Was able to lock in a decent rate at the beginning of summer before the rates came up. Closing date got pushed 4 times. Initial start of contract was May 1 and first closing date was mid june and got pushed to end of June then mid July and last was end of July. We love our home and Lennar was able to help with closing costs and our loan officer was very responsive with updates and good and bad news. Lennar - The closing date kept moving more times than it should have.

The closing date kept moving more times than it should have. One time it was moved 24 hours prior to our third closing date. This was due to delays by construction. When we finally got a new home walk through the house was in no condition to be viewed. There were people still working on the home. Toilets were still being installed as we were inspecting the home. No appliances were installed, no gas meter, no sprinkler, no sod and no fence, painting not complete to name a few. It was extremely disappointing.

Lennar Mortgage messed up on my home insurance policy. I'm still waiting for my refund. Other than that, sale respresentative, construction manager and onsite service manager are very friendly and quite helpful.

The buying experience was a little frustrating due to being out of country and some of the sales staff was not super helpful. There has been has been a few warranty issues with tile work and the company sub-contracted with Lennar is slow to fix the issues. Love the neighborhood and looking forward to loving my house once issues have been fixed.

Sales experience was great along with the walk through prior to closing. The frustrating part came when trying to get everything fixed. The quality control is not good so multiple things had to be corrected multiple times to include major corrections like to the flooring and the siding. My requests also went unanswered. Took over a month to transfer water into our name because the correct amount of trees weren’t installed to begin with. I had a good homebuying experience which may have been better if not for the pandemic restrictions. Many of the documents were made available in digital format which made the lending and closing processes easier. "Everything Included" should have been optional since many appliances can be purchased at lower prices. The quality of the materials is good but getting someone to make modifications such as removing carpet were difficult. Overall I am glad I purchased a home from Lennar.

After the close communication was lacking. Multiple messages on the portal and no responses. Called directly as was directed to a supervisor, rhat just went to an answering system. Human contact is difficult person to person. Electronic contact breaks down when people are no longer with the company and the client is not aware.

Probably from the beginning working with the sales rep that did the application process with me. After we finish the transaction, the next day switched properties and I could never get a hold of him again it was a terrible experience on his part. The home had a lot of issues and I had to get an inspection twice because they weren’t all completed on the first go round so it cost me double to get it inspected. Let me start but saying I love my house and location! The sales agent was great and very friendly! The mortgage side is 10 out of 10! Very easy, responsive and very nice. The construction team is horrible. Late to every meeting if they showed up at all. Didn’t fix all the items on my pre closing walk. It was cosmetic but still wasn’t fixed. The house closed without grass. It’s been 45 days since closing and still do not have grass. Mind you it has rained some but they do not respond to canceled start dates or follow up. Too many cooks in the kitchen

All staff from various departments were friendly but there were so many involved that no one seemed to know what the other departments were doing. All staff were responsive wmexcept for one concierge Hanah who often did not respond to requests. I joked with the manager that Lennar should be paying me a salary as I had to do so much work in coordinating staff between departments. It wasn’t at all seamless or efficient

I purchased a home Lennar. They did not pressure wash my driveway. They didn’t clean my yard after I purchased it. I had to ask them twice. The “free grass” I got is actually making me pay extra to get treated and my landscaper just told me I need to get all new grass. The HOA is asking me to get my yard treated

Sales in my opinion very poor. Was handed a list of homes and a house key and told go check them out and let me know if you want one. Construction purchased a finished inventory home. I walked the home 2weeks prior to my official walk thru and made a list of punch items. I gave this list to sales requesting it to be given to the construction team. The builders of our home didn’t really take pride in their work. Door latches do not engage properly, outside siding nails created problems both for cable installation, and with water heater pipes. Lennar is short staffed so getting issues fixed or repaired before closing was problematic

Happy with the affordability, we love our new home. As a homebuyer the process was good, we were able to complete all of our tasks with guidance from the Lennar team. We did have to advocate for our home in regard to "quick workmanship" and materials being overlooked. During the process of purchasing my first home, it all started off really well. Once it started getting closer to the final close out date, I began having issues with the construction team. The first instance that occurred was me finding a crack pipe in the guest bathroom. Then there was a lot of rescheduling due to them leaving the house dirty and muddy. Most of the staff with Lennar is great, however communication skills on the other hand, not so good. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication was absurd. Our home was never cleaned before moving in either. Moving into a dirty home, with an infant, trying to unpack was chaotic. The builder did send the cleaners over about a week later, however when they cleaned they left tiny pieces of metal (from their scrubbers) all over my floor. Lennar could become that next level company if they were "proactive" in their communication.It always seems like internal communication is poor at best so many more steps are needed to get something done than needed! Overall, Lennar builds a pretty good home but they get defensive when something needs to be corrected. It all comes down to being open and transparent, communication!!

My home was delivered to me 5/almost 6 months late based on the initial expected completion date. Original completion date was mid May and the home actually was completed at the end of October. This has caused several issues for myself, I had to bring in my own cleaning services because paint marks were left on the floors and cabinets throughout the house. When completion dates would get changed no one would notify me and when I would ask why it is getting delayed, I wouldn't get answers for days at a time.

There are two out maybe six people I dealt with that knew what was going on. The title people were awful to deal with. The house is great, but can tell it is a track home with the cheaper materials used. A lot of stuff was scratched, broke, not finished when e arrived. Sloppy
