I bought my house at the highest value and two months later I see other houses that look exactly like mine decrease by almost 20k. I understand it’s all about the market but that was drastic. The craftsmanship is ok but I notice the very small details that aren’t up to par. None of the air vent squares are straight and are slanted awkwardly. The sprinklers don’t work and I already called to put in an order and it was very bad customer service. The paint is chipped in some places. The layout is horrible. Yes it’s updated counters but the counters are so small it’s quite pointless. The driveway is the worst! Two car garage (barely) 1 car driveway which is horrible horrible horrible!!!! Everything is great and they have the best deals. The only problem we had was with the doorbell not staying programmed.

Clean up around and in homes

There has been a few issues with any new home built. One thing does bother me is a lot of the issues was electrical and even during construction there were issues with electrical installation. The Foreman and Sales staff were easy to work with.

I would give Lennar a 4.2 Star rating for the most part. I believe most everything is pretty good as well as the incentives. My only issue is that after living in my home for 6 months, I noticed there were a few things off about my house. I think the attention to detail should have been better when building. Wish I would have seen some of these during my inspection so I could have them fix it.

No pool in the area. Promised remote to open gates to access pool down the road on Rayford Rd. Have not received

Overall great buying experience

Material selections limited to colors. Nice being able to move in with everything included like blinds and refrigerator plus set up as a smart home. Quality is better than the other builders in our development.

Ok. But the roads in the neighborhood are too narrow. Only one flow through vehicle when double parked. It’s an inconvenience

I am still waiting to hear back from lennarhoustoncustomercare@lennar.com. My air conditioning has been broke for THREE days now and nobody has gotten back with me!! Very frustrating!!

I had the most beautiful realtor, Rena who answered all our questions and provided just what we was looking for. The construction manager Andres was excellent also on making sure all problems was addressed and of course Amanda, is a angel with making sure everything has been fixed and completed.

Not happy due to the lack of follow ups

I feel great in my brand new home!. Lennar people makes me feel they care. The buying process was easy and smoothly.
