The home buying experience was not pleasant. Our salesman was good, but when we had to deal with construction, things took a turn for the worse. This isn’t our first home, so we knew the process. When we pointed out flaws or issues, we were told, “this isn’t a custom home.” I wasn’t asking for one, but I was asking for quality work to be done. It doesn’t need to be a custom home for the workmanship to be up to par. The first woman that was assigned to us for quality control check was extremely unprofessional. She was rude and condescending, and when we would point out an issue, all she would ...

If you are okay with sinks being installed crooked, being lied to about what materials the home is made of and poor workmanship amd minimal insulation....continue the process. Bottom line...if you are looking for a cheap home you will get what you pay form they are responsive during the warranty period but no guarantees anything will get fixed. Honest review. I do like the communtiy I live in. The people make it worth it.

Don’t rush into the purchase. Know the HOA rules before committing to the purchase. Example. Trash can screen was required for home without garage but was not told that by the realtor or sales rep. The screen costs an additional $500.

I agreed to buy this house for $200,499 from Lennar but when I received a letter from Penny Mac the new loan company , I noticed that the price had changed to $207,115 without receiving a notice or explanation . I tried to reach out to the lennar loan officer but hadn’t received a response as yet. Please give me an explanation!!!!

Great follow through by sales and finance team

My overall experience was pretty good. My sales consultant Debbie Huntley and finance Michael Vera made the experience the best. However, the pushiness of the house walkthrough consultant was not appreciated as there were a few last minute things needed on the property before closing. Seemed more of a push to close than making sure the client was comfortable with the process.

Lennar Homes are poorly made!

Lennar Homes got the cheapest materials and contracted the worst workers. They are in such a hurry to build, build, build, with no attention to details. And to try to get something fixed (in a new home) after you close, good luck!

The house is nice but the experience could have been better

I want to start off with a few positives, the house is nice and spacious, the neighborhood looks and seems nice. (Still waiting on amenities). The home buying process for me was pretty awful. The sales agent was very attentive until I submitted an application. He did advise me that I’d hear from the loan officer the next morning (it was a Sunday, no big deal). After three days of not hearing from anyone, I began sending messages to the sales agent, and within the Lennar mortgage portal (I uploaded all of the required docs based on what was recommended within the application process). ...

Firstly I'd like to say that the attention to problems is not addressed . I was told that an issue was resolved but in fact it was not. Still working through it. Day after close found the furnace did not work. Had to submit a warranty claim on day 1. Sod issue. Took more than a month after close to get it placed. Then found that is was all dead and brown. Having to follow up with that now. Found after closing that the stove top burner plates are gone. Have to work that issue. Why? Not a happy camper with the builder at this point!!!

Brooke sold me my new home and is absolutely amazing to work with. My complaint is with Lennar. I informed Lennar of an issue regarding the home pulling in to much electricity and they said everything was working great. I received a 331 dollar electric bill and I reached out to the customer service representative and was told he was waiting for a response from his bosses. I have not heard anything about Lennar assisting with this bill.

Had an amazing experience buying our Lennar house. Jeremy, Brett, and Shanna were all amazing. Brett went far above and beyond to make this amazing. I have recommend everyone to this team when looking for a new home. Even after we bought, the construction manager Kevin is there and willing to answer any and all question we have. Thank you for everything we love our new home.

The experience has been positive overall. A small water leak was dealt with promptly. No other issues so far with the exception that the final inspection still hasn't been done, and three city won't turn on electricity in my name. Lennar, though, hard continued to pay fort my electricity in the meantime.

Frustrating Lending Process & Mixed Home Quality

We purchased our home for $152,000, and while we were excited about the process, the lending experience was a nightmare. Despite being extremely responsive, providing all requested paperwork within 30 minutes, we were repeatedly asked for the same documents over and over. They even required us to write unnecessary explanations for paperwork they already had, making the process frustrating and redundant. As for the home itself, the quality is hit or miss. The paint chips easily, and the flooring feels cheap and low-grade. On the positive side, the stove and oven are nice, but that’s about ...

This was my first and likely last experience with Lennar. Our sales agent (Christian) was only looking to make a quick sale and I unfortunately did not realize this until it was too late. He became unresponsive to concerns after we signed our initial contract. The Lennar concierge (Del) was not professional and bother line rude. It took longer than necessary to have our concerns addressed after our inspection and walk through. This was purchased as a rental property and we had planned to buy another property but have since changed our minds given the experience. The only positives in this ...

The home purchase process was straightforward and the team was helpful with the entire process. I live out of state and purchased the home for my mother to live in. We had a little bit of a hiccup in regards to the sod placement in the backyard that we're hoping to get resolved. There is no real response from the builder yet to make that right.

All staff from various departments were friendly but there were so many involved that no one seemed to know what the other departments were doing. All staff were responsive wmexcept for one concierge Hanah who often did not respond to requests. I joked with the manager that Lennar should be paying me a salary as I had to do so much work in coordinating staff between departments. It wasn’t at all seamless or efficient
