Customer service was excellent

I was interested in checking out a home and that same day I had a appointment with Chris the housing consultant and he showed me what was available and we found our forever home and used my VA loan which was easier than I thought and we were able to move in just over a month later with no issues and the good thing about Lennar is everything is streamlined and in house for the most part so no issues and they respond back quick when you have questions. A 10/10, I would def use them again and was so affordable compared to other builders!

From start to finish, nothing but the best! First time home buyer, 2 small hiccups but resolved without a hitch! My Home Advisor & Loan Officers, my Production Mgr, my Inspector, my Realtor and all those in between & at Closing, Thank you so much Team Lennar!! You Rock!!

Debrah and Bret were amazing! Debra sent us pics of the home, lot, and neighborhood . She would go out if her way on her days off to answer questions and measure rooms for us. We purchased our home site unseen. Bret is still fixing the Warrenty issues we have. He truely cares about us and getting our home perfect!!!

We bought our home during Thanksgiving week, and we couldn’t be happier we were able to get the Christmas tree up quickly for a wonderful Christmas in our new home. Our overall experience was great, especially with every answer that we had. Mission del lago is a good neighborhood and neighbors are very welcoming. We’re happy we chose Lennar.

She got me the information I needed so I could set up an appointment for my realtor to come take a look the very next day. I decided to do it! It was 25 days from first Google to standing in my new home for my final walkthrough, meeting my construction manager Tony, who let me follow him around asking a ton of questions while he touched up a few last minute details. She was always available when we had a question about what phase of the building was it’s house in. Each time new parts were added to the house, she took photos and texted them to us.

It was great but I was surprise that a Gurage dose not come with the opener, we are trying to buy one now to install.
