I had no previous experience in buying a house. Doing this process with Lennar was really good. I had a lot of support and transparency with the builder, loan and title companies, as they were all integrated. The whole closing process was extremely easy. The house introduction and inspection was very professional. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with Lennar and would recommend to others.

We started looking for older houses in our price range. Which was exceptionally hard in the 2022-2023 housing market. Our realtor brought us to LENNAR, and we got a great deal. New construction, big yard, price in my range, and interst rate in the 4's. Great people, great company. Turned our families dream into a reality!

The new constrution is solid and dependable. The exterior brick, windows and doors compliment each other and lead inside to a flowing, open format design making everyday living easy. The hard surface floor are easy to clean and maintain.

I love my Lennar home. The community is in a great location. We have access to a big park and the mall is only 8 minutes away. Our area will continue to develop over the next decade and I’m looking forward to the future. For anyone who’s looking to buy a brand new home I would recommend Lennar.

Excellent customer service. The entire process went as planned. Excellent communication at all times. Our Loan Officer Stephen was amazing. He really knows his work and everything was very close to the estimate. The project Manager Thomas was also amazing. The house was delivered by the schedule and the end result was amazing. This is my third new Lennar home purchase and final. I thoroughly enjoy the Lennar product . My previous home was a Brookstone- Onyx, the other was a Fairway- Wakefield and now Wildflower- Hanover. When I saw this floorplan, I was wowed away by th space, kitchen, two entrances to the master bed, floorplan, and location. The price was a never thought of price for this up and coming area. Let's just say i have a lot of equity after signing closing documents. Don't hesitate to purchase a Lennar Everything home because you will not be disappointed. Repair was for a floor and an electrical issue. Both issues were resolved perfectly.

We were a little spoiled with the space we had in the home we were renting before we decided to buy ours but overall we are Really happy with our new home and the surrounding. Great customer service. Our sales rep. (Bryan) went above and beyond our options to make it happen. we really recommend him. Also our Lennar representative (David) was always there to address any issue or question we could had. Great team.!!!
