My dishwasher still has not been fixed. I have no paperwork to register my A/C unit for the full warranty. I need information I don’t have and have requested it from a Lennar builder and have not received the information I need.

Overall the sell representatives are really nice and very professional but unfortunately I can't say anything good on the construction side . The supervisor doesn't commit to his roll on supervising his construction manager. The construction manager really need a better training when it comes to delivering the quality products that Lennar offers.Construction managers all they want is not make you sing off on there release to close title and don't care about the quality always very denial on everything we point out that need to be fix. So my advise to all new buyers is make sure they listen and don't sing any documents until they actually fix everything that is incorrect install . They lie don't trust them because once you sing there release they will send you straight to warranty team and ignore not do what they promised fix. BE CAREFUL. ... More

There are scuff marks on the floor The shelves s as are too high There isn’t double locks on the front and back doors

This was an extremely easy experience. The house was pre-planned and more than 50% complete so involvement was little to none...we just watched it get completed. Walk throughs were simplistic and was accomplished with minimal effort. Overall, great experience.

I was quite happy with Lennar from beginning. There was one hiccup but warranty co stepped in repaired defect immediately.

Overall a good home, but after you move in you see the small defects. And there is no fixing them.

This company changed my life. There was wonderful and very helpful. It take me three months to get my home.

Buying a house here is a very important and big step, and I only achieved this with the Lennar team. From the first visit to the last step, they helped me with everything. My realtor also said their work is very good. And I can only thank God for allowing me to have this house.

The Homebuying experience was terrible specially the financial approval process. IWe had a lot of issues with the loan process . We put 2/3 for downpayment and we really thought that was enough. The questioning of where we got our funds for downpayment to money paid on our debt even with records we provided were not enough. I guess the only positive thing for me came from the credit report not having my social security right. The prove of accounts that were not mine was troublesome . I went out of the Country to prove that those accounts showing in my credit report were not mine. After talking to a few neighbors that went thru the same I said well I was not the only one. Great Sales Consultant Brian, answered questions by email, text, or phone. Ryan, mortgage officer and loan processor gave satisfactory service, the loan process was overwhelming with documents, turnaround time, and zoom loan closing,website had hiccups, the quality assurance person for walkthrough was awesome! The warranty specialist Miema has also been great, addressing needs w electrical system and paint repairs.

Jenna has been very helpful and responsive. Cyrus and Matt were also very helpful.

Our initial interaction with the sales person Deonna was wonderful - she was very responsive and answered all our questions. However, when we began the process of applying for the mortgage with Lennar out experience was horrible. We would rush to submit all the required documents and then not hear anything for weeks - and then a request would come in at the end of the day for the additional information that they needed. Would highly recommend that you NOT use Lennar for a mortgage - you are better off paying a little more to work with a company that will be responsive and respectful of your time. ... More

I recently purchased a home with Lennar, and overall my experience was pretty lukewarm. Despite being the buyer, there was little flexibility on the timeline, even when I had legitimate scheduling conflicts that prevented me from attending key events. I was able to move one of the events, but afterward, my homebuyer concierge, Lohana, completely stopped responding to my questions and concerns, which was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported during an important process. As for the home itself, the quality and workmanship were about what I expected from Lennar, which unfortunately means subpar. Nothing went terribly wrong, but nothing really stood out as excellent either. Overall, the process felt more transactional than customer-focused. My loan officer Cesar wants to friendly , he didn’t explain the process , but when I would ask again for clarity and understanding I would notice his frustration.

I have many things to say about Lennar — my experience has truly been the worst ever. During the home-buying process, I constantly had to follow up with Lennar staff just to get answers to my questions. Their customer service was poor, but unfortunately, the worst was yet to come. On closing day, Lennar was supposed to pay my hazard insurance through the escrow account — but they didn’t. My policy was at risk of cancellation. When Lennar finally issued the payment, they ended up reversing it. It has now been three weeks, and the Lennar staff have stopped responding to my emails and essentially ghosted me. I hope this situation gets resolved soon, but I am truly disappointed. This has been an unnecessary headache — one that should never have happened if Lennar had simply done what they were supposed to do. And to top it all off, the house came with appliances, but the washer completely flooded the laundry room the second time I used it. ... More

Home buying experience was average as I've bought from another builder previously and it was the same. My issue is they rush to build these houses as fast as possible and they make A LOT of mistakes. We've already had to make numerous warranty claims after only 5-6 weeks of living in the house. SLOW DOWN AND BUILD THE HOUSES WITH MORE CARE.

Salesman wonderful Christina was very helpful and aware of her product. Lennar Mortgage was not so good and informative needs some attention on her understanding of loan process.
