I have an unfinished curb in front of my house 4-5 inch drop could lead to a serious injury exciting our vehicles from street, has not yet but come close , nothing been done

Overall process was relatively simple, with all of it being conducted through their online applications. The part of the process that ultimately left a bad taste was after closing. The house was not cleaned as our representative Bert had assured me. The bathrooms (especially showers) were filthy, the floor in the hallways were muddy, baseboards dirty, etc. After multiple messages, the construction manager finally arranged for a cleaner to come, who by the looks of it only swept the floor. My family and I ultimately were responsible for the cleaning after closing since my messages to Bert and emails to other members of the team went unanswered. Last but not least, there was an issue with the sewer clean-out being flush with the ground, as it should be at a minimum of 4 inches above the ground (every other house on the street follows this). Our representative Bert along with our construction manager Cesar assured me before closing that that issue would get taken care off when the sod was installed, and as I expected, it did not. I purchased a home Lennar. They did not pressure wash my driveway. They didn’t clean my yard after I purchased it. I had to ask them twice. The “free grass” I got is actually making me pay extra to get treated and my landscaper just told me I need to get all new grass. The HOA is asking me to get my yard treated

Lennar was a great home for my investment purchase

I’d paid 240,000 dollars for a home id expect a lawn to be finished. But no, Lennar only does half the lawn. It’s a bit ridiculous to be honest. On top of that the grass installed was installed dead. Nicks, dents and holes throughout the house.(partially on me though for not hiring my own inspector) Electrical issues from the jump. If you go with Lennar make sure your around for the whole project or just avoid it. The HOA is nice. The locations nice. Lennar…Ehh.

Sales in my opinion very poor. Was handed a list of homes and a house key and told go check them out and let me know if you want one. Construction purchased a finished inventory home. I walked the home 2weeks prior to my official walk thru and made a list of punch items. I gave this list to sales requesting it to be given to the construction team. The day of the walk thru none of the items had been addressed. Closing had to be moved 3 or 4 times. Had to reschedule movers twice, and they simply just didn't care. All things were not as we were was to believe

After many emails from “concierges”, never laying eyes on any that I was passed around to, final walk through was done by Rebecca. She was nice enough but it was obvious she did this day in, day out, so was very pushy about getting done. All issues found were corrected on the spot! This is my first experience with Lennar, but not my first home buying experience. I felt like I was being herded through the process, this lady did not really care if I was happy or not. Through the entire process, first look to deciding to buy, then actually getting it purchased I was given incorrect information at times, had to reach out to whichever “concierge” I was assigned to at the time to get information on times, dates. Thankfully I had a realtor who was extremely engaged and helpful. Foreman Max turned out to be very helpful as well. ... More

Lack of communication and professionalism. once the home is sold no one will reply to you and answer questions

I would say at first, it was very stressful buying a house and going through the process since I had never purchased a home before. To be honest, it didn’t feel like they cared much. The congratulations seemed insincere and no one bothers to ask you what it’s like to be living in the house even after a month or two. It had a lot of cosmetic and house problems, they’re too much in a hurry to get the house on the market that they miss even the biggest things that are wrong with the house like some of your roof missing. These are peoples homes. This is where they’ll be living for a long time. I think the craftsmanship and the workmanship should be vital. Other than that I really do love my home, it’s a quiet area but I feel that the house building needs to be a lot better instead of faster. ... More

The portal sucks and hard to read. The bright side was that Everlyn P was always available and super helpful She made the terrible experience of the portal easier.

I would definitely suggest looking a the home prior to purchase, that ble tape walk thru is a MUST DO.Make sure you get it in writing that house will be CLEANED prior to move in. Make sure that you get it in writing that AFTER they place sod in your yard, they will come back and clean the dirt/mud mess off your sidewalk and driveway. There were just things that were left unexplained, and still aren't clear. This is a HOA neighborhood, so you'd expect to not have solicitors, however, for the first 15 to 20 days after closing, you will be bombarded with AT&T, security system, vacuum cleaner sales, water softener, solar panel, etc sales people. Walk right past the NO SOLICITORS SIGN, don't wanna talk I'm not interested as an answer. I was so aggervated trying to unpack and move it from the solicitors. Just do ypur homework, be picky, make them have follow-up, because if you let 1 thing slide they definitely know you are giving in too easy. ... More

The sales rep was very helpful with the entire process. My only complaint with the property is the carpet was not cleaned and the cabinets are low quality so a few corners are mashed in. I am extremely disappointed that the builder decided to add fencing to the entire community except for the first few houses were purchased. What's worse is that although different lots can vary by price, soon after I committed the price of the same model dropped by $20K.

Lennar was by far the best experience as a first time buyer. Always on time and willing to answer any questions. Having a realtor Adrianna to guide me to them was amazing. I 100 percent would recommend to anyone

The workers who put the homes together she be more careful with working on homes

This is my first home and I chose Lennar, but I will NEVER choose them again. My home buying experience was extremely poor from beginning to end. I started out by getting a realtor, and I would suggest a realtor for anyone, completed the paperwork portion and we went home shopping. I knew where I wanted to live so we went straight to Spring Grove. The Lennar representative,George, I first encountered seemed eager to help, but I quickly found out that he was not the rep for me; overbooking himself hours at a time and being really obtrusive. After several times of being late my realtor and I decided to find another Lennar rep, Orin. At first Orin was responsive and attentive, but that quickly dwindled after I signed the papers for a house. He stopped answering emails, text messages etc. Then came my walk thrus, my first walk thru I found a lot of imperfections, but that’s to be expected. Chris stated everything would be fixed and the home would be cleaned by my “welcome” walk thru so I said, “okay.” My “welcome” walk thru came, the house was not cleaned and there was still blue tape in lots of places. I can say that the construction manager, Kyle, was the only great part of this experience. He was extremely helpful, when he didn’t have to be, and I greatly appreciate that. Closing day came, the house was still not cleaned or up to par, but Kyle, construction manager, came in to do what he could and re-sent the cleaning crew. When the cleaning person, not crew, came she had only a towel. What is she supposed to do with no cleaning supplies?! Moving on, I opened utilities in my name as you are supposed to do. Quickly after that I got my security system in place and received my first two utility bills. I realized instantly that the construction crews were stealing my water after watching them do so on my cameras. I filed a complaint, which is not easy to do thru Lennar, and finally someone called me back. I was informed by Chris that Lennar does not reimburse. This I found interesting because I am having to pay for water that was NOT consumed by me being that I didn’t move in until December 23rd. Clearly Lennar does not take responsibility for their crews or third party crews. I am infuriated by this and don’t find this to be fair at all! So when asked how my experience was and would I refer someone to Lennar…. Never again! ... More

Our realtor were great, people are nice but all in all when we did our blue taping we were told that we will receive a small set up on the table for us for buying the home with Lennar and never did see that so guess that’s not true. They told us they will put out nobs on our cabinets and we have been here a month and still haven’t received our nobs. Our power box keeps tripping out when we start out microwave and our stove and for it to be a ready to move in home it shouldn’t be that way. The people at the pool area that deals with the HOA are really awesome folks. Kids do love the area.

Houses not build good

I could say Natasha and Phil help me out through the process. They did a fantastic job. Their part was to get me the home get me approved and close which I appreciate and I do appreciate my realtor as well. An outside of all of that, the carpenters, the people that did the texture in your painting could’ve done a better job unfortunately, once when I moved in, I didn’t notice after a week or so the touchups the texture, the caulking, the painting there was a lot of mistakes and unfortunately, I might have to take time or pay somebody to do repairs

Salesman was very nice and handle all my concerns very well
