These homes are not tailored to buyers, just to sell, if you expect that they will make even small changes to layout, color or anything for you, to the home, then you would need to go through a different builder, because they don't do that here, my experience is not a good one, so I will not recommend to others.

The whole Lennar team was bad and was not responsive to any of our problems all the materials they use are cheap it’s problem after problem

Build Quality is a 2/10, and that’s being generous. They cut corners and use the cheapest options available. Communication is often short and their staff will not give you a concrete answer about any issues. The contractors leave out a lot of trash, food, and building materials, and when it blows into your yard or property area, they do not care and do not clean it up. The sod/grass they gave our entire community was dead upon arrival and it took them over a month to deliver it when it was supposed to be delivered 5-12 days after closing. I recently bought a home with Lennar what started a smooth process quickly went sour.. As expected the lender needed a lot of information and documentation which was fine but as time went on they kept going back and fourth on what they needed even asking for forms that were not available and disregarding the documents I sent that had the information they were looking for although a long process and poor expectations being set I understand it’s a lot to work with but could have been made easier and more coordinated. make sure you are totally happy with all repairs before closing on house. very poor communication between builder and buyer. I will not buy another Lennar home.

I think before closing everything has to check 110% before you hang keys , also once keys are handed any issues should be taking care off ASAP CAUSE IF THATS THE CASE WITH ISSUES INSIDE HOUSE then I think should be a priority to get it fix and not have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get it fix

Home has a lot of issues to fix, starting and not limited to essential things as foundation, flooring and walls. Communication has been overall decent, however follow ups has been completed due to some of the first issues reported are still pending. At this time, after 2 months of bought the house, several items to fix are pending.

You'll spend most of the process chasing people for answers, and then you might also get verbally abused by at least 1 Lennar representative. Our initial disclosures were sent within hours of the 3 day requirement passing. We were told that they would extend our closing date (due to reasons on our end), if we paid an additional $3K on the price of our home. They then proceeded to extend the closing date further due to workmanship issues. If i didn't need to move i would not have closed on this home. Did the walk through and marked issues. Came back to check the work and they created more issues. Filled 1in gaps with caulk. Cut into siding above where the repair was. Pained over areas of repair outside and the paint does not match. Told us to wait 1 month to see if colors match after a month. Paint still does not match. They said if it didn't match they would repaint the house. Still waiting. Our sod sat on palets for 5 days before they installed. I have watered 2x day everyday as instructed but it is still dead. Construction Supt, Jon Pervain, throws together a home and then does a lousy job of correcting the many problems that his operating standard generates. Big difference between this house and the Lennar home we bought in Terra Vista about 14 years ago!

The only good experience from working with Lennar was our salesman Jarrett. Any time we had a question he would respond immediately respond. Our build was delayed by 5 months which I do not blame Lennar…that was Covid. A week before we moved in we had so many issues and were told by Eddie and the contractor Ming would be fixed before we moved in….a month in new house and nothing was done..had to do warranty claims. Cheap appliances, poor customer service.

Multiple delays during construction, poor communication, terrible closing experience, and many things required to be fixed or replaced- multiple times in some cases. I had a good experience with the actual Lennar seller throughout the process; however, every thing else has been poor.

Purchasing: the house was appraised for 20k less than listed, which is a positive. Our financing representative convinced us to negotiate our offers, until we met at 5k over the appraisal. We later discovered, through our realtor, that she has never seen anyone pay more than $500 over appraisal. We definitely felt swindled. We had a very bad experience with this property. We did online closing and later when we visited, we found the grass Sods completely dead and it was never watered. When enquirer about this with Lennar, they said the property is closed and it’s not their responsibility and also it will not cover in warranty as it’s outside. We also saw cracks in window and a big hole dug in the backyard which we reported and the response was snail paced. Really bad customer service and carelessness on part of Lennar

I would not recommend Lennar. Closing was such a hassle. They pushed my closing date four times. When I closed the house still wasn’t fully complete. They did a horrible job communicating to keep myself abreast throughout the process.

The house quality is very different with the model homes. I spoke directly with the site building manager and he said this is Lennar standard quality. He said that just to not wanting to make corrections to poor built quality workmanship and not wanted to hear from the buyer. The workmanship in our home is that of random people doing random tasks they are not competent in. So many little things all over the home. The floors have gaps in some slats and non in the other. The trim work could have been done better by my 8 year old son and he has absolutely no carpentry skills. The answer to every and all mistakes was smearing caulking all over the home. Our back yard constantly floods and holds water from the rain and or neighbors sprinklers. The lack of proper runoff and drainage is ridiculous. If I could rate zero stars I would especially on workmanship and quality.

After this experience with Lennar I would not choose this builder again nor recommend it to another person. I love the neighborhood and the area, but the overall quality of my home and the overall experience has been terrible. It all started with the sales person and then to construction. The only easy part was with finance. I have been here since August 2021 and I am still dealing with work tickets on incomplete or damage items within the home.
