The seller failed to disclose everything that the house was supposed to have and they compromised on quality for the price. They should have been straightforward with me the first place telling me most stuffs don’t come with the house a week before closing date. I don’t think I can recommend or buy any other house from this builder

We got a great price we love the location and the neighborhood. However the sales process had plenty of errors. The loan process had a lack of communication. Construction was clearly rushed and builder used the cheapest materials possible.

My experience with a VA loan with Lennar was great. My realtors basically held my hand through out the process. It was easy and I was approved within about a month or so. Thanks for the love shown to me.

It’s a great upgrade in space and amenities but the quality of materials and work are shoddy at best. Sprinklers installed 6” above ground if they aren’t laying on their side, semi gloss trim paint where they did t bother to mask so when the light hits it you see it all over the walls too. It’s appalling that they get away with this level of work. And we’re paying for it.

If Lennar can save a nickel they will. They did not seal the walls, I am not sure if they just sprayed the walls with texture or if they actually used paint. The landscape was a mess, and we still have problems with the sprinkler system. We have dogs, so every day we have to walk to the yard and pick up styrofoam cups, fast food packages, and other garbage left to the wind. I had to coordinate the mailboxes being put in, they did not know who the waste disposal provider was, and it was a battle trying to get sprinklers, fences, and lawn fixed. The warrantee process is practically non-existent, none of the subcontractors take any pride in their work and blame everybody else for the problems and issues. The worse investment I ever made. ... Things could have been made and done better in the home plus with landscaping and finance side.

This is our second home with Lennar and mostly had smooth experience through out the home buying process. Worked again with Joseph (sales), Leslie (loan officer) and Tony (escrow officer) from Lennar who were able to walk thru the closing process seamlessly and was able to answer all our questions in timely manner. Only issue we had was with Nicole from construction team during closing who won’t communicate neither respond to messages nor calls and had hard time getting details.

From the Lennar using unskilled labor for cheap overhead cost to work. To their money grabbing hoa. Lennar has succeeded all expectations of failing to do the simple things by cutting corners, radius, and diameters in the quality of building homes. There is not enough space in this box to write down all the deficiencies.

The house itself is very nice, the warranty response has been good to great. The actual buying process was.... frustrating. We were frequently told to sign paperwork affirming we'd recird documents we hadn't received, then promised we'd get them later ("it's just a formality"). When signing the initial purchase agreement we were supposed to receive the HOA covenants and bylaws, we did not get them and we're told we'd get them at closing. At closing I asked about them to be told, "no, we don't deal with thay at closing you should get them when you move in/the hoa contacts you." We still don't have them and it's been almost two months. Closing was all online, and then they tell you to drive somewhere else where they give you a manilla folder of keys and shunt you out the door in 5 minutes. Very impersonal once they've got your money. The closing cost credits were amazing and the house and Floorplan are great, and I'd recommend lennar to others, just that your expectations of interaction with lennar themselves should be tempered, people are nice, service is (mostly) good, but don't expect to feel special or valued or like you've got much of a personal connection with anyone other than your personal realtor. well a lot of people we are waiting to you guys the problems we found in the house and you guys are very,,,very behind!!!!

We are new with Lennar and are thankful to finally have our family home. Took about 3 inspection dates to finally get our house approved. But once it was approved we were not told until our power went out. Since lennar was paying our electricity until the house was finished. We appreciate all that you do but would’ve liked a call once everything was finalized. So we would not have a surprise power outage. When we moved here we did not get a key for our garage door so we asked about getting a new key or a lock that matches our keys. We were told it’d be here in a few days. Well it’s been about a month and no word. Some issues with paint jobs on the walls or poor spackling jobs sealing the floors or underneath the toilets. There was spackle footprints all over the master bathroom. Our move in date some parts of the floor were already pealing or cut up. There’s a pipe sticking out of the ground in our front yard causing a tripping hazard. The driveway and walkway has splats of concrete everywhere making it look not smooth at all. Some parts of the house just look a little rushed. My only request for improvement is keeping the clients informed on any updates or changes. We pay to have a fresh new home and I understand everyone is busy and trying to get stuff done. But would you be happy with these issues to a home you just moved into? This being my first home buying experience I can say Lennar didn’t make it easygoing like promised. They are quick to contact me when they need money, but slow to get back to me about my questions. Slow or never at all. I will never buy from Lennar again. Nobody was ever on the same page and we were being lied to about things. Plus, we’ve been in the house for two months and already having problems. I wouldn’t even recommend Lennar to my worst enemy.

Always use a private home inspector as they can find any little thing needs fixing .

I regret buying from Lennar, worst customer experience of my life

Closed 6/22, it’s 8/8 and the construction trash can is still on my back porch. Learned a week after moving in that more than half the houses on my street are investor owned rentals. Worst mistake I’ve made in my life trusting Lennar.

Love the area clean and open and quiet

Dishwasher was leaking and Lennar couldn’t help because it was an appliance. Had to go through GE and their insurance company, very annoying situation when I have a brand new home.

From day one it was a bait and switch with everything I was told and shown. The company has horrible communication with the buyer and buyers agent. The craftsmanship of the home is horrendous. My walk through brought to life all kinds of issues, some of which I was told were fixed and weren't! I've been in the home about a month and a half and already had Plumbing issues, HVAC issues, Lighting falling out the ceiling, floors are starting to get huge dips in them, the landscaping they did is a joke, garage door fell off track, 1 whole panel of the fence not attached to post. I Just recieved my 1st water bill that was $700 due to a leak they were informed of before I ever closed on the home. I was told the leak was fixed and it was not! ... More

I honestly wish that I was giving a better review, but I haven’t had the most pleasant Closing on my home. The closing process went pretty smoothly but I’ve been running into issue after issue after moving into this house. It does on some things, and things were overlooked on inspection, which does not make me the most comfortable because it makes me question what else was overlooked or rushed. I’ll be honest and say that I’m not sure I would go with this builder again and I don’t know what things can be done to fix the continuous inconveniences I’ve had.

Since we moved in we have been having problems after problems. Everytime I call to place a warranty work order there always seem to be a long wait time no one answer phone calls. I have emergency problems and no one came out to help. I had water line bust and was told it’s not an emergency and the list countinues on and on.

Frist off my Loan officer wea great as for everyone else so disorganized there’s details in the house that we see that we live there now that are not so great tape and flows. Not so great they laid the grass they didn’t put topsoil. You could see underneath my concrete pad for my condenser AC unit outside now I have to put top soil my paint is peeling on my siding. It is so many things that should’ve been done a lot better and they didn’t do good job on

As a first time homebuyer I was excited for the process and now I’m upset and disappointed with the whole thing and wish I didn’t buy the house now since moving in the home I have had 5 issues, and the biggest problem was a leak leak and garbage disposal leaking watering all under the sink and let not talk about the voucher they provide that you can’t even use,, The dishonesty and the communication here sucks

Customer service was fantastic from everyone except the construction landscaping person ( Eric). He said he had corrected everything pointed out during the walk through but then when we would go check it wasn't. He is the only person who we were very disappointed with. He did that more than once. He said it was done and it wasn't.
