Love the home! But the process wasn’t all that great. No one told me the area didn’t have lights/gas so my closing was pushed back 4 months because of it. My Loan officer was GREAT!

My experience with Lennar was not great at all. Yes we got a lot of incentives but communication was horrible. They were not up front about what came with the home, the sales representative lied to us about anything and everything. Keep in mind that this is my first time buying a home. It was supposed to be a smooth process and one of the happiest moments of our lives but we felt robbed from that moment. Not only that they would not communicate with my realtor at all. Lennar is a very basic home builder whose quality comes in on the lower end for workmanship and materials. They invest heavily in "quality control" and "customer care" that is mostly a facade. That money would be better directed at increasing the quality of labor and adding a few basics like towel bars and shower curtain rods that they cut corners on. If they would adopt a "done right the first time" they would not need an entire multi-level team of "quality control" and "customer care" reps who are little more than dispatchers taught to placate homeowners with words but deliver little in ...

Very hard to get in touch with anyone for any questions, I called the concierge and was told will call back but when I called back to ask regarding the issues then no one pick up the phone. The construction team are great, very thorough walk through, but customer service team are very unhelpful, by the way I closed out my home a month ago and still don’t have a mailbox keys, and still waiting for someone to get back with me regarding because I can’t get in touch with anyone.

Lots of systems not functioning after move in: irrigation system dead, dead grass, electrical braker issue with appliance, paint peeling on front and back doors, no caulking around sinks, bathroom shower tile grout not sealed, drywall concerns.

My wife and I met with the sales rep, Amanda and go preapproved shortly after applying for a Lennar Home Loan. From there, we submitted the required documentation requested by the Mortgage Loan Officer, Christian. We submitted all documentation within the requested time frame and sent the earnest money almost immediately. When our close approached, everything fell apart. The AC was not working when we moved in. We did not get internet services for one month from the day we signed. There is a septic truck outside the house every second day. I am not sure if this home is connected to the city sewerage system . Other minor issues need not be mentioned.

Issues with A/C and people digging in our front lawn to connect power to the electrical box in our backyard with no explanation. They also used a ladder to enter our backyard with no permission nd left a pile of dirt in front of our house for a week. Our lawn was dug in so we’re not sure if they’ll fix the lawn damage.

I hate Lenner. They use the cheapest materials possible, and the quality of life of the homes they build is horrendous. They have monopolized playing in our faces: foundation cracks, appliance issues, and no resolution from Lennar.

Emphasis more on getting the contract signed without proper inspection and taking responsibilities for resolving client's issues. My property had a number of poor finishes and uncompleted snag list of items. This was left for me to arrange post move-in. In addition, I had electrical issues which I was not adequately supported for resolution even though this was a know issue according to the electrical engineer who later fixed the issue. I still have issues to be resolved once I have time to organize it. My experience was a terrible one and would not like it to be repeated.
