Roaches!!!!! Broken oven.

My home is brand new! You did not treat for roaches spiders. You left my front door open over night and I am still dealing with all the bugs in my house. I open my door the washer and dryer and we are hit with roaches that fall from the ceiling!!! We asked several times if the house was exterminated and we are told we don’t do that???? So we buy 270 dollar home for our first home ever and we paid for roaches!!! They are in my attic and my backyard is covered with them at night!!! I now have to pay for an exterminator to come to my home for a problem you guys gave me. When I asked the lady ...

So the walls feel like primer not paint. The kitchen and bathroom drawer slides are not centered.Not the craftsmanship that we expected in a new home. Overall, just a lack of craftsmanship.

I paid a good price for this home but I see many of the materials us3d to construct my home are poor or low quality that will not last more than 4 to 5 years like the exterior siding made out of compressed wood not cement hardy bia4ds. I also see loopholes to avoid some warranty repairs like trees that died 2 weeks after purchase date etc. Overall, good price but I will not buy a lennar home again. Thank you for the survey

Purchase process with Lennar was a breeze. The team worked hard to find us a the right house, quickly process our loan, and complete the house to allow us close just three weeks after signing the contract.

This was my first home purchase, and I’m disappointed that it hasn’t been the exciting milestone I imagined. The contract and application process felt rushed and poorly explained, and the closing experience was overwhelming and rushed. Since moving in, I’ve noticed numerous issues that suggest the builder cut corners, and the overall quality of the home doesn’t reflect the high cost I paid. It feels like I’m overpaying for something that wasn’t built to last. While this is meant to be my starter home, I will never trust Lennar Builders again.

As a senior who is only moderately techy, the entire process of qualifying and closing was overwhelming. I received email requests, of duplicates on at least 4 different email addresses.some came to me; some came to my wife; and often we got duplicate requests for $ information from different people. My android phone was frequently inadequate, and just as frequently the Lennar professionals could not help. The entire process needs to be pared down and made much more user friendly

Hire home inspection before closing

Lennar charge 2% of the sale price for not closing in time. If you live out of State, Making sure communicate directly to Title Dept that you need mobile closing. Dont trust the Sale agent. I paid $4800 for this matter. It was a trap!

The amount paid of the house is too much as compared to quality of materials used in the house. False information provided that Lennar don't install blinds for windows and gutter line. I have checked other houses build in the same area with lennar builder and they all have blinds and gutter line. Builder don't response to the email after they sale you the house. Lots of space was wasted in building the house like big bathroom and no store closed provided

Lennar could benefit if they had more employees like Bonita. My questions were always answered and if Bonita didn't know the answer she would let me know she would find out and get back to me. She always follow through. I always felt like I was pulling teeth with Mary Jo and therefore Bonita was like my lifeline. I have referred a couple of friends but, I also told them about the response or lack of good response from Mary Jo.

I hear closing is nothing short of a stressful time that every home buyer just wants to get over with. But in my case this was “never seen before delays” and unprofessionalism from the loan officer, but more so on the loan processor. A few documents that were submitted to Lennar earlier in the closing process for the closing date got lost in Lennar hands, causing my closing date to be delayed by 2 days and closing at 9:50PM… So pretty much 3 days.

Starting to enjoy my beautiful home

At the beginning I was very upset because due to negligence on behalf of the HVAC company, my move in was delayed upon discovering a leak in one of the bedrooms. The carpet was soaked and Lennar quickly responded and began clean up and repair. After a couple of weeks everything was squared away and I was able to move in and begin making it our home. Erastus and Mike worked diligently to get things moving along. Alejandra checked in often to ensure things were progressing.
