My biggest problem was during the walk I was blue taping a lot. Mike, who no longer is with y’all said, “don’t worry about taping everything right now, you won’t see it all so we’ll come back in 2 months to fix whatever else you see.” Nikki, who is awesome! Told me that wasn’t the case. All the baseboards in the house look like they were found in the trash, pieces missing in them, nails not all the way in, or holes from the nails. The painters also did a horrible job caulking the baseboards to the ground. They probably costed you guys a lot of money how much extra caulking they got all over our tile. These things will probably make me not recommend lennar to any friends or family, and not ever buy a lennar home again. We bought 2 investment properties with the EI (Everything Inside) concept and we really love it!!!! This clearly make the deference with the competition We really enjoyed our experience Lennar is highly recommended

The reasons why I purchased a Lennar Home. For starters they are the only home builder were everything is included. They offer various types of floor plans. Spectacular color combinations. There are multiple elevation plans.The homes are Wi-Fi Certified all of there homes have there own unique look. They use top of the line appliances. They offer various types of flooring they have multiple cabinet colors and some of best granite selection on the market. The attics are fully insulated and most importantly all of there homes are energy efficient and there homes have the best warranties on the market. I had a chance to see the different stages of my home while it was being built and see everything come together. The builder took me for a walk through to make sure everything in my home passed my approval. If I have any questions or concerns the warranty department is a phone call or email away and they respond promptly. From the day I purchased my home until this present day I still have the same excitement . My particular home has the coolest floor plan its called the rosemary once you enter through the front door the living space is wide open and I love it. I also have a huge game room its so big I made it a movie room. My home also has a real cozy feel to it. Bottom line if you are looking to invest your money into a Home Builder that builds high quality homes with all the bells and whistles in a affordable price range Lennar is your builder. ... More

Woodforest is a great development to live in - I am a transplant from New England and love it here.

Have not words to describe how happy I am with my Lennar experience since the beginning.

By having things like blinds, sprinkler system and garage door openers it made moving in much easier.

positives the home is great no complaints with the house they did a great job! The only negative is my yard is lumpy wish that was handle a little better but overall highly recommend!

If it was not nadia and josie i wud not buy this and rather wait and buy some other house but this two people worked hard for me but i m not really happy of the service and response.

Feel more care could have gone into details as well as the deep cleaning before move-in.

The design is outstanding , while the quality is clearly superior to that of new homes in many other developments that we have visited. The Lennar team has exhibited a real commitment to customer service going to great lengths to insure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We love our new home and couldn’t be happier!

A beautiful home worth it of your money.

We love the smart home and connectivity, and for the most part the materials used to build and finished the home. The kitchen appliance package should be of better quality, we had issues with the stove and dishwasher and had to fight with the manufacturer for service. Also, some of the trim work was not clean and sharp with globs of paint and unfinished spots, not clean and sharp as I was expecting Lennar to finish homes, also, we still have issues with water puddles in different areas, even though it has been repaired twice already. Is as if the person that should have checked the house prior to the final walk-through had not done their job properly. ... More

Initial purchase process was smoother, design and options selection were easy to go through with sales person, construction manager was less responsive during the build, many issues found at final inspection and during final move-in. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Construction was ok, found many issues after 3 months period. Builder promised many items and delivered accordingly. For example, Amazon products give away. Ring, echo dot etc. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? Always do proper research about builder and quality of products they are using. Ask questions and expect details. This will be worthwhile after closing. ... More

The finish work is not that great and when you in your work order and they come out to fix their mistakes they make it worse and so you just end up giving up. Most of them do not speak English so you can't communicate with them.
