I am still waiting to hear back from lennarhoustoncustomercare@lennar.com. My air conditioning has been broke for THREE days now and nobody has gotten back with me!! Very frustrating!!

Quality of materials used is poor, property seems to have gone up quickly with a lack a quality control, when issues arise, there is a delay in response, appointments for repairs were made and no call/no show. Neighbors have expressed discord regarding quality as well.

Lennar should be embarrassed to close on a home in this poor condition. There is no quality control. From door knobs falling off to plumbing fixtures detaching. The list is long. I feel they threw my home together and they are taking their sweet time fixing all the problems. I do not recommend nor will I ever buy a Lennar.

Its always great when I contact the warranty department, get a date scheduled, and then nobody shows up or contacts me to reschedule.

Extremely sloppy work done. Most workers are so creepy and scary, you don't want them to come back to fix anything. Many, many holes inside and out, unfinished work, dents, paper or plastic painted over on walls. Not even cleaned before move in. Construction dust, dirt left behind. Dead plants. Just a disgrace.
