Didn’t get a choice on anything in the home (covid supply issues). Craftsmanship isn’t the greatest, subfloor unlevel and was supposedly fixed with float, lots of Sheetrock repairs during construction, repaired but can still see where it was. Trim on doors where locks go is cut wrong on all exterior doors. AC wasn’t zoned right, plumbing fixtures feel cheap. Overall it’s a good home but seems like tradesmen didn’t care about doing a quality job

Kacie and the Lennar mortgage team made my home buying experience seem effortless. Kacie kept me well informed on the progress of my home weekly and the mortgage team made the loan process and closing process so easy. I would definitely recommend Lennar homes to anyone looking for a new home.

The whole process was very easy from start to finish with lennar mortgage. The only major issue after the fact was I have realized the paint they use inside and out is the cheapest paint possible. I will have to repaint in higher traffic areas in the very near future.

The sales guy I dealt with was not 100% honest about things that would be included in the home. We noticed a lot of things that needed to be done during the walk through that was done afterwards. There was a lot more things that were not done or were not done the way they were supposed to be done, because the construction manager was not available during the completion of my home and because this is my first home I wasn’t aware of everything I needed to be looking for. Their responsiveness to fix everything in a timely manner I was grateful for.

Lennar offers many advantages over some other builders. We loved not having to be nickel and dimed for every little thing. Great features in the kitchen, spacious family room and nice sized bedrooms. The builder is responsive and clearly works hard to provide their buyers with the best home buying experience.

The home buying experience and the quality of the construction itself are amazing. We have a bitter taste in our mouths because a slew of items weren’t done properly or just are still incomplete. I am thankful for Cory and Brooklyn coming today on a warranty issue (missing door pin) so that I could address and have some items fixed on the spot. Ready to be done with all of this so that we can enjoy our lives again and not have to keep meeting with contractors to fix bits and pieces.

The Lennar experience started very well. Alex as a salesman with Lennar as a lender seemed to be a match made in heaven. Alex continued as a helpful advocate, however, the lending process became a stressful and confusing process for no good reason. We remained loan worthy throughout the entire process and turned other lenders down, probably in error. The interior and exterior finish work was mediocre at best. The warranty staff came across a genuine until real work orders were submitted. I will not recommend Lennar as a builder or finance option to anyone. Sloppy work during final walk through. Missed a lot that we flagged. Has taken 3 weeks and counting to fix issues reported to them.

I am very happy with my house and the guarantee service has been fulfilled.

The sales team member provided regular updates on the construction progress. The walks are very detailed.

Wesley is great. Very responsive. Treats the house as if it were his own.

Good value overall, but lots of cracking on walls and paint spills on floor.

My experience was a wonderful journey. Everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. I appreciate everyone involved and took the time with me and patient with me.

Lennar offered great designs, indeed beautiful houses, but not really impressed with details. From cleanliness to items not ready @ delivery, to customer support, many items were left unplug, uninstalled, open access to controls, lack of explanation on upgrades, the list is long. In my experience, there was lack of communication, customers deserve RESPECT for our commitment to our biggest investments of our lives, please DO BETTER for future home owners. Despite all complaints, I still love Tavola and my home elevation.

good builder with fair prices

Process was very fast and everyone was very helpful and responded to my questions in a timely manner. I only gave 3 stars for the value because currently all homes everywhere are overpriced when you look at the SF you're purchasing. Especially when the nearest big grocery stores and pharmacies are at least 20 mins away.

Ana did exceptionally well throughout the sale and building process of our home. Josie, Cesar And Tom provided great service as well. Ana and Tom have kept the communication line open to ensure satisfaction with our home to work through minor issues that needed to be resolved after final walk and move in! Overall great experience and would recommend any looking to purchase a home in Dellrose to definitely work with Ana. Thanks

My wife Jennifer and I had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked through the sales office until the day we closed. I would highly recommend Lennar to anybody looking to purchase a new home.

I expected more from the builder in the construction for the home the materials do not look so great as they show in the model. For the price I expected more but we got so overwhelmed and at the end we only want to closed the deal. For my experience I will not say more.
