I am very satisfied with the builder's responsiveness, attention, and service. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of the house. I am currently experiencing electrical problems with my panel, which has been quite concerning.

I purchased home in my late 70s with my Wife. The only issue I have is I am not computer literate nor my Wife. Filling out a work order for a plumbing issue was a royal pain in the behind. Technology is great, but at my age and lack of knowledge how it all works makes it more complicated for me personally. I think another way of helping the elderly such as myself and many others would enhance the importance of your company's commitment too not just the young, but old as well in all communities they are building in.

So far the only good thing is ,it was the cheapest home that was available. The longer we live here the more areas we see where the builders cut corners, did quick patch jobs or even tried to hide the errors made rather than fix them. if you have an issue there's a whole lengthy process to get it resolved. We were made promises that were not kept, discovered trash that had been poured over with concrete because they were too lazy to pick up after themselves. All in all, they did get us into a home quickly but if we were to do it again I would have taken my time and checked every little thing ...

I heard that buying a house was a stressful process but, with Lennar it was easy and I was in good hands since the first day, Mrs. De Luna helped us to choose the house we wanted, my lender officer Kim and her team were outstanding and always available for any questions or concerns. Mr. Wes always had the information we needed. Our closing date was less than a month since we saw the first house. The best buying experience! They take care of the closing costs, insurance, etc., even when we went to USPS they were waiting for me with the mail box keys. I definitely recommend Lennar for first ...

I know I bought in the affordable subdivision. I know I didn't pay an exorbitant amount for this house. But craftsmanship is very poor. Some things can be fixed. Others not worth the time off work to manage it. It was the easiest buying experience though. Loved the virtual signing.

Slow response time to fixing multiple issues. Brand new home I feel like this is a fixer upper home. Bad flooring, moulding, caulking, cracking paint, silicone smears on countertops.

Grass takes a long time to get installed. Mud runs down the street and pools up in front of my home, so road repair is needed to make the water run off. AC needed tuned and was fixed quickly! Common areas need maintenance in a big way, please address.

For buying a first home, I had a very stressful experience trying to constantly prove that money was money was available because they couldn’t read. Not till I got my realtor involved the “issues” cleared. Quality and craftsmanship is horrible, no pride in quality of work. When you do need answers during the process everyone blames everyone and says it’s someone else doing it. Too many hands involved. I would never buy a Lennar home again.

First of all, the floor plans are generally great. Spacious and open. The biggest issue that I have is that there are no drawers in the bathroom sink cabinets and there is no linen closet. I didn't think about it until I moved in and found no place to put that stuff

These homes are not tailored to buyers, just to sell, if you expect that they will make even small changes to layout, color or anything for you, to the home, then you would need to go through a different builder, because they don't do that here, my experience is not a good one, so I will not recommend to others.

Our home was delivered on time, but with shoddy workmanship. paint droppings on the flooring and carpeting (everywhere). It was supposed to be cleaned before closing, it was not. The carpet was filthy, garage was a mess and there was fecal matter on one of the toilets (not ours)!

The house itself is a tragedy, the longer I live here the more horrible things become apparent regarding the "quality" of these homes. Wiring -Ask about the wiring, because they will skimp out on it if able. They use 14 guage wiring throughout most of the house where they could, so hope you don't like gaming on a pc or two cause good luck with it not tripping the breaker every so often. -Want to mount stuff in your garage? Good luck with that! They have wires running every which way through almost every stud of 2 of the 3 walls making most of the space useless! They never heard of cable ...
