I had never built a home before, but Lennar made the experience easy. My salesperson overpromised on what could be delivered. He told me I could extend my patio & add a flood light. It was written on the documents I initially signed, but one month before I closed I was told that was no longer possible. I was also told that landscaping would be put in to cover the ATT box & that never happened. Overall, had a great experience. I just wish they would have been upfront and honest about what they could (or couldnt) do ahead of time.

Overall Lennar has been easy to work with from home purchase to resolving most of the warranty issues.

Garrick was great and a big help resolving any issues. Morris was very patient with us. Josie was the best. Matt came in at the end of the process another quality individual.

If at all possible DO NOT buy a house from Lennar. If at all possible they will take advantage of price increases on your contracted home to selectively cancel your contract and force you to re-contract on the same house at a higher price. They will do this the day before closing forcing your hand to fork over more money. The quality of the house is terrible. Our floor tiles buckle, the kitchen island is not level do food rolls off, the HVAC cannot maintain safe humidity levels, there are a number of mis-wired switches and missing GFCI and or AFCI breakers. Our master bath sink is cracked. Cracked kitchen cabinets. The WiFi they include with the house crawls like a snail, yard is not graded properly. Ductwork is not sealed properly. Windows were not caulked, Shower glass is damaged. Interior doors are warped. The list goes on and on. ... More

very cost effective in terms of getting all necessary upgrades in basic package, no need of any more upgrades.

Selection process and purchase was very positive. The construction period was not very good - 3 construction inspectors (one we never met); felt very haphazard and not customer-focused. Quality of workmanship is fair - small details like placing a sprinkler head at the exist point of a downspout, which is now covered up by a concrete splash pad; caulking in many places looks like it was done with the non-dominant hand of a non-professional. The post-construction warranty period experience has been positive. Overall this was a very good home buying experience with the highlight being working with Elisabeth on the build! I would've rated the whole experience 5 stars if it wasn't for some challenges dealing with Lennar financing including them pulling my credit report 3 times.

Construction, manager at construction, sales and people after closing verifying for details did a ver good work. But some people at the closing at title seemed rude.

My Lennar team Stephen, Josie, Leoany and Jorge were all amazing!! They always made sure that anytime I had a question they got back to me immediately. They were always welcoming and attentive and ensure to assist me through the whole process sending my family and I video and pictures.
