I had looked at several different homes and builders before purchasing my Lennar. The layout and the price was comparable to some of the others, but look closely at what you want and what the home offers. The selling process was maybe to quick and easy but it definitely worked for me. When you purchase a home make sure when completing the walk through before closing, make sure you know everything you want to about the house, what comes with it and what you have purchase after closing. Joshua was the one in charge of my experience of purchasing my home he kept me informed of what was going on and what I had to do and it took me about three weeks and by the end of the month i closed on home and the people in the title office was very nice also,they just made my day and I just want to say thank you!!!

Best buy for the money. Both the house and loan. However, make no mistake, that price comes at a cost. The processes and policies have very little flexibility. Either you are on the Lennar train or you are out. I caution buyers to read earnest money agreement carefully, as it is not the industry standard and you will be held to what is in there.

This is our second home bought from Lenner Homes. We expected much because of our previous experience in home buying with them. This time around, the quality fell quite a bit. The communication and coordination between the Lennar team is so bad it seems like they have not worked together at all. Everything seemed rushed including the quality of the home and the process itself. As an example, on the first home we were interested in, we filled in all requirements and was half hour away from providing the earnest money with all paper works "all good" according to Lennar finance. Needed to find a wonderful place in about a month after selling home and downsizing. Lennar sales representatives and loan officer worked fast and diligently to meets our needs, which includes closing costs assistance and a below market fixed interest rate in a new subdivision.

I saw a billboard for Lennar Homes while searching for a home. Went online to submit a request to pre-qualify on 1/9. Closed on my home on 2/16. The entire experience was seamless and the staff were very committed and supportive. My community is safe, my neighbors are great! My new home is just right for me and I truly am grateful and thankful for Lennar!

I disliked that the side of the house the ground is not flat, even the backyard and front yard. There is no waterholes in the backyard only on the side of the house. Disliked that they didn’t cover the entire backyard with grass. Disliked that the house didn’t come with a microwave only a stove. They used cheaper lights.

Just not a good experience in any way except Travis our concierge. We feel mislead and ripped off. Delays. Horrible communication. We knew Lennar is not a top builder, but we’re not expecting this? Ever heard of closing at 11P? Ever heard of a builder trying to coverup a breakin during construction? You will.

Hidden charges and surprises in the buying process

They offered great interest rate but be aware of hidden charges and surprises during the buying process. The craftsmanship is below average. You might encounter rudeness from the sales rep too. I do not recommend this builder.

Sales consultants- Some sales consultants are not truthful. Make sure all conversations are documented. Underwriter- Documentation of all conversations regarding rates and fees is very important. Title / Escrow- again, document everything. Make sure to review everything. We found our names spelled wrong during final review before closing. Closing- make sure all docs are accurate. Disappointed in Salesman responses of what we were supposed to get and didn’t. Then he dropped the ball onto a “concierge” who never showed up, supposedly “never leaves his desk”Crappy door locks. Dead sod put down. Broken trim. The fact that I have to put my appliances register myself. The drive in and out of subdivision is nothing but a dirt and debris from construction trucks and very muddy when it rains.

I’m grateful for the financial incentives that allowed me to get a new house. However, I am deeply disappointed in the process of getting the mortgage and the follow up on builder issues is poor. The house itself has some nice features but not built with high quality materials. The double garage is minimal so if you want some storage space you may have to decide not to use it for your cars. It’s barely big enough to fit two cars. The principal bedroom is large and the walk in closet is spacious. There’s no ceiling fans and no medicine cabinet and no towel racks.

Avoid this place like the plague. The only smooth thing about the buying process was dealing with the finance/mortage department (the people who take your money. Go figure.) It is also usually a dump as they don’t make the contractors clean up after themselves. It was pretty bad before enough residents complained to force their hand. This developer has been a headache from the start. I started the initial paperwork on Thursday 01/18/24 around roughly 9pm. My walkthrough was then scheduled for Friday 01/26. Our sales rep Karina was super helpful and respectful she was there to answer any of our questions that we had. The title guys were also very nice and helpful the walk through goat of our home was a horrible experience being first time home buyer Scott the one who led the buyer walk was pushy punching the home himself instead of attending our needs and concerns on the home. But Karina was there to ease our minds and help us get through that obstacle to continue with the purchasing process. Big shout out to Karina.

Absolutely horrible experience all the way from the looking at the home to closing. Zero communication within the company, everything is compartmentalized. Straight up will lie to your face. Use FOMO tactics to get anything done. God forbid you call them out on the workmanship and they have to make repairs. Just easier to pay someone else after the process to get your home to where you want to be.

I was told that I didn’t need a realtor and that the process would be easy. But has a first time home buyer, there were things that was not explain to me. Such as, when first looking at homes, I was shown 3 different floor plans. Only one floor plan was explained on what came with the home “the package”. When shown the next two home nothin was explained, so I assumed all homes came with blinds, full sod, and irrigation.
