The Homebuying experience was terrible specially the financial approval process. IWe had a lot of issues with the loan process . We put 2/3 for downpayment and we really thought that was enough. The questioning of where we got our funds for downpayment to money paid on our debt even with records we provided were not enough. I guess the only positive thing for me came from the credit report not having my social security right. The prove of accounts that were not mine was troublesome . Great Sales Consultant Brian, answered questions by email, text, or phone. Ryan, mortgage officer and loan processor gave satisfactory service, the loan process was overwhelming with documents, turnaround time, and zoom loan closing,website had hiccups, the quality assurance person for walkthrough was awesome! The warranty specialist Miema has also been great, addressing needs w electrical system and paint repairs.

Our initial interaction with the sales person Deonna was wonderful - she was very responsive and answered all our questions. However, when we began the process of applying for the mortgage with Lennar out experience was horrible. We would rush to submit all the required documents and then not hear anything for weeks - and then a request would come in at the end of the day for the additional information that they needed. Despite being the buyer, there was little flexibility on the timeline, even when I had legitimate scheduling conflicts that prevented me from attending key events. Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Recommend

I have many things to say about Lennar — my experience has truly been the worst ever. During the home-buying process, I constantly had to follow up with Lennar staff just to get answers to my questions. Their customer service was poor, but unfortunately, the worst was yet to come. On closing day, Lennar was supposed to pay my hazard insurance through the escrow account — but they didn’t. My policy was at risk of cancellation. When Lennar finally issued the payment, they ended up reversing it. It has now been three weeks, and the Lennar staff have stopped responding to my emails and ...

Home buying experience was average as I've bought from another builder previously and it was the same. My issue is they rush to build these houses as fast as possible and they make A LOT of mistakes. We've already had to make numerous warranty claims after only 5-6 weeks of living in the house. SLOW DOWN AND BUILD THE HOUSES WITH MORE CARE.

1. The home that I bought had a spider and ant infestation. Expect to get a pest control maintenance plan. $$$$ 2. I was told I would get a can of touch-up paint. That never happened. I reached out to the concierge about 2 weeks ago. no response yet. 3. If I had known about the very restrictive HOA rules, I would never have bought a home here. Our Lennar home is very spacious and has a wonderful floor plan. That’s what sold us on the home. Our salesperson was very welcoming and seemed to really care and helped us in our search. She told us what our Lennar home came with and even wrote it down in an email. However when the home was being built things were different. We were told that sprinklers would be installed. I am beyond frustrated with Lennar. Every time I submit a warranty request, they find a new excuse to deny coverage. I’ve been told repeatedly that the issues I report would be covered—but only in other states, not mine. How does that make any sense? A national builder should offer consistent service, but instead, Lennar hides behind technicalities and loopholes to avoid doing the right thing. They make empty promises just to close the sale, but once you’re in your home and problems arise, you’re on your own. Terrible experience, can’t get into touch with Lennar for any help whatsoever, no one responds or returns voices. Many issues, a major one being locked out of the gate of my home community for multiple weeks because NO gate clickers or codes were provided at closing.

Not exactly sure about the quality of workmanship. I found things that should have been done differently. Some paint, wood material that should have been changed out or turns another way. My buyer experience was something to be desired. I have purchased several homes from Lennar without any significant problems. They were not prepared to provide service from financing, closing and move in. If you. Had a question regarding anything, there was either no response or you had to go through numerous people. The did not know the correct post office to establish mail delivery. We were very disappointed. No one was in charge of this new community. This was not a good experience.

Sales rep was super pushy and almost lost the sale. I had to fix several plumbing issues myself after moving in. Kitchen sink had no hot water. Also shower head in master was leaking. Turns out it was cross threaded and I had to replace shower arm. Interior was swarming with fire ants. Luckily an exterminator was available to come out the next day. I understand this is common but Lennar should hire an exterminator to prevent this even if they need to recommend continued service after sale.
