This has been awful. I have submitted a complaint to corporate already regarding the experience. We were lied to. Pressured. Lied to some more. Not given proper communication. Pretty positive we have retaliation from the sales and construction managers. No one has contacted us and we will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because of the lack of care.

Lennar prides itself on holding a large market share, and talk about it in their spiels to rope people in, but one thing that is conspicuously absent in their spiel is a commitment to communication and quality of workmanship. Lennar seemed to have an incredibly difficult time with communicating and keeping us up to date on correct information when available, from the selling rep ("real estate agent" I guess?), to the loan processors who were quick to answer emails and pick up phones when we had outstanding items, but left voicemails unreturned when not. Probably the worst consumer buying experience in my life. I have bought many new homes, from many different builders and the lack of professionalism I experienced from this home builder goes beyond description. I'm so over my Lennar home purchase fiascos that I'm just done even mentioning it anymore. I will never.... ever.... ever.... spend my hard earned money on another Lennar Home nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know or who inquires about my experience with this builder..

Unfortunately my agent did not check in with me regularly to give me updates. My closing date was pushed back 5 times. The last 2 times I was notified in less than 48 hours. The delays turned out not to be due to the supply chain issues but instead Lennar dropped the ball with city permits and permits for my gas meter. I was given the excuse that they lost construction staff in my neighborhood. When I moved in the "deep clean" was not done and several items needed work. It took about 3-4 weeks to resolve. This is a 410k house but like 100k. Nothing is even, straight, or symmetrical. You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling this. Also, can we get a translator when someone comes to make touch ups or repairs? Soo far the communication is awful and they leave worse than it started and have no idea what we are saying. This entire house is a disappointment and until it’s fixed I’m recommending no one

Only bought this house as a temp with disabled VA loan will not be staying past 1 year. 0/10.

Cheap materials. Cheap solutions. Poor communication skills from associates. First time home buying experience was kind of sad. Only good is the response time on warranty requests. Would never recommend and regret my decision in purchasing a Lennar home.

My family and I had a terrible home buying experience. Our loan officer had a personal matter come up and literally ghosted us. His leadership didn’t pick up the ball or reach out to us on their own. After multiple times of trying to reach our loan officer we finally went above his head and were able to get in contact with someone who was able to help a little. Actually pretty horrible experience. Timeliness was horrible. Updates were never given. Loan officer and associates would never answer the phone. Blue tape walk through issues weren’t fully addressed. Overall build and quality of the home is terrible. The flaws are starting to show. Major corners were cut and the integrity was compromised. I wouldn't buy from Lennar Aston Park. From the get go, they did not appear trust worthy. The mortgage officer started out by misleading about the loan requirements. The underwriting process was cumbersome, and I had to basically do the job of the underwriter by writing all my income, sources, and how they were spent in the last 3-6 months in an email. Apparently, sharing my bank statements and other relevant official document was not enough. Walkthrough personnel was not polite. After closing, it was a hassle to get the keys. You have to be there at exactly 11am. Not before, not after. ...

We are first time home buyers and were drawn in by Lennars "easy home buying process" and "everything included". The entire process was a nightmare (minus our amazing sells rep Heather and Warranty/Construction rep Brett). You are 100% just a number to this corporation and they do not care about you, your family or the investment you're making. We couldn’t move in for 30 days after closing because the sod wasn’t installed and we have dogs. Both yards were a giant mud pit, and the lack of sod almost caused the house not to close. Then when we needed to access the plumbing clean out, they had buried it in the dirt and sod and came in with a backhoe and ripped it all out. It has yet to be replaced. The house has flooded 3 times now when using the washing machine, dishwasher doesn’t work due to incorrect wiring. Worse experience in my life. Lennar has different departments and they don’t communicate with each other. Zach the sales spokesperson for the area was useless, couldn’t be found no text, or call. I seen him only one time out of 5 months. He was always off or on vacation. No help. The builder hired bad contractors to do the plumbing and had multiple leaks that needed to be correct before closing. The cleaning people flooded my house because the builders didn’t tell them they haven’t completed a flow test yet. Just bought a Lennar home and I advise everyone to avoid buying these homes. These homes are cheaply built, workers drink on the job (I have the beer cans in my house to prove it), and there is no urgency when it comes to resolving issues. There is no reason why brand new homes should be having any issues - we even experienced a gas leak our first night on the property! They should be ashamed of themselves and I suggest they cut their prices for these homes.

In the first month after closing we ran into a few issues that couldve been avoided. Repair times tool longer than they should. Communication is not a thing with Lennar. The construction crews like to cut corners when building the homes. Lennar doesn't not fill the backyards with grass, some of ours is only dirt. Cracks in the concrete were immediately noticed after closing. Lennar title gave us the wrong amount for closing costs and almost delayed our closing.
