As with any new home, I had a few issues that needed to be addressed, but they have been promptly taken care of. They have a terrific crew of people. The home itself is beautiful and I absolutely love it!!

Buying a home from Lennar was a breeze. The building manager for our community was a huge help once we closed and moved on from our concierge. Everyone on their team was a huge help. One down side would be the attention to detail with some of the build. Missing paint after the blue tape inspections, Hardware or tools left in the home such as saw blades or nails not fully installed. Small fixes but otherwise everything was amazing.

I have bought from KB Home and Lennar, Every home have its problems, but the one thing that stands out to me with Lennar is how quickly the warranty service gets in contact and takes care of your request. Problem solved.

We are very happy with our home purchase, the process was great and I would recommend Lennar to my friends and family, in fact I already have!

It was an easy process for the most part. I wasn’t a fan of the key retrieval and closing with funds process.

My experience with Lennar was amazing. I had a few hiccups during my buying process but the team I worked with was there every step of the way. My family is so grateful for everything that was done for us during the process. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

First of all we are so happy we found this hidden gem in Hill Country. We drive into the community at the recommendation of a realtor from Johnson Ranch. We met Debby at the models. Debby took us out to look at some homes that were being built. We found one with an amazing view out back. Not only did we get the home for a fair price, they paid all closing costs and paid down the interest rate. Although some of the craft mens ship was a little concern, all issues were resolved prior to move in. We could t be happier here. We love all of our new neighbors and our community here.
