Family and I chose Lennar due to the growing presence in the SA community. We love our first home, but regardless of being a first time owner or subsequent owner the overall quality of the home is worrisome. From nails in the window frames to missing caulking throughout the home, the house was painted wrong then repainted the correct color with lack of attention to detail, frame can be seen outlined through the sheet rock, slanted window, and nearly every door frame was installed by the world heaviest hammer (broken sheet rock). I would not recommend Lennar. Closing was such a hassle. They pushed my closing date four times. When I closed the house still wasn’t fully complete. They did a horrible job communicating to keep myself abreast throughout the process.

The idea of buying a new home opposed to older ones has the great advantage of not to worry about whether the electrical and/or the plumbing systems have to be replaced shortly after buying it. LENNAR Homes are outstanding.

This is a 410k house but like 100k. Nothing is even, straight, or symmetrical. You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling this. Also, can we get a translator when someone comes to make touch ups or repairs? Soo far the communication is awful and they leave worse than it started and have no idea what we are saying. This entire house is a disappointment and until it’s fixed I’m recommending no one

Build quality was pretty low. House was rushed and it shows. Home was not clean well before move. Sense move in we have been having to get things fixed. The building manager has been very nice and helpful, but does not excuse the fact that the quilty of the home was not was to be expected.

The house quality is very different with the model homes. I spoke directly with the site building manager and he said this is Lennar standard quality. He said that just to not wanting to make corrections to poor built quality workmanship and not wanted to hear from the buyer. It seems like Lennar hired a group of builders off the streets and gave them the projects. I have seen many Lennar model homes but none look like the one that i purchased. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Nobody knew what was going on

There are two out maybe six people I dealt with that knew what was going on. The title people were awful to deal with. The house is great, but can tell it is a track home with the cheaper materials used. A lot of stuff was scratched, broke, not finished when e arrived. Sloppy

My experience wasn't good. This was my second home that I purchased and the construction side of it was a mess. The contract workers gave this builder a bad name. The contract workers did a poor job and made a lot of mistakes. On the financial side that was excellent and easy.

I was provided a list of inclusions that were inaccurate, several items were not included. I am confused by the everything included tagline because I see that everything is only included if you are an investor. Ironically the items I was told you can’t get were included on the investor homes. Also, I have had two warranty requests and although I was told everything would be repaired only a couple things have been with no word on the other items. It appears employee turnover is part of the problem.

We've been in our new home for about 6 wks now. It's a nice home, but the process was riddled with slip-ups, pushbacks, and several missed deadlines that caused much anxiety, frustration, and cost a few extra thousand dollars that was not in the budget. The sad part is...I can't even say it was worth all we went through. Firstly, I do NOT recommend Lennar Mortgage; secure your funding elsewhere if you can. If buyin the home traditionally the company is good. However, we bought our home from out of state. The title company is horrible and does not do their job until it’s either very close or past due. I would rate them 0 out 5. Nothing got done with them unless I drove 1200 miles and walked into their office. The people who sell the home are great but once the home is purchased they aren’t very interested in helping with questions. The financial team is great. They will ask for everything in a timely manner and always do their best to answer the questions or point you in the right direction. The ...
