fence no room to get around to mow. Low water pressure Electrical outlet in garage covered by sheetrock. I didnt like need for prework on line visit

There is a genuine concern by Lennar to fix anything which needs it.

Fairly easy process buying and financing thru Lennar Mortgage. The home came with a family of mice in the attic and the outside is spider city but an annual pest control plan has kept the inside pest free. The home has had a few issues with with plumbing and electrical but Lennar has come back out to fix them within a few days as they arise. The insulation and HVAC is really good, house stays cool easily and the electric bills have been around $120/ month in the hot summer.

Overall, I am satisfied with my home purchase. This is greatly due to our salesperson JOSE!!!!! He was AMAZING!! We chose to go with Lennar's Mortgage company due to the incentives being offered. Working with the mortgage company was a TERRIBLE experience from beginning to end!! Without Jose assisting us, we would have stopped the whole purchase process very quickly. But, thanks to Jose, we continued with the purchase and have successfully moved in. The walk-through process is so quick that it's hard to find all the things that needed correcting, but they do have a 1 year warranty which we will definitely be using to get the things that were missed corrected. My initial contact with that department has been positive so far and hopefully that will continue! The construction manager that was present during the walkthrough was kind and helpful. The employee who actually did our walkthrough was also kind and knowledgeable, just moved us through pretty quickly which was a little frustrating, but I understand they have pretty booked schedules. Just wish it weren't so rushed. We like the community so far. I'm glad we are not paying for a neighborhood pool so our HOA fees are not ridiculously high, but we do have nice playground areas for kids and decent walking areas. I like the fact that Lennar homes come standard....the price is the price, no paying thousands of $$ for "options". I just wish the homes came with sprinkler systems for the yards. Good deals; thoughtful design, good material used it seems For Workmanship and quality, we will ha e to wait for a year to see how things turn out.

The home is beautiful and we have enjoyed settling in. The home is spacious and laminate throughout is helpful as far as cleaning. My constructive criticism is as follows. The fresh air intake that is built in is terrible. Anytime anyone around is grilling or smoking outside, the odor ends up inside. A lot of the paint is flaking off in spots so the quality might not be the best. Shower walls are flimsy so be careful. We appreciate the timely manner in which things have been fixed, David is on top of things. We look forward to enjoying our home for many years to come.

Good value for the product we received

The service received has been exceptional. Everyone has been helpful and responsive. Now, my not to good experience has been to received the home dirty and having to do service tickets. Other than that, I love my new home.

I had a great buying experience from Steve, he got me the price i wanted and actually listen to what i was looking for in a home when i came in. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. He was awesome! After buying the home i did have 2 issues that needed major repair with plumbing and electrical. There were a lot of minor cosmetic issues i thought were addressed after the final walk through. Overall we are content with our purchase, however could spend more time doing QC before delivering final product to the customer.

Home is very nice. Would be nice if you included ceiling fans, hang down lights above island, a better faucet in kitchen, and better shower heads. Small items, not costly, that a homeowner doesn’t have to do after move in. A little more focus on caulking. Thanks!

The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We were not given any options for input into what was used in the house. It was basically take it or leave it. We went ahead with the purchase because the pricing was good and within our budget but was not completely satisfied as what we got was different from what we saw .

It's a long drawn out process. Kayla was extremely patient and helpful as my loan officer. Without her I would have bailed out of buying a home altogether. Very helpful.

Beautiful house with lots of room

Faced some issues like AC was wrong installed by Airtron which caused water leak but Felicity Garza immediately took action and send different company (Airteam) to get it fixed, she is extremely helpful. She was and is always available to solve our problems. She resolved lot of our issues one by one. Lennar is a good brand name and we trust them. My previous house was also from Lennar where we stayed 6 years and extremely satisfied customer of Lennar.

Lizz my sales agent was amazing, she helped out with every step in the process , always had an answer for me and always in a timely manner, great communication and updates!
