Lennar has a solid but average process and quality. I have purchased a few homes in the last few years and they don't do anything to set themselves apart and have some questionable procedures that really need to be updated.

Lennar offered great designs, indeed beautiful houses, but not really impressed with details. From cleanliness to items not ready @ delivery, to customer support, many items were left unplug, uninstalled, open access to controls, lack of explanation on upgrades, the list is long. In my experience, there was lack of communication, customers deserve RESPECT for our commitment to our biggest investments of our lives, please DO BETTER for future home owners. Despite all complaints, I still love Tavola and my home elevation.

If you are buying a home from Lennar, just know that there might be better options and more expensive. I like the house, the only thing right now is that we’ve asked to come and repair a couple of issues and we haven’t gotten a response back… it’s been about two months since we put the request and nothing.

the floors in this home are so hard that have been in excruciating pain since moving in and I consider this house unlivable! if I could trade it in I would it. I cannot recommend anyone buy a home from lennar if this is the type of flooring that will be in your home. the pain I am in out weighs any good. I will say that responsiveness has been quick but no avail. The office people are all very pleasant, very helpful. The quality of work done on my house is poor. The sloppiness of the painters, lack of caulk, paint on the floor, chunks on the light switches, grit all over the tub, shower doesn't drain. My windows and walls and door frame is crooked. Some flooring has already been replaced as well. I've had issues with the water, electric and gas, just to name a few. Our walkway was left messy and I was told the developers supposed to fix it. I have sent several emails to get someone to fix our walkway, still no one is taking responsibility for it. A new community walkway shouldn’t be looking a mess.

The quality of these homes are horrendous considering how much they cost. The materials used are horribly cheap and the finish carpentry is ugly. The attention to detail is nonexistent.

I am a Senior and this is my first new constructed home always bought and remodeled. The buying and completion of the sale for me being a senior was extremely difficult and so very confusing. So many many people emailing and requesting verifications and do's and dont's my head was spinning. We love our home, it’s great. We are old, retired and are very technologically challenged. That was our problem .I’m sure others would not have the same issues. When supplying required information to Lennar we were ask to provide that by computer formats we didn’t know or understand. We informed all of this and were told help would be given. Some was, but we perceived to be a problem to them instead. Much time was wasted and we became very frustrated. The process of buying a new home became very unpleasant. I’m sure others more savvy would fair much better than us.

Our sales person Kacey was amazing. She communicated with me and was just short of being our loan officer as well because I could not get any communication during the loan process. Communication with our loan officer was little to none. He would not answer or return phone calls and the only emails he would respond to were the ones our sales person confronted him on. What even more frustrating is when we reached out to our loan officer to lock in our internet rate we got no response and then the interest rates went up. Super frustrating. We honestly had a terrible experience getting the home! That whole underwriting thing was extremely overwhelming! Lennar has some great people in place, that help us overcome every hurdle! It’s a rough process but we pushed through.

Underwriting is tough but trust your getting a good home build! A home with good bones, & good materials. Lennar is excellent at responding to issues. They make sure you love your home! They guide you virtually every step of the way! If you choose lennar like we did you will not regret it just be diligent and don’t overpay!

For the most part was happy, my upgraded tile floor still looks very poorly done. Problem was not addressed properly and lennar refused to fix it properly

The process could have been better… Looks like shortcuts were taken with some issues… A week of being in the home we had no heat, the garage door needed to be repainted, and brick was coming off the house. Nonetheless, all issues were handled immediately. Our cable was cut twice by the trades building behind the house. The closing was streamlined and efficient.

My overall experience was good. I do not want to fault them for the craft folks they hire and workmanship that they do. There were items along the way that concerned me, but overall most were taken care of. I have yet to receive my exterior house colors for touch up . I have emailed my salesperson and he keeps sending me the same document of the items included in the house, BUT I want to know the NAMES of the colors used for the exterior. Anyway, for the price at the time it was a good value.
