This is the 3rd Lennar home we have purchased. The first two homes were well built, the purchase process was easy and the limited warranty work was done well. This time the process was much more stressful. First, we were not allowed to use our Realtor due to some rule that we had used a different one with Lennar in the past. We had a great time finding a home that was almost completed with Damon. After that we talked with a few good finance people to get the loan paperwork done and approved. Our home buyer conciere we only had one conversation with him and couldnt get ahold of him for anything really. We did have a few issues with the home and it took many tries to get things fixed for us and some things i just had to take care of myself because i was tired of trying to keep up with the constant follow up on warranty things.

I had to have 3 blue tapes, using more than 1 roll each time, these issues for the most part are still not fixed. The process is very difficult for someone who lives in an area where the internet is not available. Supposedly I was supposed to be provided with a packet at closing, which I did not receive. Also, another packet was supposed to be emailed to me, which I did not receive. So I'm having a hard time finding out who to contact for different issues. The only experience that was good was working with mortgage department, they were great. Sales office was not responsive to concerns after I signed contract. Koral told me after I signed that water was expensive here. I moved in 8/28 and still do not have sod and neighbors who moved in after me, like next door neighbors already have theirs. There are a tremendous number of homes that have sod, they haven’t even brought on new base dirt or leveled my lot. Overall the GC doesn’t seem like he had any idea about some things in the house. We walked the house dirty and they left trash all over my yard and in the backyard and we lived with it for a month or so before they finally sent someone to clean it. Save your time and money and get a 3rd party inspector

My family and I had a terrible home buying experience. Our loan officer had a personal matter come up and literally ghosted us. His leadership didn’t pick up the ball or reach out to us on their own. After multiple times of trying to reach our loan officer we finally went above his head and were able to get in contact with someone who was able to help a little. We weren’t told if we were approved for the loan or not until 2 days before closing all while proactively trying to make arrangements and plan as we had to move to the new location from out of town. If it’s not too late. Look elsewhere. I have had and will probably continue to have issues with this New home. I have so many pictures to prove it. Make sure you check that your home has been painted and I don’t mean with just primer. The landscaping company is horrible as well. After filing a report with the landscaping company that my so called Bermuda sod was dead and dry when they finally installed it , because it was just sitting across the street for weeks, the company adjust there picture to look green, however they couldn’t adjust the tree that was dead. The folks at Lennar Corp., Customer Service, the individual development(s) agents, Lennar Mortgage, Title, insurance services were very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and courteous in the San Antonio and Dallas Market s. They have put together a streamlined, turnkey, top to bottom experience to make home buying so much easier, faster, and less frustrating than I have previously experienced. Due to circumstances I was only able to see house through pictures and WhatsApp walk throughs and found them to be thorough and helpful the whole way. I am enjoying setting up the home and making it even better. Thanks to the whole Lennar Team from sales, quality control, finance and title for making this go as smoothly as possible! Now to be honest the only real issue is the landscapers my sod was so lumpy with holes throughout!
