We have issues with our wiring, we were not able to get a response right away, however we do have an electrician coming with an appointment made. However the problem isn't exactly ideal. Also some of the sod (grass) that was laid out was already dead when it was laid. Other than that, I've ahead an excellent experience and love the home.

The home buying experience was great. Everyone that help me made me feel very comfortable during the buying process. I have a lot of details in my home that was not fixed, for example- painting issues, water leak by a window.

I first started this journey about two years ago with a sales agent Consultant Diana she was real nice at first, but after I didn’t get, I didn’t receive my earnest money back until I got in contact with a sales consultant named Stephanie it took nine months before I finally got my money back thanks to Stephanie’s efforts. Getting things taken care of after close has been a nightmare. The internet is constantly going out for 24+ hours at a time.

I have no complaints. For a spec home, my Rosso floor plan has so much character. My experience was second to none. All my issues or concerns were fully addressed. I would absolutely purchase another Lennar home.

In the beginning with the walk through things was great. Afterwards a different story. Disappointed with the overall general contractors making sure that the workers did a thorough and complete job on things that needed cleaning up. Will have to do the job myself on touch ups that looked not so clean. Cleaning crew did a halfway job on a very nice new build home look it's best. Had an issue with new stove provided by Lennar and called the customer care personnel never got a follow-up call to see if my issue was resolved. On a positive note. The builders just do sloppy work on the inside and don’t take any pride in it

Most items on our punch list were taken care of, however, some paint touch up has not been completed. We are now nearing 2 months in the home. Marco has been great and responsive, but I have been unable to contact Maria, my sales consultant. Wes has been helpful, as has John with finance.

AC systems installed do not work as they should

I complained that my new AC system doesn't cool down in the afternoons & they claim it's normal as long as its 20 degrees cooler inside than outside so 80 degrees homes with 100 degree weather outside is normal to them & they won't fix regardless of the so called warranty. I'm 1 of MANY neighbors with the same complaint left to accept these hot conditions.

Bad purchase experience

I can't speak on craftsmanship after only owning the house for 2 months time will tell. But while in process of purchasing the house I worked with Aurora, as my mortgage agent. The amount of incompetence I experienced was astonishing I had to resend the same documents 4 or 5 times I can only assume because she didn't read my whole emails. Even after the house was closed I had issues with her threatening me legally because I stopped responding until I finally had to break down the math myself to show this "expert" how bank accounts work the threatening emails and letters have stopped for now ...

Lennar sales person is very nice and helpful, other workers don’t trust , When you buy a house from them before closing need to be very careful check everything if they don’t fix them you have to fix them on your own. Like my gate to backyard from day one we bought the house cannot keep closing have to use a zip tie to zip the gate not very professional job , lay dead grass and blamed you not watering it ,

Buyer didn't get a refrigerator with new home. Forced to purchased one Voiding VA advertisement of no money down for home purchases. All homes in neighborhood have same brand, style, color if window shades/blinds but this new home owner wasn't provided at least one. Driveway had a large sinkhole on the side. Indicator that driveway contractor is not properly building the driveways. 2d step of creating a base which is layer of crushed rock or gravel is being bypass. Reason for large sinkhole which now may limit driveway life span...

Felt like the issues never got resolved and it was rushed just trying to close us on the house there’s lots of screwed up things that’s should of got fixed and now I have to do warranty work for all of it instead of it just getting done right the first time I don’t roll like that and I find it unacceptable when other people do

I had a wonderful experience with Jessie. I was actually looking for a property that I had an appointment for and i accidentally went to Lennar. Jessie was so helpful! He worked with me through it all and I did this alone. Leslie was my loan officer and she did a wonderful job! I love my new home. The only thing I would change would be the paint. It was flat white. I had to paint it satin. I wish it would have came that way because it would have saved me a lot of time and money. But, despite that, it was a very good process!

Terrible workmanship and materials

Lennar homes are terrible quality, seems like builder just rush their work and use the cheapest material as possible. Foundation cracks have appeared and have made my floor rise and lennar says that there is no foundation issue. Even after I have had my own third party foundation company tell me there are problems. Will never buy a lennar home again.
