I am incredibly grateful for the assistance of Ryan, Frank, and others throughout my purchase journey. Although the road was not smooth, we were able to overcome all the obstacles and achieve our goals. I appreciate Lennar for everything. The customer service team especially Jose is always on point; they resolve all the issues raised before and after closure. I will buy from them again.

The Lennar Sales Rep was friendly and very welcoming. When she learned I was a veteran she told me about a program for veterans where Lennar buys down your interest rate. It is a limited first come first served National program. Varies from year to year. The home she showed us met just about all of our desires for a home. Good lot size, trees in back of the house offering privacy. I first thought the house was out of my price range, but when I learned that my interest rate was lower than market, I was interested. Then I discovered the Refrigerator was included along with wood blinds, a garage door opener as well. Being tired I was still unsure, but then she told me Lennar would pay all closing cost. All mortgage documents are done online which makes it an easy process and accessible for future needs. However, dont expect a quick answer or one at all if you have any questions regarding your mortgage. I noticed a lot of finishing mistakes (nail pops, nail holes, no caulking, paint overspray) in the house that were pointed out during the walk through but never fixed. Overall good experience.

The moment my realtor showed me the Cantaron model I knew I was home! And my Lennar sales rep. Melissa was great! Everyone on the Lennar Team was pleasant and as accommodating as “per the plan allows”. Kenneth, my building superintendent always made me feel welcome when I stopped by and answered all questions. Stephen with Lennar Mortgage rounded out the team and was fantastic. And I love my beautiful forever home! I highly recommend Lennar and thank all who helped me on my journey to downsize without down grading.

Lennar representative explained everything as common and normal where poor quality of workmanship and bad materials were pointed. His name is Kurt. For example when I pointed a standing water he, said it is normal for drainage. There was a gap in the main door and frame and Kurt said he will block with the bubble gum he was chewing. This is not acceptable and he is very rude and disrespected to us.

Balmoral is a very nice community. However, if buying from Lennar there are things a person should be aware of/pay attention to small details…such as in most Lennar homes they install one extremely small sink in the Master Bedroom. There are no gutters on the Lennar homes in our sub-development and we had to pay for after market gutter installation. The wooden fence installed is of poor quality with many holes and/or damage planks. Also, Lennar advertises the garage can fit large trucks…this is not a true statement. The garage can only fit cars and possibly a small SUV/truck. We closed on our house and arrived to all the red tape still in the house. Ask for repair people to take care of issues, it has been two months and we are still awaiting a response. Was supposed to receive new appliances, however, the dishwasher installed was grimy, moldy, soiled, and appears to be used. Asked for a replacement, and it arrived damaged. Was told it could take a month to receive a new dishwasher. It has been over a month and we are still awaiting our replacement dishwasher. Pilot light on water heater kept going out. Repair guy came 3 times within a week and finally replaced a part that appears to have fixed the issue. Note: When we called for warranty we were told the unit was in service/warranty started November 2022, however home was not completed until June 2023, and we did not purchase the home until June 2023. The air conditioner unit installed does work however, sounds like a freight train. Builders left trash and chunks of broken concrete on the property…asked for it to be removed at the beginning of June…it has been almost two months and we are still awaiting for the items to be removed. Driveway concrete developed holes within the first month in the house. I have purchased/built several homes within my lifetime and I can honestly say this has been my worst experience. ... More

Our home buying experience was great. The professionalism was exhibited from our sales person Kacey to Stephen or mortgage Rep. to throughout the closing process.

I would like them to look somewhere else to avoid all the issues my family and have gone through

Overall it was a good experience moving from Indiana to Texas. Lennar was accommodating with scheduling for closing and walkthroughs. Closing was online. The house is great. It has been a month so far and we haven’t had any issues with the home itself. I would recommend considering Lennar for future purchases.

Not complain good service nice area

The home buying process was a nightmare from having a processor who had been only been working for 2 weeks in his position to a lender who had only been working in hers for a month. Closing day I still didn’t know my closing costs, I’ve now been in my home a month. I’ve run into SEVERAL issues from a faulty breaker box, to a improperly installed garage door just to name a few. I’ve put in SEVERAL repair requests and not one of the items have been completed. The communication is horrible, if you need anything repaired be prepared to pay for it out of pocket because you will be completely ignored. I spoke with several neighbors who are all having the same issue with the breaker box and none of ours have been repaired it’s ridiculous! ... More

I'll say the sales member for Lennar was probably the best employee Lennar has. He was always returning calls and finding solutions for us if we had an issue. On the other hand, the builder was not. The builder/CM was always giving some excuse and or promising something and not coming through. We have since closing, realized how much he missed in the building process as well as didn't do something he said he would before close. Have heard rumors that he's just average in terms of CM and was not the best one on this development. I can certainly attest to that at this point.

My home buying experience with Lennar was great absolutely zero issues or complaints & I love my new area ..but for the price these homes are currently being sold for the flooring is very sub par unless you love a lot of carpet & I've seen better quality bath tubs in an apartment

Seller told us that all houses came with a garage door opener. Nope. HVAC system was leaking the first two months, during weeks of 100+ degree heat. Buying process was a nightmare.

The home is beautiful and we are happy with the whole cast of people who were involved. They all went over and beyond. From Katie to Nancy, Todd, Glenn, and all others I could not have found a more helpful group, Thanks to all of you.
