Very thorough process when buying a new build home. Very understandable. Learned a lot ,watched it being built in the late stages . The Lennar builder inspector was great,showing us everything we to know.

so far so good with this home and community. I am happy with the environment and this home. quality of the workmanship is ok. There's a few things that could have been done better or at least with more care. For the price, it was a great value. Today was the first day of filling a claim for something and the response was quick. Somebody is already coming out in a couple of days.

My homebuying experience with Lennar was average overall, with both positives and areas that need improvement. Kayla and James were professional, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They were responsive when contacted and did their best to assist and provide updates when possible. However, the overall experience was impacted by communication gaps, particularly around construction timelines and coordination between teams. The house is nice, but since I’ve been in my home I have had to replace tankless heater, washer is not working well, a lot of calking is cracking, the tile is very cheap and cracking throughout the house. For the price the house is valued at , it should not be valued over 300k. The sod in the yard was put down poorly and the garage door is already messed up. Not too happy with all the things wrong but I am happy I have property and will most likely sell in a few years not what I was expecting at all.

Very disappointed with our experience buying a new home from Lennar. The construction quality and attention to detail were far below expectations for a new build. We found multiple issues that should have been caught before walkthroughs, including roof problems (exposed nails, poorly cut shingles around vents, and unsealed gaps). When asked if all roof vents were inspected, the construction manager said only the items shown in my photos were addressed—concerning for a builder of this size. Horrible experience with the whole closing situation. Was lied to several times. Was told my closing cost included the 2026 HOA dues. I have had to put in several requests for repairs. I’m still putting in request for the same problem that was supposed to have already been fixed. I could go on & on about how horrible my experience of buying my 1st home was but at this point I’ve figured out it will do NO good!

Found our desired home in a desired neighborhood with a great view, there were some issues that we noted right off the bat and these were addressed with the builder and they promised to take care of these. Most of them were taken care of but some were still lingering. One of the major issues was noticeable issues with the roof in various spots, specially the ridgeline, flashing not secured in some areas, and low spots. you would think that a reputable builder, at this level of home and pricing would make sure these were addressed prior to listing but we were the ones who found them and ...

The process was quick, everyone was nice & helpful until you get the keys in hand then I felt a little lost in the process & felt a bit abandoned. Apparently, the builder did not submit documents for the foundation fee & I was contacted by Lennar title that I owed an addition $254 but then never got an invoice or email or statement. The walk through was as expected however there is no way anyone will remember everything that is told to them during the walk through, it is too much information all at once, it would be nice if I had an itemization or a quick synopsis of what was discussed during ...
