I love my Lennar home. The community is in a great location. We have access to a big park and the mall is only 8 minutes away. Our area will continue to develop over the next decade and I’m looking forward to the future. For anyone who’s looking to buy a brand new home I would recommend Lennar.

Terrible customer service. Can’t get anyone to answer calls, still haven’t gotten my mortgage situated. Yard was done terribly.

Good deals; thoughtful design, good material used it seems For Workmanship and quality, we will ha e to wait for a year to see how things turn out.

The home is beautiful and we have enjoyed settling in. The home is spacious and laminate throughout is helpful as far as cleaning. My constructive criticism is as follows. The fresh air intake that is built in is terrible. Anytime anyone around is grilling or smoking outside, the odor ends up inside. A lot of the paint is flaking off in spots so the quality might not be the best. Shower walls are flimsy so be careful. We appreciate the timely manner in which things have been fixed, David is on top of things. We look forward to enjoying our home for many years to come.

I have bought 3 houses with Lennar so far, but I am done with them and not going to buy and will discourage new buyers

It did not go well at closing. I had a tough time with Ashley's teammate. I finally had to escalate the situation to their boss, so I could close on the day matthew said after calling me when I was on the way there. Ashley was honest and said it may not happen, but Matthew said otherwise. I would never want anyone to go through what I experienced. I also have noticed some things that wasn't actually handled well but I signed off on the 2nd walkthrough.

I absolutely hated dealing with Lennar Mortgage, you kept checking my credit score which made it go lower in order to charge me a higher interest rate. Dealing with LM is like dealing with the devil. The worst experience I've had in many years.

Where should I start.. From start to finish it has been a NIGHTMARE…BTW Lennar Mortgage is the WORST EVER !!! #NeverAgain. #Run

Good value for the product we received

Lennar is more than your basic home builder. Our home included sprinklers, a keypad lock, garage door opener, and all appliances, including a washer and dryer! We are really blessed with this home.

The service received has been exceptional. Everyone has been helpful and responsive. Now, my not to good experience has been to received the home dirty and having to do service tickets. Other than that, I love my new home.

Title side and portal are not recommended. Plus 2% commissions is just wrong

The experience was not really good did not keep us updated with the home, and closing was a mess.

Excellent customer service. The entire process went as planned. Excellent communication at all times. Our Loan Officer Stephen was amazing. He really knows his work and everything was very close to the estimate. The project Manager Thomas was also amazing. The house was delivered by the schedule and the end result was amazing. We are extremely happy with our home. Thank you Lennar Home.

Lennar was incredibly responsive throughout the process. From sales, AJ assessed my needs and proactively suggested I view my new home although it was not the home I inquired about. Sandra was accessible and available to answer my questions at any time regarding financing. Danielle was great during the inspections/walk through process and Todd + his team rocked all the fixes needed for move in. Closing day Sherrie went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything was patient and knowledgeable regarding every question I had. Monica, Michelle, and Diane were all great!

Very dissatisfied with my yard. It has so many holes and bumps when it was laid. There are so many small things that wasn’t addressed after my walk and still waiting on materials to come in to fix them.

I had a great buying experience from Steve, he got me the price i wanted and actually listen to what i was looking for in a home when i came in. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. He was awesome! After buying the home i did have 2 issues that needed major repair with plumbing and electrical. There were a lot of minor cosmetic issues i thought were addressed after the final walk through. Overall we are content with our purchase, however could spend more time doing QC before delivering final product to the customer.

the floors in this home are so hard that have been in excruciating pain since moving in and I consider this house unlivable! if I could trade it in I would it. I cannot recommend anyone buy a home from lennar if this is the type of flooring that will be in your home. the pain I am in out weighs any good. I will say that responsiveness has been quick but no avail. The overall home buying experience besides a few delays was pretty good the salesperson James was very helpful and patient, and I felt Diana who did the walk through was trustworthy, but again, the flooring is so awful I would have to give it a zero on quality of workmanship and materials is substandard and I would see inhumane and criminal. I do not think the value is worth what I paid and after 8 months of looking for a home and moving over 1,000 and all of the obstacles I faced to get here, I am looking to get out in less than one month of moving in ... Make sure you double check everything on your final walk through. Builders don’t care about craftsmanship.

Our sales agent lied about mortgage rate multiple times and then lied she never stated she had given us such a quote. I, the presence of my real estate agent, had repeated the quote several times back to her prior to shaking hands on the deal. She even had called a supervisor regarding our offer in front of us. She then stated it had been approved. When we had the contract a few hours later we were shocked to find the rate a point higher. When we called the mortgage agent she clarified it was to we 0.76 point higher, but still not the rate of 4.99%. No one could explain the reason for the change and we have excellent credit. Mortgage company was disorganized. Our mortgage agent and the underwriter agent efforts were redundant. Caused us nightmares with multiple requests for the same information. The names of documents and who might be able to supply them were confusing. We had to setup the two agents on a teleconference to clarify the multiple requests for the same documents. Additionally, we setup a teleconference between Fidelity and the underwriter’s agent to finally clarify that we had sent the correct documents. The underwriter kept asking for documents piecemeal over 11 week period to close. Closing was delayed because of it. We drove 50 miles to closing on the assigned date only to find out that financing was still up in the air despite being told that we were essentially approved. The mortgage agent told us it was still being processed and told us to leave the mortgage office immediately. Since we had come from Florida to complete the buying process this business added two extra days and plenty of stress to what should have been a happy process. We were just short of walking away from the deal, but we were coming back our hometown for my husband’s health. In discussions with other folks like our builder and our bank teller who helped with the cashier’s check.they both described terrible experiences with the mortgage division. Overall, we are not very impressed with our Lennar home. We did get it for a good price, be we expected more for our money. We especially expected what was here to be in much better shape and quality. Things look very rushed and sloppy all around our house. Paint splatters everywhere, drywall looks very bad in places, yard is a mess with trash and debris left behind everywhere. It is quite disappointing with the amount of things we have had to do ourselves just to make the house presentable, and there is still a lot we have the clean and make better.
