-Fence falling from no concrete -Windows leak -Front door leak -Poor exterior prep and painting -Worst of all AC is inadequate for home and gets warm inside home. -second worst of all is lennar warranty is terrible they try everything under the sun to avoid fixing anything. Piece of crap people. DONT BUY anything from lennar -other people in the neighborhood have issues even worse than mine.

Hone was made quickly and has many imperfections. The process was rushed to close on time which impacted my ability to request things to be fixed. The brick has light spots and a patch doesn't match the rest of the home. The garage isn't sealed properly allowing rodents to enter

First house I tried to buy was in Seguin, Texas. My closing date was postponed and then on the day of new closing date I was told "your husband has to co-sign." One whole month they couldnt't figure out that my loan was a liability. I was extremely disappointed. They took so many documents but in the end gave me no choice, tried to rush me, gave me advice on cosigning when it's a personal decision and they invaded that personal space, no one asked them for their opinion on co signing part. They will ignore you once you discover major issues with house

Pay attention to the brickwork and shower tile work...... they will use defective material and patch them up in a very amateur way.... When you reach out about the issue they will say that is the pattern of the brick. When you don't fall for that they will ignore you and never respond again.

The entire process was a joke and can be summed up as simply as saying I received better service at McDonald’s. The only reason I purchased this “home” is the promotional interest rate. I would not recommend Lennar to my worst enemy and will NEVER purchase from them again. Nobody at the company cares about anything other than taking all the money from you they can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The entire homebuying process was a nightmare from start to finish. Salesman was not knowledgeable at all to the product or process. Then the mortgage team I dealt with was absolutely horrid and unreachable most of the time. I almost pulled out of the deal due to frustration and complications that were unnecessary. In addition to this there is a design issue in the house that wont allow me to get furniture up the stairs. Stay away from Lennar period. But If you must buy a Lennar home, please budget for thousands of dollar you will need to spend to get the home to a barely comfortable place to live. The price might seem reasonable at first, but when you calculate all the missing items in the home, you will end up paying significantly more than you you went with another builder. Also, be prepared for bad service all round and constant state of confusion amongst their staff.

I closed on a house in a Lennar community 6 months ago. The building process was ridiculously stressful. Zac, the building manager over my home, was hard to communicate with, did not follow through on requests, left my build sitting with unfixed issues for months. Even untouched the week between my initial walkthrough and my final one. I ended up coming to my FINAL walkthrough, with several trades people actively working to fix problems WHILE I WAS WALKING THROUGH. This has been the worst experience of my life. I honestly would not encourage, suggest, or promote anyone I like, know or trust to purchase a Lennar home. The quality is subpar, the responsiveness to issues is next to never as far as the repair persons actually showing up. There is no flexibility with scheduling, I had to keep taking off work trying to get things repaired in a BRAND NEW HOUSE. NIGHTMARE.....RUN! I gave 1 stars to submit the review

I would never recommend Lennar to any home buyer. The overall experience was so poor and this is my 4th home purchase. So many things went wrong with this home purchase from day one up until the closing day. I will NEVER buy a home with Lennar again and I would NEVER recommend them.

Lennar - Low quality materials used and left the finishing work undone

Low quality materials used and left the finishing work undone and promised to be taken care of at time of closing but later they don't care. Keep putting work orders and they ask for phone appointments and virtual appointments but work not done and they close the tickets without completing it. Even the area manager don't respond to email sent. Really disappointed.

Every step of the home buying process was horrible. From the agent, to the contractor and now customer service won’t respond to us for a month. Every single person I come into contact with from this point on I will stir away from Lennar. Between the several realtors and businesses in our realm, we should be able to reach many of your potential customers to insure they do not make the same mistake we did by choosing Lennar as our home builder.

Requested my preconstruction meeting 4 times, IN WRITING, never happened. Was not able to do a pre-sheetrock inspection despite asking for one, they put the sheetrock up anyways. If at all possible DO NOT buy a house from Lennar. If at all possible they will take advantage of price increases on your contracted home to selectively cancel your contract and force you to re-contract on the same house at a higher price. They will do this the day before closing forcing your hand to fork over more money. The quality of the house is terrible. Our floor tiles buckle, the kitchen island is not level do food rolls off, the HVAC cannot maintain safe humidity levels, there are a number of mis-wired switches and missing GFCI and or AFCI breakers.
