Melissa, Matt, and Jose are phenomenal! They were all responsive, went above and beyond and were respectful even when I was annoying and asking a million questions. I was kept updated throughout the process and even after I moved in, they kept in touch to make sure little things were taken care of. They made the experience easy for me as a first time home buyer

The shopping experience with Lennar was superior. They facilitated the process significantly through their high-touch customer service, inventory, and the all-inclusive package. Despite the challenges brought by the pandemic, Lennar made the buying process streamlined and rewarding.

Our experience was very stressful and unpleasant. We are still waiting for return from Lennar for the a double trip for our inspector who could not get into the house do his part because the sales person did not provide access to the house as he promised. It was a total mess from the day we stepped into the model home utill the closing day.

My overall experience was good. I do not want to fault them for the craft folks they hire and workmanship that they do. There were items along the way that concerned me, but overall most were taken care of. I have yet to receive my exterior house colors for touch up . I have emailed my salesperson and he keeps sending me the same document of the items included in the house, BUT I want to know the NAMES of the colors used for the exterior. Anyway, for the price at the time it was a good value.

Lennar was involved from the beginning to the very end of this process.

The complete new home buying experience with Lennar was positive and easy. Every Lennar representative was professional and courteous and communicated well. The home is beautiful and was offered at a great price.

As first time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed by all of our options. There were many lived-in homes that were around the same price point as a new Lennar home. We decided to go with Lennar and it was a great decision! From our first experience with the sales consultant to our closing day, we were cared for and felt confident about our decision. Underwriting is tough but trust your getting a good home build! A home with good bones, & good materials. Lennar is excellent at responding to issues. They make sure you love your home! They guide you virtually every step of the way! If you choose lennar like we did you will not regret it just be diligent and don’t overpay!

No keys day of closing had to wait 5 days later to get keys and move in still no mailbox need some touch up no lites in backyard

Unhappy with quality and lies

We have had numerous problems and a terrible response to getting issues fixed. 1. Our AC went out the first week due to poor electrical work 2. Our fence is flapping in the wind 3. Our grass was never rolled out and patches are missing 4. Metal debris all in the yard 5. Gutters were not installed and the rain washed away some of our landscaping that has yet to be fixed

Lennar made my dream come true during these crazy house market. After losing several offers to preowned houses, Lennar made it happen with a new built. Took the stress away and made it easy thru the Lennar Home Buying process. Very grateful for Lennar team.

Lennar is big company, but the people you meet are amazing. Big shout out to Wendell, Brian and Kim. Great people

The office people are all very pleasant, very helpful. The quality of work done on my house is poor. The sloppiness of the painters, lack of caulk, paint on the floor, chunks on the light switches, grit all over the tub, shower doesn't drain. My windows and walls and door frame is crooked. Some flooring has already been replaced as well. I've had issues with the water, electric and gas, just to name a few. I've had new homes built in the past, all I had were nail pops after a year....I've had all these issues within a months time. I'm working with a pleasant girl in the office, and she has been helping me make appointments and getting people out to repair the issues, which is frustrating. It took 5 people and 3 hours to flag the visual issues on my first walk through. I love the size and layout of my home, it's just sad that it's not a happy, joyful experience that I expected in moving into my new home. ... More

Process has been great. Adam has been really diligent about making sure all of the issues/requests get addressed, and the rest of the people (Bill, Kayla, etc.) have been great as well.

Many things being fixed should not have passed quality control before selling which seems nonexistent. In a rush for profit they compromise quality placing the burden on the buyer to say something is wrong a position the buyer should not be placed in by a quality builder. A warranty is great but don’t sell a product that’s damaged. They are being responsive to correct and fix things so far unfortunately some of the contractors leave a mess the homeowner needs to clean up. Not sure if quality contractors are lacking which could be the case. The sidewalks in the neighborhood and driveways look extremely damaged to be fixed later by the developer but that’s loss time of enjoyment. Walk the sidewalks and see how bad they are. It’s ridiculous. They can do better but quality over quantity has taken a backseat. Heard good things about Lennar but this is not one of their better neighborhoods unfortunately. No reason for it not to be. Hold contractors accountable, create quality control prior to the sell, and stop damaging the concrete after its in place. It’s not rocket science. ... More
