Many follow up call, due to poor workmanship and poor quality controls.

I hope this information is shared with other potential buyers. People must understand that buying a house process, is a for-life transaction, which makes the house buying decision a very important one in your life. In looking back to the time when we closed on our house; it was a very difficult road to get to the point where we are today. We had to make sure the final buyer walk were done, and all details found on the house were notated and addressed. in a timely manner. We hired an independent inspector to inspect the house. All issues found by the independent inspector were mostly ...

Lennar Waterwheel Home Purchase 9/30/22

We faced some challenges right off the bat with our first pick home getting sold, literally as we were signing our salesforce documents, however in the long run we got a much nicer house with better amenities for roughly $200 more a month. After that things went pretty smoothly right up until we had to start dealing with Lennar Finance. It was extremely frustrating having to upload the SAME requested documents MUTLIPLE times, receiving incorrect cash to close amounts, & trying to get ahold of people was like pulling teeth. Also, while dealing with finance, there were mistakes made with our ...

Purchasing went smoothly, but then once in the house and items discovered that needed fixing, well then...that takes some time and effort getting anyone to come back to actually fix it. You have to call and call, then call some more and it still isn't fixed. I don't like having to be the squeaky wheel, but if that's the only way to get them to come back, I'll be squeaking all day long.

If i didn't need to move i would not have closed on this home. Did the walk through and marked issues. Came back to check the work and they created more issues. Filled 1in gaps with caulk. Cut into siding above where the repair was. Pained over areas of repair outside and the paint does not match. Told us to wait 1 month to see if colors match after a month. Paint still does not match. They said if it didn't match they would repaint the house. Still waiting. Our sod sat on palets for 5 days before they installed. I have watered 2x day everyday as instructed but it is still dead. I WOULD NOT ...

I came to SA from out of state and had to handle everything via phone calls. My first point of contact in the sales office, Diana, was the most wonderful, sweet, and helpful person. She got me the information I needed so I could set up an appointment for my realtor to come take a look the very next day. I decided to do it! It was 25 days from first Google to standing in my new home for my final walkthrough, meeting my construction manager Tony, who let me follow him around asking a ton of questions while he touched up a few last minute details. The Lennar team got everything together and ...

This will be THE LAST time I ever buy a Lennar home and I will tell everyone who asks me, how crappy this house is. We basically only moved forward with the purchase because it was buy this house or be homeless. We pay so much money for a house that comes with the bare minimum. We don't even have a back yard water faucet and live facing a retention area. If that area ever caught fire, we have no way of helping contain that. No window screens, our home inspector was shocked with no screens. The door ways to the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible as they are so narrow. We live in TEXAS ...

Construction Supt, Jon Pervain, throws together a home and then does a lousy job of correcting the many problems that his operating standard generates. Big difference between this house and the Lennar home we bought in Terra Vista about 14 years ago!

I knew coming into this that buying a house can be stressful but it definitely could be better with the right help. When i went to see the house Ana was good, however the second i was moved to lennar mortgage the nightmare began, the loan officer Wesley he eas good at the beginning, then there was a LOT of miscommunication, changes of information and to make it worse to be honest i felt i was gaslighted towards the end, putting me in a position where i had no choice but to buy. I have had problems with the landscaper and have absolutely no help getting the problem resolved! I had an agreement with Debbie from Double H as of 8/25 to install the rest of my sod for $525 when they finally got around to installing my sod that came with the home, which was already 3 weeks late. I emailed her on 9/9 to find out when the install was and she doesn’t reply until 9/12 at 8:26am and says they are installing that day but they are no longer installing for homeowners. Then she tried to use some excuse that it had to be paid 3 days in advance, which if I was told when it was going ...

Worse experience in my life. Lennar has different departments and they don’t communicate with each other. Zach the sales spokesperson for the area was useless, couldn’t be found no text, or call. I seen him only one time out of 5 months. He was always off or on vacation. No help. The builder hired bad contractors to do the plumbing and had multiple leaks that needed to be correct before closing. The cleaning people flooded my house because the builders didn’t tell them they haven’t completed a flow test yet. Abraham my loan officer was unaware of certain charges to his own closing disclosure ...

The closing took so long that we rushed to move and once we were in the house we started to notice things we should not never have accepted. The walls paint has cracks almost in every room. And there is a kitchen cabinet damage. We felt like our need to move was so evident that they were not listening to our complaints. Also we were not told the internet cables were not in place. It is very important for people to know ahead of time to plan things out. We work from home and it was very inconvenient for the first weeks to find out what needed to be done temporarily.

In March of this year our partnership began with Lennar Homes. A significant change in our family prompted the need to search for a home that could accommodate accessibility needs for our family member. Though the process took over 4 months the team responded to each request. One team member went over and beyond in their exemplary customer service and consistently demonstrated a home buyer centered approach. Terrible worst experience ever

Absolutely terrible. Haven't been in two months and we have massive cracks in the walls. The doors don't shut or latch and they have fixed them 5 times already and they still don't work. We don't have running cold water. I have called over and over and I just get the run around and nothing happens. We still have things broken from our initial walkthrough that should have been taken care of when I moved in. Ive asked to get someone else to be put on the case and nothing happens and the same guy Rene doesn't help or schedules and no one shows up. Stay away from this company.

Never meet sales associate, never had the immensities explain to me, was never told how to acquire the amenities. now at the closing the notary spent more time with me than Lennar’sl closing agent. The notary had no answers for any of my questions. When lennar’s closing agent finally arrived she could not answer questions that I had , probably into a bigger hurry to go to lunch. Now the house well prepared but lacked attention to the small details therefore I rate the house a 3.5 out a 5
