New home concierge was worthless

After we went into contract we were assigned a new home concierge to guide us through the rest of the process. She was impossible to get a hold of. Never answered the phone or returned messages. Unresponsive to texts and r-mails. We got wrong information about utility companies, wrong names wrong phone numbers. It was like pulling teeth to get info about trash pickup. We got the wrong info on mail keys. Had to ask repeatedly for the promised paint coupon. Overall the part after contract was a disaster.

Disappointed that options were not offered. My previous home buying experiences offered other additional options like gutters, sprinklers, blinds, tankless water heater, etc. Nice to have some of these items offered as additional options rather than having to run around and gather those items on my own.

If I could do it all over, I would have gone with a different builder. The quality of the home is not good. I continue to find issues and warranty reps are not helpful. I was told one thing during my walk and now I am being told something different as far as what is covered.

I am so pleased with the cottage I purchased. I was concerned that my furniture an kitchen items would not fit, but surprisingly, everything fit. Especially the kitchen. Both will and bailey are very responsive pointing me.The right directions assisting me throughout the process.I can't thank them enough With the exception of a patio "which I still miss having "the items the home did not include are things people would want to put in their own personal touch. And really love Caney Mill's subdivision, It's very well kept an great neighbors.

Overall, the process was very fast as we were in a rush to buy. Many documents were needed, and we were asked to resubmit the same documents at least 8-10 times, instead of me submitting to one portal where everything could be accessed. There were times where I felt we were not the customer in the process, and we seemed like a bother for not knowing certain processes, though we were first time buyers and could have used proper guidance. Our Experience With Lennar Mortgage

Our experience with Lennar Mortgage was so stressful and disorganized that we ultimately switch lender. Communication was inconsistent, they kept asking for the same documents, and we kept getting conflicting information and last-minute issues that delayed everything. The lack of professionalism made the process extremely frustrating, and we would not recommend them.

Overall the sell representatives are really nice and very professional but unfortunately I can't say anything good on the construction side . The supervisor doesn't commit to his roll on supervising his construction manager. The construction manager really need a better training when it comes to delivering the quality products that Lennar offers.Construction managers all they want is not make you sing off on there release to close title and don't care about the quality always very denial on everything we point out that need to be fix. This was an extremely easy experience. The house was pre-planned and more than 50% complete so involvement was little to none...we just watched it get completed. Walk throughs were simplistic and was accomplished with minimal effort. Overall, great experience.
