Due to circumstances I was only able to see house through pictures and WhatsApp walk throughs and found them to be thorough and helpful the whole way. I am enjoying setting up the home and making it even better. Thanks to the whole Lennar Team from sales, quality control, finance and title for making this go as smoothly as possible! Now to be honest the only real issue is the landscapers my sod was so lumpy with holes throughout!

They cut corners on a lot of routine things. Air conditioning not working properly with temperatures and humidity control. Told about it when had inspection but they stated that it met code. Only 1outdoor water spout. Cheap noisy garage door. Sod that was placed is dying even with watering as suggested and longer.

The homes are built as fast as they can with little care for quality work and it shows. They don't care about working with the buyers and threaten to charge them if the closing date has to be moved because we couldn't make the NHO even though they knew we couldn't make from the beginning. The flooring was put in and it is all wavy and covered in glue and has to be ripped out and redone. We showed up the day we closed and there was trash all over the place and after a month of requesting it get cleaned up I was told no one was going to clean it up so I had to clean it up. Actually pretty horrible experience. Timeliness was horrible. Updates were never given. Loan officer and associates would never answer the phone. Blue tape walk through issues weren’t fully addressed. Overall build and quality of the home is terrible. The flaws are starting to show. Major corners were cut and the integrity was compromised. Grass install was terrible and even after watering multiple times a day, it still died. Fencing was constructed terribly. No straight lines or even sections. It’s already falling apart. Everything was good except my bathroom somebody used it and didn't even bothered cleaning it up, place was very dusty, no shower rod in master bathroom but guest bathroom has one, and some scratch marks on the wall. I guess all in all everything is good.

Have several issues with the grass the Lennar Company tells me that I need to call the grass Company but I purchased the house from Lennar not for the grass Company also have other issues that they haven’t help me I think personally they don’t care

The process of purchasing my home was a nightmare. Lennar is far to compartmentalized, there were something like 6 different points of contact depending on what you had a question or concern about, The salesperson was pushy and told me outright lies in attempts to expedite the process - "If you don't sign today, you risk losing the favorable interest rate" was a good one. When pressed with an answer to how much time I had to sign, he dodged the question and just moved on to other subjects. The guy came off like a sleazy used car salesman. I understand the homes are affordable and you get what you pay for, however I would have gladly paid a bit more to get a complete house. I only got sod in half of my yard, after closing I had to constantly follow up to get the sod installed. The fence has no warranty and it’s already falling apart, there is no faucet in the backyard. I also found the builders fee in the contract sneaky, I noticed the fee but I bet many buyers don’t. Overall I regret buying a Lennar home.

Towards closing, we were told Lennar would only put sod for half the yard not all the way through. This was not documented anywhere nor mentioned but the sales agent claimed he had mentioned that on the phone, which I disagree. Sales team is always aggressive to close the deal and will likely create some fear that someone else is also interested in the same house.

If I had it to do all over again- I would have went with another builder hands down. Customer service is BAD!! I was promised things would get fixed when I closed on my home and still those issues have not been dealt with- so I fixed most of them on my own. Please do your research when purchasing a home from Lennar - make sure you have numbers and people who you can contact to make sure your issues get resolved- it must be bad because all they could blame is someone that left Lennar- well I wonder why? I’m sorry but how is it the home buyers fault you can’t keep quality employees or hold on ...

There was some miscommunication in the beginning but other than that, the purchase of my new home with Lennar went relatively smooth. Only cons: you are not allowed to make any changes throughout the building process ie, flooring, carpet color or any additional upgrades. Another major disappointment was the doorways going into the bathrooms and pantry were not wide enough for me to get through with my walker. But overall, the house I got with all the included upgrades and the price I paid was outstanding!

This was my 3rd Lennar home purchased. Sales team was great, had 3 walk thru and still incomplete. (Just did the problems myself). The building team needs improvement. My other 2 Lennar homes where fantastic and was treated very well. I have pics from the 3rd party inspector that will shock you. Thanks for listening.

It was an average experience the whole way through. Throughout the process plan to experience slow response time to questions you may have and since there are several people working with you it will take longer to find the right person to actually the question. Problems due get fixed and questions will get answered it just takes longer than expected. Interior and finishes are fair. You can tell some install and items were rushed and quality is not the best. Overall it is good price for the size of home.
