Multiple problems with the portal and dealing with the mortgage team was a nightmare. To date have not been to LF our mortgage was approved. Kudos to Christopher Buentello who kept us informed as to the progress on the home and assisted us with communicating with mortgage team when they did not respond.

I could not have been more disappointed in the treatment we received and the number of fixes and repairs required for a BRAND NEW HOUSE. The Lennar Title Office was absolutely horrible we were lied to repeatedly, just terrible.

The team I worked with included people in San Antonio and in Austin. The only person that did their job on time and checked on us to make sure everything was ok was Thomas G. Everyone else didn’t know how or where to do their job correct. Starting off with the loan advisor who always had to ask a manager to do anything, then he never sent us our paper work for closing so when it was time to close and we were almost keys in hand that were like we need more money from y’all! Nope that’s not what this contract says, so they went and made a new one and had us waiting there! It was horrible! Then ...

Additionally, thank you for sharing your positive feedback for Thomas G. Love the layout of the house, communication between site manager and Mortgage was horrible experience. The model home and your home should be exactly the same. Everything that is included is not included. The Wi-Fi throughout the house was never installed and was told it was not available anymore but on the website it’s included also in the model homes signs inside the house it says it’s included. Five months into the house we are still having major problems.

Lennar responded:
Hi Roland, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and we would like to apologize for communication issues you shared. If you still have outstanding items that need to be addressed, please send us a note at corporatecustomercare@lennar.com, so we can follow-up. - Lennar Customer Care

The communication throughout this whole process has been terrible. The building of the home was a total rush job. The NHO was a disaster. 2 more walkthroughs were needed to make sure all the repairs and touchups were done. I will never work with Lennar again

This home buying experience was frustrating from start to finish. The build quality did not match the price. Multiple issues showed up that should have been caught before closing. Finishes felt rushed and inconsistent. Communication was weak. Getting updates or answers took repeated follow-ups. Problems were acknowledged but moved slowly, if at all. Some items were marked complete without being properly fixed. Value for the price was disappointing. You pay a premium but still end up chasing basic corrections. If you expect strong attention to detail and prompt service after signing, you’ll ...

There is little attention to detail which leaves the final product looking shabby. Many issues that were identified during the walkthrough were never addressed despite several reminders. Electrical issues were not corrected - let's see what happens when I submit a warranty claim. To be fair, this is my second Lennar house, and the first purchase was a lot smoother although attention to detail was not there either.

Inspections- Have a trustworthy inspector and schedule ahead of time through the home building period, Modelos are the builders choice of hydration. SOD- You’re sod will be left out to dry in the Texas heat, on the stack it comes in and then installed just to be told it’s going through SHOCK, During a stage 3 watering restriction.

Was told they were going to come and do a final cleaning and never happened when sod was laid they put a gash in the siding of the house, lots of glue left on floor as well as paint drops throughout the home both front and back doors not sealed with weather stripping fully there for you can see daylight at bottom of doors.

Lots of nice promises, but a complete failure in following through with those promises. Assigned a "concierge" to help with the closing process who was completely useless. Closing process was delayed due to Lennar's failure to have the paperwork ready. Pre-closing inspection seemed to go well except that very little of the inspection faults were actually resolved. Installed dead sod, breaking multiple sprinkler heads in the process, failed to respond to a work order for a faulty circuit breaker that tripped every time the refrigerator compressor kicked on, installed a fence with severely ...

I had to have 3 blue tapes, using more than 1 roll each time, these issues for the most part are still not fixed. The process is very difficult for someone who lives in an area where the internet is not available. Supposedly I was supposed to be provided with a packet at closing, which I did not receive. Also, another packet was supposed to be emailed to me, which I did not receive. So I'm having a hard time finding out who to contact for different issues. The homes are built as fast as they can with little care for quality work and it shows. They don't care about working with the buyers and threaten to charge them if the closing date has to be moved because we couldn't make the NHO even though they knew we couldn't make from the beginning. The flooring was put in and it is all wavy and covered in glue and has to be ripped out and redone.
