Promises were made....but not carried out. Fit&finish very poor. Did anyone care? Pretty much no. I would not accept any service people to come in and finish what was promised as I don't feel anything would be any better than now. No faith in your labor.

Had a bad experience with the sales guy and (most of) the lennar mortgage finance team. There was a couple good people on the Lennar construction team.

Had a bad experience with the sales guy. Felt like a military recruiter - made promises that I would get certain things included in the house and on the papers I had to sign, he purposefully left that out. Told me I had nothing in writing which was very sketchy. Talked to some neighbors and at least 4 others had a similar experience. I really did not want to give him the commission on this sale but I had to get the house. The finance team was also a nightmare. More times than I can count I was asked for docs that were supposedly due the next day and they would be sent to me at midnight (or ...

Very poor customer service and difficult to get warranty work done. Lennar lacks ownership of responsibility and transparency. I would never recommend buying a home from Lennar.

Lennar was very pushy to use their mortgage company from the start, making the process super difficult when we decided to use our outside lender. We moved in in early August and different color cabinets were installed in the kitchen, still hasn’t been replaced. There’s rebar sticking straight out of the foundation above the grass. The sod next to our AC unit that we were told was going to be put in was never done. The AC didn’t work correctly for the first two weeks. I had to pay 500 dollars out of pocket to have an electrician come tell me the ground and neutral in my dryer power outlet ...

The home buying process was a nightmare from having a processor who had been only been working for 2 weeks in his position to a lender who had only been working in hers for a month. Closing day I still didn’t know my closing costs, I’ve now been in my home a month. I’ve run into SEVERAL issues from a faulty breaker box, to a improperly installed garage door just to name a few. Prior to purchasing our new Lennar home, I read some reviews on the web. There were more negative reviews than I would have expected. I addressed this with our sales consultant and he simply said that because of the size of Lennar, there would be more negative reviews than with other builders and likewise there would be more positive reviews. Bad salesman and good customer services

The sals person doesn’t have much experience and irresponsible. The day in last year November when we first came to the sale office is also her first day at this subdivision. Both her iPad and computer didn’t work, she didn’t pay attention to what we said to her which caused misunderstanding late. Me and my friends are great fan of Lennar! But by buying experience was terrible!! I completely understand that pandemic has changed everyone's lives but shouldn't have impacted the buying experience. The sales team was rude, mortgage team was impatient and construction manager was contactless! Just that we need a house to stay close to friends, we have continued with the purchase if not would have quit.

I love my my house, however I will never buy another Lennar homes again due to the worst buying experience I had with Cole at Tavola West in New Cany TX. Don't recommend anyone to buy Lennar homes.

Long story short, I was told several times that an irrigation system would be provided since that was part of what Lennar promised upon the original sales pitch. Multiple people assured me this would be ok and they would take care of it. Then 3 weeks before closing I’m told I wouldn’t be getting it….. If you don’t like it you can get a refund and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. How can you trust a company that doesn’t make good on their promises? Lennar seems to only care about them selves and I almost lost my money due to the some lady named Silvia screaming and catching an attitude with me and my bank when lennar made the mistake. Horrible experience

Extremely rude and arrogant management

I tried to change my closing date because my bank CD was maturing three weeks after the tentative closing date. I have purchased 3 Lennar houses before and never had any closing date issues and after purchasing this house it was an investment of almost $1000000.00 on Lennar houses. The answer I received from upper management was discourteous: “We DON'T move dates!” you should not talk to your loyal customers in this tone (extremely unprofessional).

My honest opinion I would NOT buy with LENNAR

From the very start I had issues with the loan officer not being proactive and responding to messages in a timely manner. The day of closing my name was not spelled correctly in the title/documents. I have been in the home and there is something going on with the plumbing where the toilet does not flush properly. There were also missed parts that were not painted by the time I closed on home. Our sales agent lied about mortgage rate multiple times and then lied she never stated she had given us such a quote. I, the presence of my real estate agent, had repeated the quote several times back to her prior to shaking hands on the deal. She even had called a supervisor regarding our offer in front of us. Simple mistakes lead to big problems

The sales associates filled out our contracts incorrectly with simple mistakes and would not correct them when they were pointed out. Example incorrect contact information.
